“NOT SEED TO SEAL”

June N.
5/6/20

YLEO claims their EO are "seed to seal" which is patently untrue. Most blends are outsourced, even the singles have V6 (a carrier oil) added. If you use any for cooking (which is stated they are all natural so you can), it ruins the dish (I used rosemary and sage and it was awful! Gary young is a criminal, what most dont know is that Doterra was founded by ex young living exec's. YL attempted to sue doterra claiming theft of blends and oil impurities and lost. The FDA has also sited young living for allowing claims of medicinal value of some oils. The products are not backed by quantifiable data and the efficacy of all the products is also questionable. Local health stores sell higher quality oils for 1/8 th of the price. The lack of integrity within the organization is rampant, it's all about money, not the product and definitely not the customer. Men are paid twice what women are and do half the work. Communication is non existent, at YL, it's not what you know, but who you know. I've purchased 2 diffusers that stopped working within a few months. I was able to exchange one but didnt bother with the 2nd because of so much hassle getting the first one replaced. I purchase EO'S from a local health store, the aroma when diffusing using a diffuser from Rod Works is amazing. I paid $40 for the diffuser from rod works and 2 years later still going strong. The highest paid "consultants " are treated like royalty... above customers. The products are junk, customer service worst ever, consultants who know NOTHING factual about the products or the manufacturing process.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from YLEO, the oils ARE NOT seed to Seal. The oils are too heavy(diluted)for diffusers and cause buildup that's hard to completely eradicate. Once you've purchased something from YL, dont plan on any customer service if you have problems.

Products used:
Dew drop diffuser, sage, clove, thyme, dill, tea tree oils
