I've always been skeptical of any app that isn't officially available on App Stores but after a solid week of research, I can confidently say that XNspy was a clear winner for me. Since the first installation, the app feeds me regular data from two phones I have it on and all I require is a login to the control center and it just works. I can look up locations too! I did have a little had time while setting up the app - can be finicky at times.
Last night I tried installing XNSPY for my daughter's Iphone. It was not working so this morning I reached out to their support. They responded by stating it no longer works on Iphone's and they don't know when it will. I requested a refund and they refused to refund me 100%. I suggest running far and fast from a company who does business like this. For Transparency, here is my chat response with their rep. I'm trying to install but your download site doesn't work. I have not even downloaded it as the software does not work. Well I think a reputable company then should refund 100% if the product does not work. Please do this or I will reach out to my card company and issue a claim. You have your right to do but we have to follow our policy and full refund is not the option Well, then I will reach out to them but will also leave a 1 star review. Your Trust Pilot score is already down to a 2.7 star and lower reviews will kill your business so I can't understand why your management insists on not refunding until your product is fixed. I honestly got quite a good experience using the app, just that I was not able to retrieve the full detailed information, I'm also sincerely grateful to CyberHackIt. Com for their careful utilization of the carefully provided resources and quick execution.

Paid for Xnspy because I didn't trust my partner. It worked really well cos I caught him out cheating on me. But it doesn't update enough even though another program I use has more up to date information. It's also quite misleading because it says you can get pictures and videos with no jailbreak but it's not true. Not one pic came up. I only knew he was cheating because it showed the apps were installed. Then when I spoke to customer support, one person told me that they will rectify the errors on my account and then another said that I'm not entitled to those features so some very misleading advertising there. But besides that GREAT! Thank you for saving me from spending my life with a cheating man!
Well I didnt know that the call recording feature doesnt work on ios. I should have been told clearly. Its an average app but cheap though.
I am bit disappointed with myself because one of the subscriptions that i bought was for my son's windows phone, turns out its not compatible
I am so dumb. I bought the app without even checking apps comaptibility. Our family is bb user and i had to buy my kids new iphone for the app to work. More OS compatibility can earn them more reputation.
I think it was an okay app, but there were a few things i would change. For example, there is no notification center. Yeah you get notiifactions, but it would be nice to have a notif center, too. Secondly, what is up with the way the messengers are all stacked up. It makes navigation difficult. Other than than, it is pretty decent and worth the money.
To be honest, I dont really see what the fuss is all about. Why would I pay money to track my phone when there are free apps for this. Maybe this app is only for parents.
Isnt it bad that i cannot block calls or texts on my son's phone when i am paying for a monitoring app. I should have gone through the features before buying the app. Well the app perofrms well and their are no lags or issues till now
Unfortunately, this doent avaible for my nokia lumia so idk how this works. I hope an update soon.
