I cannot access an email I HAVE THE PASSWORD TOO. The website requires I login to a verification email that I no longer have the password too. It was my only security option at the time, so I'm $#*! out of luck with accessing that email. I purchased 24/7 customer support to speak with a representative and instead spoke with an autobot for 5 minutes who then put me on a hold for over an hour. I will be cancelling this "service" immediately, as it's a pathetic excuse for one.

I have used Yahoo.com for years. I have not paid much attention to news stories, but lately I have been paying careful attention to the election. I noticed over several weeks how the news is being reported on Yahoo.com. The election coverage is like a rollercoaster ride. From minute to minute it can change, and that goes without saying, however the ads that are placed with news are biased. I realized that internet businesses do not think people are paying attention, but we are. They all in bed with each other. We should be able to watch the news without targeting ads that think they know who we are and what we want. When Yahoo.com puts an advertisement for a certain product or media for an certain issue. They show me how much time they spend catering to special interest and acting like puppets to keep the cash flow going in their favor. I am sure the ugly post and interaction among some Yahoo.com users plays a part in biased ads, but the media has shown its true colors in this election. I am posting this review so we will all remember, we are just demographics and capital to them! Like a herd of cattle for the top bidder, looking to make as much money off of us as they can.

First step home inspection
We purchased a home and used First step for our inspection via recommendation of our realtor. We found several issues after the closing which led me to contact Matt to find some reasonable resolution. He would not move or even be open to any constructive conversation. At issue was the inspector missed a roof leak into the kitchen cabinets, which were almost empty, his excuse was kitchen ware could have been in the way. It was NOT! Now to the roof issues, we were told by the inspector the roof showed normal wear, and had a couple of years on it. Matt used the cover of the notation ‘further evaluation of the roof', however we were led to believe it was normal wear and tear. After we found the kitchen cabinet damage we had a roof inspection done and were informed of hail damage on shingles and wind turbines, not normal wear and tear. Matt refused to acknowledge the roof hail damage was missed, claiming his people are only inspectors not roofers. Go figure.
This will cost us more than $8500 to replace the roof instead of having the chance to NEGOTIATE the repairs with the seller's insurer.
I thought we would be fair with Matt and ask for only 25% of the roof repairs. Surprisingly he laughed at me and said there was NO WAY he would do any compensation for the roof. I believe in integrity and doing the right thing. Evidently Matt cares more about money than doing the right thing when a mistake is made. We would NEVER use this company again and have recommended to our realtor not to refer this company to any other clients.

This park is very old and has not been taken care of. The streets are broken and cracked. There are no community standards enforced. Whole park looks old and outdated. Stay away from this place.
As people who read my reviews will note, I've become more and more concerned about 'Big Brother' tactics used by large corporations. Governments try to restrict data gathering, but are years behind in legislation.
Yahoo is the latest I've noted for underhand tactics. I cleared all cookies, etc from my laptop. Then I logged into Yahoo through their 'Yahoo UKI News, email and search' link. This gives you the chance to restrict cookies etc.
You can turn two sets of cookies off, but then there is the innocuous "Special Purposes and Features" headings. Most people will ignore these two options and go direct to 'Save Choices'. Click on either of these two headings and be prepared to be shocked!
Listed under both these headings are 464 'partner' companies of Yahoo that have access to your data. As far as I'm concerned "its goodbye Yahoo". I will never willingly give my consent to 464 companies having unwelcome access to my data. I suggest people move to other mail sites that are more customer friendly.

I WILL NEVER GET A YAHOO ACCOUNT AGAIN! I called about unlocking my account for ymail.com because I forgot my password and the number they had was an old number on my account. Well I called trying to get answers and the man I spoke with first was very rude! Then he told me there was a charge. Well when I called back to asked another question that I didn't understand, the man name Jerry (@ *******486) was like you just called us and you trying to see if we would change our minds or what we are saying. Are you trying to not pay a fee. I thought they were very unprofessional! I will never do anything with YAHOO again!

Answer: Yahoo, is under going a big market change with Verizon Wireless, Yahoo! Has been running slow ever since they mention the Oath Brand, Inc. It was like the whole market crashed for Yahoo!, they are still working on buying back the stock, and I even wonder why the offer to buy, a company with no problem, that dose the same kinda of work without using or selling a telephone. Yahoo1 sould be up and running, but there is still, on when and how they are going to buy back the stock.
