I had a really tough order, where I needed some items shipped to a friend and some items shipped directly to me, but after I placed my order! Luckily, customer service was awesome and got everything sorted quickly and kept in touch to help assure me things were taken care of. Love the site and will continue shopping here.

I ordered a $1500 Modloft chair from Yliving. When I placed my order it showed that they have 3 in stock in the color and fabric I wanted. I was given an expected delivery date to be 3 weeks before the holidays. After many phone calls and many promises of delayed delivery dates I finally got the chair 4 weeks later. There is NO return calls or email follow up even when promised. I would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered a $1500 Modloft chair from Yliving.
When I placed my order it showed that they have 3 in stock in the color and fabric I wanted. I was given an expected delivery date to be 3 weeks before the holidays.
After many phone calls and many promises of delayed delivery dates I finally got the chair 4 weeks later.
There is NO return calls or email follow up even when promised.
I would NOT recommend this company.

Tip for consumers:
They sell the same products that everone else sells.

Their customer service staff and it's skills suck. They are obviously trained in the art of Bull S***. The company as a whole must be a Ma and Pa operation. Actually I would give them no stars. I would not bother to recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again. I ordered a bath vanity, received about seven different shipping dates, talked to approximately 12 cust service reps and 4 months later I am still waiting on my merchandise.

I bought a set of dinning chairs from Yliving. 4 months into it one of the leather (apparently faux leather) started to split open.
Called them to report the problem and said sorry the manufacturer doesn't think this is a defect.
The person I spoke to was not very nice. Both the product and the company are garbage.

I ordered two toilets from YLiving. BOTH arrived broken. I spotted the first one when it arrived. I requested a replacement. YLiving customer service told me it was backordered from the manufacturer. No replacement date. Somehow, a helpful guy at their distribution partner found a whole bunch of them and sent me a replacement. Weeks after receiving the replacement, YLiving was still telling me my replacement was backordered. So here is the really sad part. A few months later, I was finally ready to install the other toilet. We opened the tank box. SMASHED! I called YLiving. No joy. They told me: 1) they no longer carry toilets; 2) I am out of their return window. That's it, they said. They just wiped their hands. Sorry Charlie. My only recourse was the manufacturer. Toto was won-der-ful! They said, we do not like to hear that our dealers --even our ex-dealers-- treat customers like that. They authorized a replacement. No thanks to YLiving. I would never buy anything from YLiving again.

I would never purchase from this store again. Horrible experience from Day 1. Took a month to get 2 chairs. First they take my order. Then 1 called a week or 2 later. Told me item was not in stock and it would be 2 or 3 months to get it. Then I asked why didn't anyone contact me. They had no answer. When speaking with customer rep he was extremely rude and could give me no idea where my order was. It finally took about a month t get 2 chairs. I was extremely unhappy with the whole ordeal and would never in a million years order from this company again

I ordered Modloft TV Stand from yliving in Nov 2018 by calling the number on their website. After placing the order, never got any confirmation for my order. After couple weeks I called them again; they had my email wrong in their system. After few days I got the confirmation and noticed that the colour is not the one I ordered. Again after few phone calls, I corrected the colour. I was supposed to get it by end of December or beginning of January. I got it the first week of February. Opened it; completely different model. Now I am so mad and frustrated; called the customer service; even though their site shows that they have my order available they're not replacing it with the model I ordered. Asked for refund; got an email to send them a picture and the reason I want refund. After 4 month back and forth, I'm at square one, looking for TV stand again, and have no idea when they are going to pick this one up and refund my money. Do not recommended it to any one...

I bought a $700 Modloft mirror frim YLiving, which was delivered in an opened and re-taped box and was missing its installation hardware. When I called customer service at YLiving to have the missing parts replaced, they told me I would have to fill out a "replacement parts" form and that I would have to PAY for the missing parts! Fortunately the manufacturer, Modloft, was very sympathetic and they sent me the missing parts right away at no charge. I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from YLivingbin the past - but NO MORE! I wish I had read their reviews first I would have shopped elsewhere.

Ordered pillows, when I tried to return because I didn't like the pattern, they denied my return saying I didnt have the original plastic bag it comes in (that gets ripped when you open it.) and I can't return without that.
I have ordered from multiple stores and never heard such a ridiculous policy.

Sent the defective table, their own technician couldn't fix the table and for replacement they are having a gazillion things to ask of. Very untrained customer service, lack proper process. They should be sued for customer harrasment. I hope consumer forums investigate such company's and save customers from such scam companies.

Ordered furniture from YLiving and upon receiving the shipment realized that two large pieces were missing. After a couple weeks and multiple discussions with customer service there has been no progress in shipping the missing pieces. Customer service is very friendly and tells you what you want to hear but never follows through with a solution or progress update. Please do not buy from this site if you want your furniture. Would have much rather paid twice as much to actually receive the product that I ordered.

I have never experienced such a poor customer service. Not only was I delivered the wrong bed but a broken one! I couldnt believe it upon delivery and then it took me a month and a half to get it replaced and I still dont have it. Its just awful dont buy from YLiving its simply a scam

Our outdoor coffee table arrive with a chip on the table edge. Emails to *******@yliving.com and calls to customer service to remedy the defect have not been answered let alone acknowledged.

I have a trade account with Yliving. After purchasing 4 items which explicitly said in their website that will ship in 3-4 weeks (sept 26 2017) I call to follow up, about 3 weeks in after the purchase, and found to my surprise the items were backordered for 5 months!. No one even had the courtesy to call or email to let me know. I called customer service and no one answered the phone EVER (there is an 11 minute wait until the call is sent directly to voice mail. I left several voice mails and no one has returned my calls. I also included myself in a list to be called in the order my call was received, and obviously no one ever returned my calls... It went like this for several days... finally it occurred to me to call the sales number and of course that number was answered right away. They are very determine to take your money. After speaking with a lot of reps... I am still unable to resolve my issue. The only item that was in-stock from my original order, which I asked to have that shipped right away, they said it was going to be shipped last week on October 19th. I called again today and was told it was going to ship in 1 to 2 days (today is October 24th). Every time I call there is a different answer, a different person and a different time frame for shipping... and so goes on with their lies and deceits. And if someone in Yliving ever get across this review please know I tried speaking to Adam, whom I was told by a customer sales rep is one of the supervisors, but he was very busy to take my call at the moment. I am now waiting on supervisor Cristina to call me back... Now based on my experience I would suggest to anyone from the the design community and potential customers to stay away from this company. They are not worth your time and money.

They can't seem to deliver what they claim is for sale. I ordered wall art, three photos of Orchids, got a four piece flower thing that they sent in lieu of the orchids because they didn't
Have the orchids. After some back and forth I was given the four piece flower set as a "gift" and told to try for the Orchids near Christmas. I ordered three weeks ago, one week passed and then the big call came. No Orcids available. Why do they continue to advertise them on their web site? Why do they continue to do business with a vendor who cannot provide?

Don't buy from these people...
