If you are planning to switch your service to Yahoo Mobile, done. This worthless cellphone service is one BIG joke. They have latched on to my credit card #, I'm sure they won't have any trouble, getting their payments, that's all they care about. I can not describe how frustrated I am right now. I have switched my service of 10 years over to them last week, the service is horrible, the app is horrible, the Chat service is horrible. This is a RUBBISH Cell Phone service and I have no clue where to get help. They do not have live help, no phone # to call. Nobody to help in the Chat Box; Everything seems to be pointing back to an App. That doesn't work. I need help switching my service back and removing my automatic billing information from their useless Data Base. They have also leaked my information to the dark web. HELP! My phone has half bar and Data is forever slow. 1 bar yahoo wifi instead of Yahoo Mobile 4 G Network. I want them to pay to have my service switched back and refund all my money back to my Credit Card. RUBBISH!
