I was quit happy that I was able to find a website that would have the music I was looking for, and some reviews said the prices would be too high, but the albums I found were decent, now just have to wait for them to come in. Purchase process was fairly simple and straight forward, and payment options were great as they allowed additional to entering a card number. Only thing is now I have an account I don't know if I will use again, but who knows.

I preordered a poster for a kpop album. They sent me the wrong one and gave me a store credit. I then used this credit to buy a new one. They again sent me the wrong one. Do not bother buying anything from them. They are dirty scammers and will not listen to your complaints. They will go around in circles and waste your time. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. Never again! I ordered one cd and one vinyl back in February, I understand we are experiencing pandemic and coronavirus but this company lied to me telling me that they had no problem shipping the same speed during the pandemic before I ordered which should arrived in 14 days. But after I ordered in February, now it's Mid june and I still didn't get the items nor their tracking is valid. So I wrote them many times to ask for solution or canceling the order and they straight out refused and already took my money. And ask me to wait for another month.

They have a lot of problems with their turtle speed shipping, beware that you won't get your order until like a month later at the earliest. And their customer service is not there to help you but to protect themselves from refunding, exchanging or letting you to get your way. And they will fight with you for even $1 all the way to your credit card company even if they shipped wrong items. This is the worst online shopping experience you can ever had. And zero protection to customers but all to their shop.

The prices are way too high compared to other sellers (say you'll buy a Japanese version of a dvd set: they're going to charge you thrice the cost you'd pay getting it from Japan albeit Hong Kong is a hub so everything is supposed to cost less). Not only that- more often than not, they won't have what you ordered nor will they be able to get your copy (when they do, it will take two to three weeks and THEN they will send it to you); does that mean you'll get a refund- no it does not! They will either only give you a partial refund giving poor excuses which don't make sense in the least bit or, more often than not, give you a refund in credits to use to buy something else.
The price shown is never exact! Upon checkout you will notice you are being charged way more and, guess what, a few days later your credit card will be charged EXTRA as sort of a "order placement taxation" (which is never going to be refunded either way, just like the shipping cost).
Once, I bought a 5-dvds set for 180 euros (TOO MUCH BUT THEY WERE THEY ONLY ONES STILL SELLING COPIES, IT WAS FOR COLLECTORS AND SOLD-OUT ANYWHERE ELSE): it came two months later, with its case broken and no bubble wrap in the shipping box - which was clearly too large for that so I take it my item spent two whole months going up and down - so I contacted the customer service providing pictures as proof: the only thing they were willing to "offer" was a very thin CD-ROM case I might have bought for less than one euro just about anywhere and that was obviously too thin for the five DVDs!
Did I mention you pay over 200 euro for a boxset and then discover it only contains half of the TV series and you need to buy the other half separately?
The HIGHLY COSTLY express shipping takes the exact same time the free one does (is it free really, the shown price suddenly increases upon checking out so I doubt it) and the standard shipping - when not offered, which is more often than not - costs an arm and a leg as well!
Terrible experience.

I my pre order was canceled with no warnings ahead of time and now I can't even buy the item I wanted because it's sold out everywhere! Every other online retailer will at least know how many pre orders they can fill before they actually charge you, but not this terrible site! I seriously suggest never pre ordering from this site if it's for a limited purchase you know will never be restocked. Worst shopping experience ever, I'm never buying anything from this site ever again!

Don't make the same mistake as me. This was the first time I ordered with them and will be the last time. I spent 80$ for 4 music albums just go get the free shipping which turned out to be a total piece of sh*t. I waited 30+ days for the package (and emailed them during that time but they had no idea where the package was), just to be told after the 30+ days that the package was undelivered. Like. What the hell? I did NOT receive any notification about the package arriving at my house, the shipping did not have any tracking so I was not able to get to know where was the package located. Then the package went back to them and I was told that in order to receive my albums I have to pay 30$... no way I am spending more money on something that was not my fault. And then it gets better. I requested a refund and not only I received 50$ (!) out of 80$ because they charged me for the shipping because they "tried" to deliver it (. But wait, wasn't the shipping free? That is precisely why i could not track that and it got undelivered...?) they refunded me with store credit! What a pile of crap. Now I can only buy one album (when I paid for 4...), because without the free shipping buying their stuff does not make any sense, everything is way too expensive. And I refuse to pay them even a penny. Take my advice and avoid this shop because a thing like that can happen to anyone, even you. It literally made me cry couple of times because that's a lot of money to be wasted, especially when you are a student. Really took out the joy of supporting my favourite kpop group, it'll take a lot of time before I'll order anything again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Waste of money and time.

This is my first time using this site and the very first time I'm purchasing a kpop c. D. and this may very well be my last time doing either. I purchased a cd set the night before last night, only to be notified today that they needed an alternative form of payment. When I contacted my bank, I was told this website processed my payment twice and because my bank declined the 2nd attempt, they are requesting another form of payment. I have notified them, since I've already paid them once and they've already taken the money from my account, I should most definitely receive the product I ordered, especially when I paid an extra $25 to get rush shipping. For the time being, regardless of the overall rating this site has, I will not be recommending this site to anyone and instead will warn others to stay away.

Uses a cheap budget courier when you pay for Express Post service, took over 10 days to arrive.

They send it to a depot in your country before repacking them and send it to you with a budget courier instead of sending it to you directly, I mean, what's the point of paying and arm and a leg for Express Postage then? It's obvious because the sender address was local.

