I purchased the star print navy blue hooded parka, and it's wonderful. A little smaller than expected, but otherwise wonderful quality and very soft. It arrived 11 days after the order shipped (I chose the up to 15 days option) and around 20 days after I actually ordered it. Pretty good timing, from china. Sounds like I lucked out though, judging by these other reviews!
Ive reported police against yoyomelody. Such a big SCAM! Paid with PayPal and never received my items. File a dispute and will take legal action against this company to tribunal court.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. There's no way of contacting them or finding any information about your order... I guess that's because the items on their website don't even exist. Huge scam! Lucky I paid with paypal and they were able to recover my money. NEVER ordering from a website ever again without checking reviews first!
When I had lost all hope my order did arrive eventually - 4 months late! Not to mention I paid $10 for this poor shipping service. I had tried contacting them multiple times during the long wait, no response! Will never order again from them (that's a shame, because they have nice clothes). Definitely not worth it!

I am not sure why they received so many negative reviews. I love the beautiful Pink Beach Chiffon Maxi Dress! For $30, the cheap shipping fee, and the arrival on time, this company seems legitimate!

I shop from a whole lot of wholesale websites online and yoyomelody is one that i have used in the past and that i had a pretty good experience with! I've ordered from them several different times now and have gotten two tops, a pair of shoes, and a pair of sunglasses (i feel like i'm forgetting something bc i know i have more than this but? Let's go with that for now) over that time period. Everything i got i loved! There were some sizing issues (one button up gingham top had batwing sleeves that were tiny and i couldn't fit into--i'm a size 22 with a large bust and hadn't checked the shoulder or sleeve measurements before ordering so that's on me) but i was able to repair them since i also do a lot of sewing and garment construction work.
The shoes i bought from yym were my go to pair of platforms when i studied abroad in china for a month--they carried me everywhere from beijing to qingdao with no complaints, and i still wear them now! The sunglasses and tshirt i got were also really cute and high quality--the print being sublimated rather than screenprinting and therefore not destroyed by my bust as soon as i put them on, lmao.
Tip for consumers:
some words of caution--most wholesale places offer very similar products, and yoyomelody is a more expensive choice than most, their shoes often costing over $30. there are cheaper options out there like beautiful halo and newchic, and i advise checking them out for the same items before you buy.
there also, like with all wholesale websites, are fairly long wait times. i consider this par for the course as a seasoned wholesale veteran (i think i've bought from like, nearly 10 different place
This website appears to have no customer service team. My item, which was supposed to be a present, did not arrive within the designated time frame - and is yet to arrive. I sent one very polite email, which was ignored followed by two others expressing my dissatisfaction. Also ignored. Their website claims they respond within 24 hours - certainly not true. The online 'help chat' doesn't work. there is no number to call instead. Appalling
It's been over a month since I ordered from here and I have not received my order. There is no response what so ever from customer service yet they state that they reply within 24 hours. Tried private messaging them on their facebook page, no response and there is no contact number to call.

Wish I had looked up reviews first before ordering/paying! Ordered 1 top more than 3 weeks ago, no responses to 2 emails so far. Sounds like I may never hear from them nor receive my item - glad I am only out $16 USD, but will always look up reviews from now on.

Ordered one tiny little pair of leggings that I needed before a marathon for my daughter, I paid $20 EXTRA for THREE DAY SHIPPING, three weeks later the order still has not been placed, and I have not received my order although my debit card was charged for the item! Very angry!
Also, ZERO customer service, no phone #! I've emAiled several times, to no avail!
Ordered 2 dresses for my daughters winter carnival dance and paid $20 for expedited shipping! NEVER received the dresses on time! One month later the dresses arrive! Sent 2 emails inquiring about them with NO response! Be aware of this site and order from someone else! What a joke!
I purchased two large orders from this website from Canada about 10 items overall. After a long time (more than one month), I finally received one item by mail. It was terrible and not as described on website. They never sent the rest of my order, and charged me in full plus shipping anyway. I now cant get a hold of them to get my refund. After a month of what feels like constant tracking of this, today they said they would give me $6 of it back. I spent over $250 and the dress I received was $20. NEVER again!

I bought a jacket on Yoyomelody a month ago and never received it. I tried to email the customer service many times and their live chat never works. I never had any answer from them. Very happy I paid with Paypal because I opened a dispute case and will get my money back. Please, do not buy on that online store, it's a scam. They're not even located in USA as they advertised, they are located in China. Worst online shopping experience ever. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism of that store. I'm surprised with all the bad ratings they haven't been shut down yet.
Did not receive items valued 50% of what I paid. Poor quality! Product not as images shown. Lady called Amber has been replying me when I ask for my refund the last 7 weeks but no refund yet! And now they sit quietly without bothering to even reply! Please stay away from this site! It is a fraudulent seller in china!
So I ordered a dress, and I was hoping that it would arrive in time since process time is supposedly 3-5 days and it ships in 7-15 days, but I never got an email stating that my order had been processed (about 4 days after I ordered the item), so I went on to the yoyomelody website and did an online chat with them. They then promised to send me an email the next day with the shipping number. They did, but when I tried to track my package for the next week using that shipping number, it was not verified. Eventually I got an email with an "updated tracking number." This one worked, so I tracked it on the USPS website and it said that the China mail post was in the process of preparing shipment, leading me to believe that the first tracking number yoyomelody gave me was a fake to keep me at ease about my product. Anyways, the dress didn't get here in time and by the time I'll have another opportunity to wear it, it will probably be too short. Bummer.
THE POINT IS< IF YOU WANT "FAST" SERVICE< CONSTANTLY APPROACH THEM ON THE YOYOMELODY ONLINE CHAT. Ask them if your product has been processed yet because if it hasn't then you would like to cancel. This will speed it up and most likely they will send you an email in the next day or two with a tracking number. Immediately try to track your package, and if the tracking number is "not verified" or "cannot be found," go back to the yoyomelody website the next day and tell them that your tracking number is not verified/cannot be found. I'm assuming asking them about this will speed things up, so give it a try (no promises though).
Anyways, good luck and just be prepared to have your product arrive a lot later than you though. Ordering a month or two in advance is your best bet for having your item arrive on time.
They steal your money and you get nothing!. Was issued a credit, no money just an email saying credit memo. To bad the website can't be mark as MOENY THIEVES!

I wish I can give a ZERO. They don't even deserve a 0. YoYo melody is the worst company to order from. First off I did not receive a conformation email as to when my item was shipped as stated on there web site... I sent so many email to customer service received no response, and they do not have a phone number. What company dose not have a phone number. I received my package almost a month later with a China address, but I thought this was a USA company as stated on their web sit.
My blazer looked like I made it myself, string was hanging out, I can see the stitching and it was the worst fitting jacket ever.
