I really like the Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Chip Cookie dough bars. I was buying 5 to 10 boxes at a time.
For over 2 years now every time I check the website they are out of stock. I have entered my email address to be alerted when they are back in stock countless times, yet I have NEVER gotten an email. I have contacted customer service before a few times with issues with a shipment, never gotten a response. I really like the bars, ended up on this site when I was researching if the company was even still in business.

Compared to the last visit (in summer) the service has deteriorated. The table we chose was dirty. The waiter promised to wipe it off, and as a result, in 10 minutes she came only to accept the order. The table was put in order only after a second reminder. We were waiting for ordered cognac for about 20 minutes. There was even a problem with the lack of glasses. Disappointed

Yup Brands makes a few good tasting bars with decent ingredients. However, they are can't seem to keep most flavors in stock. The majority of flavors will be out of stock for months on end. I emailed the company to find out when the chocolate mint and lemon would be back in stock. I received a response a few weeks later. I was told the end of July... it is now almost the end of September and they are still not back in stock. I just placed an order for the only 3 flavors they have in stock but I believe it's time to find a new bar as the 3 flavors are just not that good.

Will never go there again made the order wrong then fuss with me what they had on the menu and how it reads set a classic cheesesteak has On it Friday onions mushrooms and white American cheeseor and hot or sweet peppers Very bad customer service

We like a couple of their protein bar offerings. However, they are constantly out of the two we like and the restock date is a joke. We always check back early on the restock date and it never shows in stock, but later in the day it will arbitrarily show another restock date a month away. We tried a couple of others they offer and they were hard, gritty and lack a decent flavor. We tried to email for a return and were never replied to (a month and a half ago). We have called and left messages as they never answer their phone; again, we were never called back. I have never seen a worse customer service at any company. It's like (I envision) they run this business in the back of an old dilapidated cake shop or something based on the level of customer service.
