The models and just regular people are great. I would have love to stay with the site. Yet, one day I called in with a problem with my account and customer service said to read my email. I was like... why can't I just talk to you? He said read the emal. Don't raise your voice... and bye... click. Now that is customer service... not! So then I call back and the number is disconnected. I go to online chat... and I'm told... we get a hundred calls an hour... it's not blocked... asked for the number gave me the one I was calling... and it went straight to the booo booo beep... were sorry... etc. Beyond that their customer service folks were complete $#*!s... not helpful at all... and in fact very rude... and had the gall to call me rude. WTF? You guys blocked me out of my account for no reason. I was then threatened with law enforcement action (which I think is illegal when it comes to a minor debt situation... WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE.) I called my bank and went over line by line what was taken from my account... and it added up exactly to what they said I owed or else legal action would be taken. C'mon guys... are u serious? You are trying to bleed, threaten and degrade me for money that I have already paid you? Can I speak to your supervisor... NO! Can I speak to your manager... NO. Follow the instructions on the email. WTF are you talking about? You are asking me to pay for what you have already collected... and then you blame it on fraud... but you won't give me the number to your fraud department? I did everything I could do to clear up this matter... and I know I am in the clear. But your attitude, arrogance, scare tactics, and just utter $#*! hole behavior did not sit well with me at all. So you say I am banned from your site... I say... fine... you lost a great customer... and brought on a ton of negative publicity. I really thought this was a site that I would pay for and follow for a while... but your customer service, ethics... and just plain $#*! hole attitudes have brought me to this conclusion... $#*! Y'all. Oh... and if you think your threatening letter about calling the cops on what I apparently owe. I've already talked to them along with my bank... you are lucky that Lent is coming up and I am trying to be forgiving... because quite frankly... I have had much better experiences with customer service in Bangalore or Manilla than I had with you. Thanks for the help... NOT!
