I ordered a magnetic phone charging cable Dec. 15,2006. Its now Jan. 21 2017 and still no item. They give me tracking info. And it hasn't even left China yet! Horrible company! Beware!

I ordered a magnetic cable in early January and it arrived missing the plug-in piece. I had to contact the company several times and even sent pictures the packaging but still they have taken no action. I received an email saying they would refund... I will wait and see. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a magnetic phone charger and it did not work. When I tried to remove the small attachment from my phone it fell apart in the phone. After contacting them they said it was more than 7 days and I could not receive a refund. It was not more then 7 days they had the wrong delivery date. Don't buy this faulty product.

Bought magnetic charge cable for iPhone that took a month and half to receive. Does not work as advertised. Very intermittent charging and does not stay securely connect to the phone as the ad demonstrates. Don't waste your money

Hello, Just say NO! I recently tried to make a purchase of "Magnetic I-Phone & Android Charging Cables". I ordered them on Dec. 18,2016, I paid $7.00 for express shipping and received an E-mail confirming my order w/tracking #! Jan 6th I tried to track and got "Package not found, contact customer service". I e-mailed them every day, 7 days later they sent e*-mail saying how sorry they were and asked if "I would like a refund & they would send me my order FREE" I replied YES, THANK YOU!" No reply so I e-mailed daily 7 days later they replied "BE PATIENT We are investigating your case please don't contact paypal we will get this sorted out". Five days later i get e-mail "After further review your case MIGHT be eligible for a refund." So i called paypal & opened a case! Paypal said 11 days and I would get my $67.00 refund, What a pain! THANX PAYPAL

Right after my review on this site, after I sent an email calling them a scam, after I bought the same Cable from Amazon they responded. It is still in China in transite. I will continue to buy from Amazon.

You sent me a bad unworking charger and said will refund my money, I waited for 3 months and not thing happen. I will not purchase any thing from China again, you're $#*!ing China cheater.

On 12/16/16 I purchased the iPhone/android magnetic cables. I followed the tracking that was given upon supposedly shipping and for 6 weeks for tracking number does not exist, no info. I emailed them 2/6th at 8am asking for a refund as I had never received them they responded via email at 11pm that night stating I would receive a full refund. 24 hours went by no refund i sent a second email. 48 hours had now gone by with no response to the second email and still no refund. After googling the company and seeing all the people with similar problems with this company I started a PayPal claim immediately and sent a third email to the company stating this. DO NOT BUY from this company! I wished I had googled them before I purchased as I wouldn't never have placed an order I won't make that mistake again!
