I ordered 3CE velvet lip tint on their shopee account but the product was never sent. The customer service said that the product is ready but I waited for 3 days and they didn't send it. I asked for refund and they just gave me many other reasons. I was so sick and frustrated of their customer service. I got refund after a week and it's enough to make me stay away from this seller. They should tell their customers if the product is out of stock but they just wasted my time. Sorry not sorry to give 2 stars (at least I still got my money back).
