My client id is *******. I started my account from 8-8-2023 with fund of $250 and then I was pressurised to invest more and more and I did the same. They opened a trade in such a manner that my total investment of $5770 became 0 yesterday i.e. 5-9-2023. This is a kind of guidance and support they are offering. Just think how competent and reliable they are. Within a month my entire investment becam 0. They are cheater, fraud if you can't handle the account what for you are stating we are capable in this market. I really don't understand what to do now.

Mi experiencia a sido desalentadora.
Explique desde un inicio que no conocía el tema, con un asesor de nombre Bryan, el 7 de agosto inicié movimientos que en 3 días, mi inversión inicial de 251usd se esfumó. El 9 contacte a soporte diciendo que como no iba a perder uno si no había alguien que lo asesorara a uno bien.
Me contactó un tal Kevin, quien "me iba a seguir asesorando", me hizo un crédito por los 250usd que había perdido y así me engaño nuevamente a creer en esta plataforma. Tuvimos el viernes 11 de agosto la primeras operaciones con un poco de ganancia, vuelve y me contacta hasta el martes siguiente a ofrecerme un plan de negocio en que debía invertir *******usd a lo cual dije que no, me pasó con un superior, un tal Adrian Franco, que palabras más-menos me dijo que con razón los latinos éramos subdesarrollados porque no teníamos agallas para arriesgarnos, cosa contraria a ellos los europeos que vivían bien porque no tenían esos amarres mentales que nosotros los latinos si...
Accedí a invertir sólo 5000 los cuales se colocaron el miércoles 16, en varias operaciones a mediano tiempo, supuestamente 2-3 semanas aproximadamente. Kevin me dijo que estuviera pendiente al teléfono, que según el movimiento del mercado me llamaba a que cerráramos esas operaciones. Nunca más volvió a llamarme, después de convencerme de invertir me dejo tirada con las operaciones abiertas y yo sin saber bien que hacer... Las operaciones diarias se cerraban con lo que ganaban, sin embargo esas de mediano plazo empezaron a acumular en contra.
El jueves 17 volvió a llamarme un Bryan, (no se si el mismo del inicio con el que se perdieron los 251 iniciales) diciéndome que Kevin lo dejó encargado para aperturar otros movimientos lo que hice a regañadientes, volvió a contactarme hasta el martes 22, seguimos igual como veníamos.
El viernes 25 volvimos a operar y le dije que viera lo que acumulaban las operaciones en contra, y que podíamos hacer, para algunas pudimos hacer operaciones inversas y para las otras me insistió como única opción invertir más para "tener soporte de maniobrar", a lo cual le dije que no tenia más para invertir, entonces me dijo que teníamos que esperar que el mercado nos jugara a favor...
Hasta ese día tuve un margen level superior a 400%, la gran mayoría de esas operaciones del 25 de agosto se fueron en contra, antes de acabar el día le escribí diciéndole que el margen level estaba cayendo, estaba en ese momento en 176.28%. No recibí respuesta.
El 28 me extrañé porque encontré cerrada una operación de la nada. El 29 el margen level cayó a 100.58%, volví a escribirle a Bryan comentándole. Seguí sin respuesta. Volví a escribir a soporte diciéndoles textualmente (Ustedes no hacen más que enredarlo a uno, dejarlo botado y que la plataforma luego le quite a uno todo el saldo... ¿Este es su negocio, cierto? Engañar y robar a personas sin mucho conocimiento como yo...)
Al día siguiente miércoles 30, llamó un tal David de créditos diciéndome que el margen level había bajado y mi cuenta estaba en riesgo, que el me había acreditado 1000 pero que yo debía poner otros 1000. Le dije que no podía. 1.Estaba ocupada y fuera de casa. 2.No tenia como acceder a mi pc. 3.No tenía más capital y ni si lo tuviera, porque sencillamente si estaba en ese punto era por el abandono y mala asesoría de sus agentes, entonces ya no confiaba en ellos. Le dije que si en verdad me quería ayudar dejara el crédito temporalmente sin acosarme a que metiera más y esperáramos a ver si el mercado mejoraba. Yo ya no tenia como más operar, el claramente no quiso entender.
Resumen final: Ayer 31 de agosto retiraron los 1000 que me habían acreditado y en parte gracias a eso al día de hoy 1-septiembre-2023, no tengo como poder tratar de hacer alguna operación que me ayude, a mi cuenta # ******* le quedan 486.51 en balance que por suma de varios factores están en riesgo de perderse en cualquier momento además de 1 semana sin asesor.
Como muchos de los acá afectados creo que los asesores no tienen idea de donde están parados, alguien verdaderamente entrenado tendrá pérdidas pero también mejores resultados que perder 5250usd en 23 días por desinterés, creo igual que a la plataforma no le importa si el cliente le va bien, lo cual indica que les conviene nuestras pérdidas... OJO CON ESTO
Espero que mi experiencia le sirva a alguien y que los que lean esto lo piensen mejor antes de invertir acá, busquen plataformas reguladas y mejor reseñadas que esta, que las hay, y antes de entrar en esto mejor estudien por su cuenta, para no depender de asesores extraños a los que en realidad no les interesan sus inversiones.

When depositing from a credit card, Xpro Market should appear as the biller but a Chinese word. Why would they mask their name in the bank statement. This is a red flag. They charge you with high currency exchange rate from your local currency to USD as high as 5 units from the prevailing rate. They will never attend to you until your trade plunges to nothing and charge you with high commission rates upon withdrawal. Never again.

I advise everybody not to even think about giving your money in this platform. I just wanted to try and I added $250 but once they requested i have invested again and again around $1000. But there is no returns come me. Even though the margin value not comes down I don't know where all my trade has been gone. Simply there is no trade in my account. I request the details but still no response simply they give me missed call. I believe my money is gone, they are the biggest thieves. Every time they are trying to invest me in this platform but all the time they are purposely referring the losing trade in a particular time interval. Like that they are looting all our money to them. So I strongly recommend please don't trust this platform. In market there are some good platforms available compare to this platform. So please go with them.

Amount credited 3000 dollars, one day suddenly deducted and account become zero balance. After writting to customer care, they returned the amount but again after 10 days they deducted 3000$ without any information and reason for deduction.
Do not believe or invest your hard earned money. I was having credit balance in my account, but they disabled my trading option. So unable to do trades. After multiple followup also, no support from the xpro team. Be away from such scammers.

Overall, the experience with this such company was really bad. They cheat by advertising on social media in the name of famous company of your country. They don't have a risk and money management. And they are letting the new beginners in this fields to put more and more money without any reason. No proper teaching about the trading, only they will give a brief information " the remaining from your searching" and tell you to open many and many unreasonable trades. And when i was about to lost they put me in a pressure to deposited more by "PROMISSING" that this is the last deposit until I lost more than 50k. In addition to, they are changing managers from their own decision without relaying on the customer satisfaction and when they feel they are poor in managing.
Am not recommending any beginners to deal with it. Because you will just follow them and trust them until last moment and at the end, they will They throw you in FIRE.

The employees realized what they had done and tried to offer me a non-disclosure agreement.