I called them out on it and customer service was appalling. They're also willing to take your money for pre-orders when they cannot fulfill them.

Other retail platforms offering payment by Paypal are able to achieve seamless interface, Yesasia requires pretty much all of the Paypal profile detail to be re-entered - tedious

As a worldwide online retailer, you need to find an alternative way of how to ship internationally such as using Fedex or DHL instead of doing nothing about it. Many online retailers are willing to hold the order and ship them later.

I bought my albums three months ago and if it wasn't for me emailing about what's going on i would never know that they LOST my products and they can't give me back my money because it goes straigh to their credit in the website. It was the first and last time I buy something from here.

目前免費運送門檻之前是US$39現在改成US$69真的太高了,調貨時間太久了,而且運送速度也是很慢,而且降低購買的意願。希望可以回復成之前的運務門檻,不然真的會不想要在你們的網站上購物了。希望你們可以加油

Im so worked up rn!
I ordered a present for my sister and it was quite expensive one at last. But even after 3 months of waiting no sight of the kdrama I bought.

So I send a mail, and they answered that they would send one out again but I had to send my adress (?) They already had my adress but okey I did so. Then they said, a day later, that I had put in a wrong adress when ordering. My adres house number was missing they said, that is the lamest excuse ever. I did put it in because it is automatic generated and I double checked it. Also there are 5 houses in my steet and everyone knows eachother. And the post here is not send by street number but name and postal code.

Also they made that mistake with a friend of mine and my sister before, to not put their house number but it was always delivered.

Now they said It was my foult "and just to ask around if mabey my neighbours have the package?! What a trash site!-

I have been a regular customber for years but this is complete bs

This company sells items that are not in stock and charge your credit card without refunding. They are forcing me to try to recover my money through the credit service myself. They are trying to steal my money. BEWARE! Do not do business with this company!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! If you've have no complications with your orders here, then you are lucky! I went to purchase three items from this site, which came to over $62 Canadian dollars! The money was taken from my account, but then they cancelled the order due to the items being "out of stock", even though they were not advertised as such. When I requested the money that was taken from me back, they refused and said that THEY DON'T TAKE PAYMENT UNTIL THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED. If that's true, then the money would NOT have been taken from my account!

***MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME!*****

Please DO NOT buy from YESASIA. I have an order email which confirmed that my order (a book) that was shipped on 29 May 2013. It is July, and I did not receive it. I called US customer service center. They say they will assume that the order is "lost", and will ship another one. Sounds reasonable enough, except, they were not able to tell me when the "new" order is expected to arrive, as they will have to order the book in to get it "in stock", before they can ship it. As I will be moving to another location, I asked if they can ship it to another address, and the answer was that they will have to charge me another shipping fee. I then asked for a refund of my order. And they said they were unable to refund my order.

This is tantamount to Fraud. As I do not have a shipping nor tracking proof that the order has been shipped. And am unable to know when the "new" order will arrive. And cannot get my money back. I am appreciative that they have a real human being to answer the phone though. And said that I will post about my experience online so that other people will not suffer the same consequence. She finally agreed to refund my money. It is not a huge amount. But I would not trust this supplier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM YESASIA UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHANCE DISAPPOINTMENT!

After doing research and consulting with a few friends happy with the items they've ordered I decided to place an order through Yesasia. I placed a Pre-Order for an album. Yesasia showed the item was available for order and so the order was placed. They promptly took payment from my pay pal account within a day or so of the transaction.

A week later I receive an e-mail informing me the item I had pre-ordered was not in stock which defeats the purpose of pre-ordering anything! I was instructed by an automatic e-mail of my only two options, which were to wait five days before the system would automatically cancel the order, or to remove the item all together.

I decided I needed to get to the bottom of this. Don't be fooled. They attempt to address all issues through their automated e-mail system, but there is a 1-866 number you can find if you want to talk to a real person. The 1-866 number is tied to a call center in the Hong Kong time zone, so make sure to have your world clock app ready.

After contacting a real person and asking how can a pre-order item be "out of stock" I was told that they only get limited quantities on a first-come, first-serve basis from a "supplier" (they don't have most of their goods on hand apparently). So they basically knew they would only have access to a limited few, and instead of removing the availability of the item once all quantities were accounted for, they chose not to do so. Not only that, they charged people knowing they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order. Which if you ask me borders on fraud! This isn't the first time the company has done this! Shady business practices and horrible customer service. Do not waste your time and money like I did.

I had ordered a CD+VCD which was gonna take about 2 weeks to get. Well I decided to cancel it a few days later as the person I was buying it for decided they did not want it. The cancellation process was easy and Yesasia communicates pretty fast through their email.
Ok my complaint is this!
1st of all,, They claim not to charge you until your items are shipped. ''That is FALSE!''
A pending charge on my VISA shows the full amount.
Pending charges on a Card are the same as the money not being in your account.
Because it is held. So you cannot use it.
So now I am having to communicate with both my Bank and Yesasia to try and get my money back into my account.
Yesasia also emailed me and stated that it is the Bank that needs to release the funds.
My Bank states it is Yesasia (takes 3-5days) Today is day 3.
We will see in another day or two if I will ever see my money again.
I will never ever order from Yesasia ever again!
As well as stay away from using a card soon. Too much of a pain in the@$$.

Don't preorder games here, customer service took 5 days to get back to me on their mistake and still didn't get me the right game. Do not use.
