I own a baby boutique and use Your Unique Bowtique to supply our store with hair bows & accessories. Their products are highly requested by our customers. I believe it just takes them a while to create each order. I have used them for quite a while now and know they order supplies from within the US and make all items themselves, they do not import from overseas which is why they are so requested... When I spoke with the owner, she told me their business had grown in the past year from a few orders per month to over 5000 and I believe this is just a growing period for them and they have had a hard time keeping up. She did tell me they are currently putting in place a customer service dept to better assist customers. Bottom line, my customers love their products & so do I. Well worth the wait to get hand made American products.
Ordered my stuff on May 30,2013 and it is now June 20,2013. Believe me I will find a way to to shut this all down. When somebody takes money from my kids whether it is 5 or 10 dollars that is where I draw the line. This website is a scam.

I ordered a seasonal tutu and headband set as well as a 10 piece bow set. The money was taken out of my bank account immediately, however it has almost been a month and I have yet to receive anything. I should have looked further into this company. Obviously a "business" that does not have a set up customer service center aka phone number or email that actually goes to a person, is not legit.
TOTAL SCAM! I had ordered $70 worth of things from their website on October 19,2012 and still have not received anything not even a confirmation or nothing): very upsetting. Tried to email but haven't heard a thing abut my cc got billed right away
Scam! I ordered preemie headbands bundle for $30 on April 7th and still havent received them. I ordered the same headbands from Amazon a couple Weeks ago and have already gotten them. I will never do business with this company and will tell everybody I know not to. I sent several emails and called numerous times. This company stole my money. I complained to BBB. I wish I had reviewed them before they stole my money. I already contacted my attorney and im going to sue the hell out of them
Do NOT order from this site. It is a scam they will take your money and never send you the products. It took almost two months to get my money back I had to send them numerous emails threatening that I was going to take legal action until they finally decided to return me my money. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order it's sad to know that people do these to other people who actually work hard to earn their money. I wish they take down the site immediately.
Ordered several cute items and after almost 2 months of waiting I did not receive anything, I tried to call and email with no response. I finally opened a PayPal dispute and recieved my order promptly after that. I think this website is run by crooks and PayPal should do something about it. The items I eventually recieved were sooo cute but not worth the trouble. I also shopped at thehairbowcompany.com, they have similar products but better prices and great customer service.
I placed an order with this company on January 18th, 2011 and still have not received my items (March 17,2011). I have sent numerous emails and like everyone else, the order was confirmed, but that is as far as it went. I have now made a complaint with the Tulsa BBB in hopes of getting my money back. I would never recommend this website to anyone. I only wish that I had seen the reviews before I stupidly order from them. I too believe that this is a SCAM.
Well it seems most of these complaints are from last year, and let me tell you... the company obviously paid no attention! I just finished filing a complaint with the Tulsa BBB, because I placed my order over a month ago and still have received nothing. It was a $70 order! I have emailed 5 different times and called their phone number and nothing. No response. This company is not legitimate... stay away!
I placed an order on March 9th and still have not received anything but my card was charged immediately. Numerous e-mails with no response. Hope they quit taking orders so more people are not as frustrated as the ones listed here. VERY poor business practice. I would be happy for a refund and forget this whole experience.
My credit card was charged immediately, but I did not receive my order. I sent many e-mails with no response until I threatened to take legal action. At this point someone responded that my order was in the mail and I would receive it in 3 days... I did not receive it for three more weeks and when it finally came (two months after I placed my order) it was incomplete. Do NOT order from them.
I don't understand how this business can still be operating. I ordered a headband in October of 2012. I've sent many many emails asking where it was or asking for a refund. I NEVER received a response. They closed out my order as if they completed it- I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD! Disgusting.
I have ordered from these guys before a couple years ago. It did take 3 weeks to get to me but they sent a free bow with it saying they were sorry. I ordered again for my newest daughter, and no one has emailed me back or anything. It has been almost a month. I am beyond frustrated as I really didn't have money to waste. I'm glad I didn't order more than I did. I'm going to have to call my CC in the morning. There bows are cute the ones I did recieve a few years ago so I am saddened that they would scam people out of our hard earned money.
TERRIBLE! I placed an order expedited. Expecting it in 3 days, I finally emailed after 5 to then receive a notice that it was getting shipped. I also thought I was getting 10 hats, not 1. The website is over priced and a bit misleading. However, what makes this a terrible business is that I left multiple messages w/ no response, until I opened a claim on Paypal. At that point I was accused of being a "barter". What happened to "customer is always right" approach. So sad that there are businesses like this still surviving when good businesses are closing due to economic hard ship.
I ordered from this website on June 30,2011 and never received my merchandise. They have the worst customer service ever. I emailed them for months before trying to call and mail them a letter. Never heard a thing from them. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission who are looking into the matter. My next step is consulting my lawyer. I do not like being taken advantage of and I will get this handled. I would like my money back, but if that does not happen, I would like to see this company shut down for good.

Don't order from them. Received several items wrong. Emailed several times with no response until threatening to contact BBB and Attorney General. Finally received after two weeks and most items were wrong. Wanted a refund for a dress they didn't even tell me was out of stock and still have yet to receive money. Contacting BBB and PayPal to report them.
This website is a fraud. I placed my order three months ago, never received my items, my card of course, was charged. The "merchant" would not respond to emails, phone calls, and I just lodged complaints with both the BBB and the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, now on the FTC. BEWARE!

I ordered quite a few items from this company, and spent about $100.00. I only received half of my order, and have blown up their voice mail and e mail every day. Someone has YET to contact me regarding the missing items I ordered almost two months ago. This is by far the WORST place to order from, and I would never recommend anyone buying items, no matter how cute, from here unless you want to just throw away money. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this garbage company. I just wish I read the reviews before I even purchased anything from there.
Same thing with me. Order placed August 25th. No confirmation number no nothing. I sent several emails before one was answered. The email said I have my order in 2-3 business days with a tracking number that day. That was September 28th. It has now been 6 business days and still nothing. I tried to write on their facebook page and now I have been blocked. I have sent 3 emails since Monday October 3rd. I hope I'm not another person that has to contact the BBB.
Total scam artists that spend time responding to these posts than actually responding to emails or phone calls. What a shame that people like this exist and seem to relish taking people for their hard earned money.
I ordered $48 worth the merchandise. They certainly took my money quickly but I can't get a response from email or phone. It has been two months and I've contacted them weekly. Yet they continue to put new stuff on their website. They appear to be a scam.
I put my order in on 2-20-2012. I have never received a tracking or shipping number, although I have called and e-mailed (every e-mail address I could find on their page) numerous times. I have been charged on my credit card though! I have threatened in my e-mails to call the credit card company and tell them about the fraudulant charges, but this also has done no good! I will be calling my credit card company tonight and who-ever else I must call inorder to get my money back-since I am obviously not going to get the products I ordered(over $30 worth)!
Horrible! It took over a months to receive a pair of tights and when they arrived they had filthy black stains on them! They don't send confirmatory order emails or include invoices with their packages (and the item arrived in a repurposed box). Still can't get resolution from them. Clearly this is a slap dash outfit--definitely don't use.
