They canceled my order because they were out if stick and took a week to refund with customer service that didn't know what I was talking about until I spoke to three people. Now I'm being harassed with a dozen emails to review the site, so I guess you asked for it. The emails come from shady Chinese addresses and it's altogether scammy.

I purchased Cat tree and it is steady, it is perfect size for them, it is so cute and even cuter with my cats. And it's comfortable, my cats now only using this cat tree. When I was putting it up, my cats were playing with those accessories. It's a really good buy! The installation is not bad, just took a little bit more time for connecting cave with the bottom base. If you are looking for cute, comfy cat tree, I have would 100% recommend this item!

Best experience and price! Never heard of this company but glad I came across it while comparing prices. Fire pit works great and looks good and was packaged with care!

I have called and left 4 messages. I have sent 2 emails. I have not received any response. We are missing a piece.

I emailed the company with issues regarding my order received (missing part, didn't fit…) and got no response.
Updated...I was contacted by the seller to regarding the issues because of my review, but it's been over 2 months since I got the bed frame so parts are not needed anymore as I've had to get them myself and have someone fix the frame so I could use it. It would have been nice if they responded right away to the email sent and fixed the situation.

I got a sofa bed and it was delivered without arm rest, I felt so bad after paying about 200£,I have asked to get the arm rest delivered but no reply

Satisfied with the product easy setup and take down, easy adjustable legs feels comfortable when laying on it.

Received product in quick turn around time, much appreciated. The product was unfortunately, not the best fit for our decking needs. Immediately emailed and tried to reach customer service to return and how to proceed. (on the second day after it arrived)
Was told to send a picture of the shipment, I did and again explained my reason for return. Didn't hear back again from company. I emailed and tried to reach a live person to talk with; was sent to an automated messaging system. Would not recommend using this company again.

I have seen review videos and you can look, this chair has manufacture defect design. Wood cracks and causes severe injury to neck and back. Needs to be removed from USA store. If I were to get hurt, I would sue for damages and injuries and future restitutions. So I am canceling order. Contacted Amazon to escalate investigation of past injuries... POOR DESIGN DUDES!

My Gazebo didn't last 24 hrs, Light wind blew it down and the gazebo was thrown in garbage. I'm very disappointed $200 down the drain because NO ONE from this company has contacted me after leaving messages. I don't have money to throw away. Please don't waste your time purchasing

Purchased a recliner chair through Amazon in July 2021 after 9 months of use the chair has broken underneath on the right hand side from April 26th I started send messages through my Amazon account and then endless messages through Facebook messenger all seen and ignored until finally after 8 days a message come back telling me has I had the item over 6 months they wouldn't do anything so I have a chair that is broken after only 9 months at a cost of 145.99 the customer service has been diabolical it is non existent and they don't want to know when things go wrong well I'm not taking this and will be taking it further avoid this company at all costs

I ordered this fire pit because it said 3 day delivery time. I'm in NJ and this was coming from GA. I ordered it a week before Mother's Day as a gift to my wife. Order leaves Ga on mon to southern Ga. From Ga to Virginia on tues. Only 200 miles away. On Thursday it overshoots my Fed Ex location by 60 miles north NJ. On sat it is in upstate NY. Monday after Mother's Day, arrives at my door with million pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box. Can't *******@fedex would take this off their truck. I asked for refund and call tickets to return this piece of $#*!. They gave me my money back but refused to send return labels. I can't just throw this in my trash because it has foam and metal and chards of glass.

I have had the chance to order so many different products from their company and I have been happy with them all.
This is my first cat tree and what a bar to set for the first purchase. It arrived quickly, was easy to unpackage (although the box is a bit heavy, you may need help to bring it inside) and each piece was wrapped securely to keep in good shape. The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was easy. It is very sturdy, and it comes with a wall anchor which I chose to use given the tree is so tall and the cats like to jump up and down. Cat tree isn't really the right description, we have begun calling it the cat castle because there are so many platforms and hideaways, scratchers, and toys. I have two cats, one is average size, and one is fairly big, and they can both fit comfortably in the walkways, platforms and 'scoop' style bed areas. They have both taken to it right away and I can always find them lounging on it. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to any cat owner.

I recently discovered this shop and my experience was great! I was very impressed with their selection of products and they had exactly what I was looking for! The checkout process was fast and easy, I received my order quickly, and their customer service was very helpful. The packaging was excellent and all the items I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I bought a Side table at first and the quality and instructions of assembly was up to the mark. Since then I have bought many items from this company right from office chair to Cat tree and I have to say that Yaheetech doesn't compromise on quality. They stand by their items and their customer service is next level. I am truly satisfied and would highly recommend!

I purchased the plant table for my wife as a Christmas present. One of the legs came cracked. My wife has emailed twice since Christmas to get a replacement part and has received no response.

Product was delivered sooner than expected although one package was missing they quickly fixed the issue. The price was on par with the quality. Okay price = okay product. If I get a few years of use out of them I would be happy. Ridiculously easy to install which is okay if they don't last many seasons cause I didn't spend much time on this project.

I usually prefer to purchase furniture pieces in stores so I can see the quality of a product. However, I couldn't find one suitable for my needs in store. I purchased a storage cabinet from Yaheetech because it fit the requirements I need at a reasonable price. When it arrived, I was very surprised at how well packaged the cabinet was to ensure it was damage free in shipping. Quality was also very good and durable. I had a few questions regarding installation and did have to contact them but they responded back quick and were very helpful. Excellent customer service and would recommend their furniture pieces!

The chair design was as expected, however the fabric was not. I found the fabric too industrial in feel and appearance. I called the company twice and sent an email to arrange for return. I was never contacted to make arrangements to return. Now the time has expired and I have a chair boxed up to return. I will not be using the chair. I would like to return it and recoup my costs. Bought a bed and some dining Stools. I love the look and they are really good quality. In their description it also mentions that these are made with eco-friendly material so that's a plus on top. Also love how quickly it arrived very fast shipping

I purchased a mobile tv stand, which came for home assembly. Ran into a problem when the screws to fasten parts 12 and 13 to Part 4, were not the right length to do the job, and as a result, I couldn't go further to assemble the stand. Contacted Yaheetech, made a report through Amazon, on which the Stand is marketed and sold, sent Yaheetech emails asking for resolution, never heard from them. So I'm stuck with a partially assembly item that is beyond sending back through UPS, but willing to send back the parts remaining, after emailing Yaheetech several times, receiving no response. I would like to finish the job, but without the proper screws, I'm done. I recommend do not do business with this company that doesn't care about its customer, and has no customer care department.

I really love this store itd awesome they sell a variety of products and there are great, not to speak about there shipping services it is great and really fast, the customers service there with employees is also great i would recommend every one.
