Yesnewdress

Yesnewdress.com is a total scam. My wife placed an order for approximately $100.00 in early September. The vendor (scammer) never shipped the items ordered, and ignored repeated requests to cancel the order. Instead several months later they shipped two items that were never part of the order. We contacted customer service by email and they provided an address in China to return the incorrect items. To ship these items to China would cost more than the items were worth, with no guarantee of a refund. We sent letters, emails, complained to the credit card company and finally disputed the charge as a scam. It has now been over 4 months and we are still fighting to get our money back. These people are criminals. Lastly, as a bonus the amount of spam emails we receive on a daily basis has gone up by 400% since we placed the order with yesnewdress.com
