So disappointed in the lack of services from this company. We hired Ashley at Your California Beach Wedding to provide a small beach wedding. The initial contact was slow but we allowed a couple of days to get back with us due to it being in the middle of the wedding season. After we paid our deposit we couldn't ever get a hold of her again! She never returned our phone calls, text messages or emails. We heard from her again when our final payment was due & then couldn't get a hold of her again until we met her at the beach on our wedding day. She stuttered through our ceremony & mispronounced my husband's name. She forgot the sand for the sand ceremony, the rose petals and the decorations didn't look anything like in the pictures. The set up looked like a child threw everything together at the last minute. My bridal bouquet was wilted and she made an excuse about the weather being too hot. It wasn't even that hot that day. Then to add insult to injury, we still haven't received our photos, which were taken with a cheap Cannon camera by her friend and the court said our marriage license has expired because it wasn't returned signed! Now we can't get a hold of her AGAIN! Our wedding was supposed to be stress free and all inclusive. It has been full of stress and Ashley has ruined our wedding day! We should have listened to the other reviews and not given this company the benefit of the doubt. They shouldn't be in business!
