This was my first time using any proxy service. I am from Pakistan. Since PayPal service is not available in my country, I was relieved to see that I could use other payment options on this website, because many other proxy sites do not have such payment options. I had been in constant contact with the CSR and they helped me with every question that I asked. They also helped me with writing the waybill(as per my requirement) which led to a smooth custom clearance here. Everything reached me in perfect condition. Except for two small photocards boxes with dents. The parcel was quite heavy in weight so I am surprised & delighted how everything came in perfect condition. As I constantly asked them to pay attention to minimise damage. And I am very happy for that reason. I personally think it is an easy to use website for everyone. I did read many reviews before placing orders with them, I was not quite sure but my experience was great with them. I haver placed my second order with them already. I must mention that the shipping fees is high, but I don't think there are any cheap shipping fees when it comes to proxy sites. As I searched quite alot before using this one. YoyBuy is a great site for buying chinese good quality products, if you don't understand chinese websites such as TaoBao and you don't have an address there also, you just copy-paste the page of the product that you like and YoyBuy will translate what it says and also set you the shipping from the China warehouse to wherever you want. It's awesome! 10/10

Overall the website is fine once you get to know how it works
Some times there are problems eith parcels missing or returning to sender that can happen but most parcels i get in time and very fast with in 15 days of even within 2-5 days what makes this website so good is that the shipping is fast if you need a dress within 2 weeks for a small price this is the site!
I hope that they will improve the 30-35 shipping with beter tracking one
I orderd 5 kilo gram parcel and stil no sign of the parcel makes me very worried and for the online chat i hope the site emproves to a better overall grapic design that is more of the age 2020 and better service sometimes get mad reply or they did not read my message that well wich makes it harder to communicate

I ordered a rare water cooling system for over $500, Yoybuy shipped it to me twice but failed twice because they didn't ship correctly. I then opened a case with paypal. A new tracking number was given there, I got a cheap Iphone case, watch out, there is no end to cheating here.

Used yoybuy service about 3 times now. One of the times my items never arrived so I had to message customer service for almost half a year until one of the agents proplery responded and agreed to refund my purchase. Other two times went smoothly.

I started to use yoybuy as intermediary to my internet shoppings on taobao since 2018, they are always clear about the cost of its services and I think it isn´t expensive at all, also when I have had any problem or doubt give me so fast and kind attention.

This is my fourth time with YOYBUY and I have even more packages coming! I am forever in awe with their customer service and speedy replies to any questions I have. I had chosen a shipping service that was a little out of my price range and they happily switched it to an equally fast but cheaper service for me with no issues! My packages were done the way I had requested!

I have been a customer of Yoybuy since 2015. The first two years were pretty good. Yoybuy was fairly reliable. But after 2017, the service declined dramatically. Yoybuy is supposed to place a priority on the issues Merchant-level members face, but this has not been my experience. When Yoybuy loses packages or does not carefully inspect items received from merchants, it will try every trick to shift responsibility onto the customer, even if shipping insurance has been paid.

To make matters worse, when Yoybuy takes several months to deliver a forwarded parcel, its inept accounting system will time out for confirmation of received parcel with the parcel still in transit. This will preclude customers from receiving coupon points for the parcel. Why? Because Yoybuy required several months to deliver the forwarded parcel.

In these situations, Yoybuy refuses to accept responsibility and will always scheme to find a way to make customers pay for its own ineptitude.

Since the pandemic, they dont have many of their shipping options anymore. Not really their fault but everything is way more expensive to ship. Half a year ago, i shipped something using their service after taking their advice... something was fishy since they said to put the destination country to be China even though I told them I live in the US. Anyways. The package didnt arrive of course and they never gave me a tracking number. I did bought their "insurance" which means i get shipping refunded at least if the package was lost. They insist that the package is stuck in customs, but again no tracking number just their words. When i email to asked about it, every 2 weeks, they keep telling me to be patient. Finally they said they will just refund me the shipping... 2 week later no refund. I asked about it, and they said its not lost just stuck in customs. Its been half a year! I asked, how long do i have to wait to be considered lost then? I bought insurance for god sake!
And they never respond back to me for over a week. I swear I will never used this service again! Just a bunch of fraud! I wonder if it is possible to have my bank do something about it since it's a service that was never fullfill. Please just stay away.

I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao using Yoybuy service and my experience was much better than I expected, seriously, it's awesome. Just few things are worth to mention:
1) Parcels arrive to Canada during pandemic no problem, with tracking provided. I've got two already;
2) Customer service is very responsive, they handle possible issues with Taobao sellers on your behalf;
3) Detail pricing (item price, storage, insurance, service, Paypal, shipping...) is available before you buy something. I didn't know before that there are so many different fees, LOL. It's still better than on Aliexpress;

Overall, it's highly recommended.
