I was quit happy that I was able to find a website that would have the music I was looking for, and some reviews said the prices would be too high, but the albums I found were decent, now just have to wait for them to come in. Purchase process was fairly simple and straight forward, and payment options were great as they allowed additional to entering a card number. Only thing is now I have an account I don't know if I will use again, but who knows.

Good product selection; however, it's not free international shipping to the US. I recommend they change the wording so it's not misleading.

I've order few time from the yesasia.com, everytime I satisfy their service, but the previous order I got a mild damage on the box, hope yesasia.com can improve the way they pack the items, at least wrap with bubble wrap or something

When I got to my cart, a banner said I got free shipping with my $31 purchase. I should have seen that coincident amount as suspicious, but I need three product and so ended up paying $16 so I can have a tracking number. Frowny face. But thanks for having Red Cliff parts 1 & 2!

Pretty Good. I bought a lot of cookbooks previously in this website. If they get more updated cookbooks, that is much better.

Very often I receive damaged items in my orders. Despite informing the seller, nothing changes and damaged items are still shipped. It is not very professional.

You site makes it veru difficult to place an order to Canada. The original site doesn't ship to Canada or the US, then there is a link where we have to start all over, then it doesn't work so we start again. I spent 10 minutes placing the order.
But now it has been placed.
What link should I use to go directly to the site that ships to Canada?

I didn't make it with paypal payment. Althought my name got synchronized with paypal text. Then it did't accept a valid gredit card. At last one of my cards was accepted. Now, 20 minutes from order, I haven'y receive e-mail with my order.

At first the invoice showed FREE Shipping. But then it added $5.99 for shipping.

Website clearly said free shipping international... but I was being charged for shipping twice. I needed the books so I went ahead buying from this website. Would appreciate it if they were honest about what they posted on their website.

My specific item, yotsuba was hard to find, because the manga volumes hade different names (yotsuba& and yotsubato).

Also, when entering phone number and credit card number, spaces and "+" was not allowed (small hassle).

They have lots of asian products - price better than amazon for some books. Site is a bit of confused, but it works.

Sites such as kpopmart, and ktown4u give you the poster for free when you buy an album but yesasia charges $5 for a piece of paper.
BUT aside from the expensive and overpriced merchandise, yesasia is very organized, has an easy-to-navigate website, great customer service, well bubble-wrapped packages. If you don't mind spending $10-20 more than the average Kpop merchandise site, YesAsia would be a great go-to kpop store.

I placed an order for some musical CD, it was just released for a month, however they said the CD is no longer available, but the website still indicate item available to place order... so confusing. They should have update their website more often.

You carry a lot of products but not all of them can be searched under your categories. It'd be great if the products and search categories are well organized and the sorting of products be improved for easier shopping experience for customers.

I didn't understand why you did not accept payment from my PayPal account. This had never happened before in all my purchases elsewhere. There was no explanation given.

I have been a customer of YesAsia North America for many years. Check out on their web site is horrible. Two orders in a row, I have been unable to use $5 cash coupons issued by them. It's not the money... it the bait and disappear that disturbs me. There web site all together on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 4.

It didn't work (all three items carried the symbol of buy 3 reduce $3) so I reduced item quantity to two 9cut out one item that I don't really have to purchase). YesAsia suppose to do more business with me but the system hinder my purchase.

I ordered my albums on 28th october and got them 28 november (in business days 19). I am from central Europe and shipping was pretty slow, but it was shipped from Hong Kong so I understand why. The minus is poster, it was in tube but at the top are wrinkles and white creases. But I am satisfied with YesAsia :)

I have to see how long I receive the product, so far not a good experience. I really do not want to criticize your web site, but it is not a good method to order the CD.
