Needed a costume for an upcoming production of the 'Enchanted Bookshop' musical where they said, 'hey you, you're going to play Long John Silver.' I said great but there was suddenly a need to look like a pirate that was really more than a pirate and that made it difficult to make or find a costume until I discovered 'Yandy. ' They had the perfect getup and at a very reasonable price. It quickly shipped and arrived without incident and now I will bring Long John Silver to life. Thanks Yandy. You saved the day!
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either

We received our lingerie super fast and were both super excited. Once we opened it, one of the panties (held together by chains) was broken and couldn't be worn. I bought my costume for halloween with yandy even tho I had a rush with my order which I placed it by last minute. I got my package the next day delivered. The quality is amazing. And the customer service experience as well! Also thanks Holly for helping me with my previous order and the store credit I requested. I've been purchasing from Yandy for some time now and never had a bad experience thus far. Ive continuously order from Yandy without an issue. They are always helpful when I contact customer service(which is rare) and they never seem to disappoint. Always friendly and prompt with a response. Haven't had an issues with an item either. I'll continue to do business with Yandy because of their customer service, sale items, shipping and over selection of items to include new stock. I'm very happy with Yandy.

Since the trip to Budapest was last minute but important, I required expedited delivery of select special outfits fitting the mood and occasion. However, holiday demand and COVID caused delay in many vendors. Yandy offered gorgeous outfits including everything from swimsuits, cocktail/party dresses and lingerie, and delivered them on time. Although packed in less than attractive plastic wrap, everything arrived timely and was as ordered. Thank you Yandy for helping make the trip special.

I've ordered four times now from yandy, ordering from Canada things usually take longer to get here but yandy is so fast, always about a week. The clothes are always exactly what I've ordered and fit fine, I'm small 5"0 and 105 lbs so worry sometimes if it'll fit but always turns out great, just read their sizing charts. Will definitely continue to shop here! Highly recommend
I forgot all about Valentines Day, so I ordered from Yandy on a Thursday, had it shipped overnight (which was extremely reasonably priced) and got it on Friday afternoon! The prices were good for the quality and I received a free gift. Sizing seemed fairly true to description. The customer service reps were very prompt about getting back to me to enter a discount code and refunded me the difference for the discount right away. They have a huge selection as well! Will order from Yandy again!
My package was falsely delivered by USPS (really dislike usps more than ever) But Marisa and Brooklyn were so helpful and really made the process of getting my order so seamless and I'm really happy with this company. I absolutely plan on buying more thanks to these girls!

I must say honestly that, I would recommend them without hesitation, my packages are shipped out the same day and always arrive before the estimated delivery date. They treasure their customers and with every purchase you receive a gift, either underwear, gift card, discount codes etc. The prices are also fantastic and the products are of great quality. Their customers service is also exceptional, with all four reps I dealt with when my package was damaged during delivery we're very understanding and they went above and beyond.
