6 weeks after ordering I received a package- it was the wrong trainers. They look completely different to that ordered plus seem of rubbish quality, fake I think. I contacted the site they generally ignore my emails though occasionally tell me they will check it. Another month later I have given up hope and contacted Paypal to report the purchase. Hopefully I will be able to get my money back. The trainers so rubbish I will bin it if they won't swap.

I had ordered shoes for christmas 2010. When I received them, they were the wrong order. I have been told I will eventually like these hideous shoes and get much use from them. The company will not exchange them, they place blame on the shipping company, when their Return & Exchange policy clearly indicates if the shoes are the wrong shoes and/or size, they will exchange them. I am being told otherwise. I can receive a 20% discount on my next order OR pay $50 for any pair of shoes. Complete waste of money! Do not use this website. F*ck them.

I ordered shoes in November 2010, eventually arriving in February 2011, but the wrong item was sent. Since then, no replies to many emails and of course, no refund or replcement item, KEEP CLEAR.

THEY SENT ME THE WRONG $#*!ING SHOE! THEY CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT. THERE IS NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, CHECK THE $#*!ING ORDER SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE YOU SEND $#*! TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD.

This website is a complete scam do not order from this place i ordered shoes on christmas and i have yet to recieve anything i have even notified nike about these people this company is located in china so that should tell you something so please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE DO NOT GO THERE FRO ANYTHING
