Contacted the company multiple times after not receiving my items. They always reply with a generic "let's make this right and ship you another pair." It's been over a year. No product and no refund.

I would like to share my experience ordering leggings from YOUSTATEMENT. It's the easiest and safest online store to date. Their website is user friendly and very straight forward. I never had a problem getting a perfect size as they also have a leggings size chart available on the site to ensure a quality fitting. I received my order in less than 7 business days. They are absolutely amazing. I love them, I really do, geezz I'll be ordering more! Highly recommended!

I ordered a pair of leggings 1 month ago and in the confirmation email it stated that it takes 2-5 business days to ship. They still haven't shipped and it's been a month. I have reached out to them 3 times and still haven't gotten a response. This makes me so angry.

I've been hearing quite a lot from my friends about Youstatement lately and decided to try them for myself. I felt weary about ordering as they were from UK and I'm from the US, but surprised and super happy that the delivery was prompt! They also have great collections to choose from specially the Walking Dead ones! The fit is great and they feel so comfortable I can sleep in them. Will definitely recommend buying from this website!

I ordered a pair of leggings from YOU STATEMENT. They are the best and the most comfortable leggings I've ever own. The materials are great and fits perfectly that I don't wanna take them off. The customer service people are very helpful and friendly. Every question I asked them about the status of my order were answered in a timely manner. I work at a taco bar and bought these for work. They're a huge hit! My guests love them and my coworkers want them too! They're super comfortable and being that I'm 5'9 I normally struggle to find leggings long enough for me. But not with these! They're the perfect length. Definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Got my new pair of leggings today, just in time as I will start my workout this week. T'was a really smooth transaction from ordering to shipment. I requested tracking info to ensure I was home for delivery and the customer support were quick to give it to me. The material is really fantastic too. I'm super excited to order more. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company! I ordered a pair of leggings and they only took 7 days to arrive! These are the most amazing leggings! Soft, comfy and Warm! Great company - once they got their shipping process in line... the materials used in their items are of great quality & customer service is the best too. I have purchased many running pants from this company - just wish they had a longer inseam option.
Their running shoes are quite comfy also w/a variety of graphics like the running tights.

Definitely worth the money. I have been wearing my The Muggle Struggle is Real and Just a Wizard Girl leggings non-stop for 2 weeks now and they haven't lost their shape. Extremely comfortable and are made of really soft cotton. I highly recommend these. Planning to order more Harry Potter leggings. I simply cannot get enough.

Paid, waited nearly 2 months, no leggings.
Contacted them multiply times only to receive lies.
Reported to Paypal, hoping for a refund.

I love my pants, they are very comfy and true to size. My only issue I have is after one wear they started balling up between my legs wear my thighs come together.

I have bought a few pairs of leggings for family and friends over the last year and I do agree with the other comments that there were some delivery issues over Xmas. When I called they told me why and although it was a pain sometimes things are outside peoples control.

I did get the leggings a couple of weeks later than expected, and have just ordered some more and they arrived within a week, so looks like they have got their $#*! together, which is brilliant as they are an excellent product.

I've ordered from Youstatement before and I was very happy with the results, however ordering from them again has been a terrible experience. I ordered a pair of shoes because I need a new pair, and nearly two months later I still haven't gotten them. I've emailed and called them repeatedly, but they haven't contacted me back; very poor customer service.

I have been a repeat customer for months now. I always get compliments whenever I wear my leggings, they fit perfectly and are really nice for running. So excited that they finally released 3/4 leggings just in time for the warmer weather. Will definitely order some more.

I bought a couple leggings for my wife and she absolutely loves them! I was hesitant at first since they have to send it from abroad but I got the leggings in less than 7 business days. The experience has been great and will definitely order again the future. She's a big HP fan and adores the leggings!

The shipping took a while but the shoes are adorable, high quality, accurately sized & comfortable. Also, the company provided lots of online follow up. I will for sure order from them again

I highly recommend YouStatement to anyone - they are fairly new but really popular - they've had growing pains in the past but have made countless improvements since!

I've ordered from YouStatement multiple times, and as soon as I received the email that they had launched a Capri style in all of my favourite designs, just as summer is coming, I couldn't hold back!

I ordered a pair of leggings at the beginning of Jan 2017. After waiting several weeks, they sent the wrong size. I am a size 2 in the States- they sent XL. Since it is the company's mistake, I have certain expectations that they would refund my shipping back to them as well as the cost of the leggings since it is their mistake. It is April 7th now, and no refund. At this point they have stopped e-mailing me back. They have my money and the leggings. Buyer Beware!

I ordered my leggings on 11/13 for Christmas. I received a tracking number and that's as far as I got. I never received the leggings. I asked for a refund and haven't got that either. They keep responding to my emails with how sorry they are but still no refund. Do not order from this company!
