So far I have made 3 orders from YoShop store. I ordered tv box, RC drone, and usb charger for batteries. Everything was in good quality. Delivery charges were free. At YoShop there are many interesting things at great prices. YoShop Customer Support works very well. YoShop Online shopping App is available on Android mobile phone. It works as expected and it is very customer-friendly. I use it all the time. I enjoy doing shopping at YoShop!
Fraud charges: Yoshop is involved in scam activities which involve ilegit charges on interns before they can get their internship certificates. Inhumane behaviour: The owner prabeen himself is a total fraud. He is making enough mistakes which if got caught, then he will end up in jail. His behave become inhumane really. Inhumane! He misbehaved and threatened me if I took action against him or his business then he will do this or that. Unbelievably low quality courses: The meetings they conducts for the lectures and doubt sessions are taken by some unqualified and inexperienced individual. With very low quality of video and audio everytime. You will hardly gain any knowledge from them. So you will have to take support from youtube always. Bad Motive: They are only interested in money, inside activities are all messed up. Motivated by financial gains only. So definately there is lack of intern support and ugly work culture. This is what I wanna say about this company. False reviews: They have forced their interns into reviewing their company, products and services positively by making it their internship task. One which if they did not completed then they won't be getting any internship certificate. So their reviews on their site or any other site are majorly fraud. I declare that all I mentioned above is true and I have proofs as well to prove my review. Overall, Not a legit company. I pay for a product I expect to get what I paid for. I ordered a black clock double chain on a piston but I got a purple plastic clock. Iv contact them several times I put in my details even pictures and nothing they simply ignore thinking you will go away. Not good enough this business is discussting service and cheap plastic crap.
Please don't waste your money. I won't be recommending them to anyone.this company doesn't even deserve 1 star

Ordered something 2 months ago and still havent recieved anything. Asked for a refund and nothing... just getting the same old run around. Ill be sticking to Wish for sure.
This may be yet another Chinese vendor teetering on the dangerous line of scamming by selling an increased shipping (to the free shipping that the items were bundled with) that provides tracking, and then seemingly shipping only the items with this extra insurance. Without this shipping upgrade, I don't believe they even bother shipping the order, preferring to just see who remembers a month and a half later what they ordered. I placed 2 separate orders over a one month period and received nothing but excuses from them. They said try your neighbor - try the post office - look under the bushes. Ultimately they refuse to provide any solution other than too bad "you should have bought the insurance / tracking".

STAY AWAY! Their offer of free shipping may just be you agreeing to give your money away.

About your order, I am sorry to tell you that as the item is a hot sale product and for the large quantity, the manufacturer does not supply on time, then the shipment for it is delayed. However, it will be available in about three weeks.
In this case, we can offer you 3 options:
Option 1 Wait a little more
When the items are in stock, we will arrange the packing for you and send you a confirmation email about the shipping information once they are shipped out.
Option 2 Exchange for another item
Please let me know the URL of the product you would like to choose instead. If there is any price difference with the original item, we will either refund it to you on your yoshop Wallet or send you an invoice to pay for it.
In the product detail page, there's a line between the name of the product and price, which says Dispatch: Ships within X business days. If it shows 3 business days, then it is in stock. Otherwise, it may be not available right now.
Option 3 Cancel and refund
We can refund to your original payment account.
- For PayPal account refund may take 48 hours to process and appear in your paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, please allow up to 7-14 business days.

Edit: after 3 weeks they send me my money back, after month they are sending people mails that cant fulfill an order. So in the end i was right to cancel my order and do not wait more time.

The total time it will take to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
