I purchased Business Class tickets through this online agency and received about a 15% discount from the going retail price seen on the airline's website. Our flight home was cancelled and the airline put us on other flights and we were downgraded to Coach. When I contacted the airline after we returned home to get a refund for the difference in price between Coach and Business, the airline informed me that we would have to have our travel agent make the request. It has been months and numerous phone calls to YourBusinessFlights and we still have not received our refund. This is about $2000 or so and nothing to sneeze at! I highly suggest not using this company for your travel needs.

BEWARE of this company! It seems to be a one man company, and is trying to rip people off! My experience with them was nothing less than TERRIBLE! I booked tickets with them, first I had to beg them to send me ticket numbers, and then my plans changed and I tried to cancel them the next day, since by law there is 24 hour free cancellation window, but these guys refused to do that, and tried to charge me huge penalty! I had to fight with them for a long time, and at the end they forced me to pay penalty, when the cancellation had to be done for free. The most shocking part was that I was blackmailed by them. They said they will only refund me money if I confirm that I will not be posting my terrible experience anywhere! What kind of business is this? It's a SCAM, RIPOFF, and I would never, ever deal with them, and I really urge you to stay away from this company! I was dealing with *, never go anywhere near this company, or you will be scammed!
