I placed an order for a simple poster on December 28. I received NO confirmation, I was not charged for the poster, and I was not sent a poster. So I waited. Two and a half weeks later, I placed the same order with Allposters.com and received a confirmation of the order immediately. Two days later, I received confirmation of shipment of not only my order from Allposters.com, but also from discountpostersale.com. I tried calling them a million times and the number was busy and also tried to contact them online. They never responded. Now I have two of the same posters. I FINALLY got a hold of them on January 21 and they will let me return the poster, but it will cost me shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee. Allposters.com has a hasslefree return policy, but I feel that they handled my order efficiently and they deserve the sale. I will take the 20% kick from discountpostersale.com, but this review is a kick right back. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

StarTIger is a valuable site for anyone in the autograph hobby. I have been a member for about a year now and have seen my personal collection benefit quite a bit. They have a forum for TTM collectors with loads of tested addresses that can't be beat. Also in the forums you can find out about live events taking place, ask knowledgeable collectors questions about authenticity, or just shoot the bull with some cool people.
It's a great site with a supportive community and excellent resource for autograph collectors. Highly Recommended.

I ordered puzzles from their site because it said they were in stock and would ship within a week. It's now been over 6 weeks and they still haven't shipped out. Customer service told me 4 weeks ago that they should "ship in the next week." I understand shipping delays due to Covid, but 6 weeks for an "in-stock" item from a company that distributes through Walmart is unacceptable. I just want my money back.

I purchased an NFL jersey through this web site and what I received is defective merchandise. The player's number on the front of the Jersey is extremely crooked, appears to be falling over at an extreme angle (I guess it looks OK if I'm leaning against something). This web site is selling defective merchandise without advising customers of this fact. When I informed the Fanaticsoutletshop of this issue I received the following lame excuse:

"Hope you can accept. We are wholesaler, each jersey just about not over 50usd, And the price it is big difference with retailer. We didnot have any big margin profit, i beg your kind understanding. After all, we also have the cost and other charges. Hope you can understand us. And also I really sorry for that, pls kindly to understand we are wholesales dealing with thousands of jerseys every day, can't make every jersey 100% perfect.
Thanks" (sic)

BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered two replicia football rings from this supposed reputable site with 40 years in the jewelry business in the U.S. Did some research and only found good thing said about JostBalf at the time. Place the order in June. Thought everything was legit as he sent me great artwork of the rings for approval. Was only supposed to take 7-8 weeks for production. Been trying to contact the vendor who I found through Ebay since mid July, but won't won't return my email, his voicemail box is constantly full. I am in the process of filing FEDERAL INTERNET FRAUD Charges on his DUMBASS as I'm a retired law enforcement officer and my bro is currently a high ranking FED. JOSTBALF does not know the kind of $#*! he is in... I hope he reads this a pisses down his leg as there is nothing worse than a thief. Paybacks are a $#*!!

Reported to them to the Better Business Bureau. My credit card was charged immediately, including shipping, for an item I haven't received. Order placed early December, Jan 10 still no product, no return calls, etc. obviously a false web company.
