I have tried 3 different spy apps and this is the worst out of the 3 the logs were never in real time they were the days before or sometime they were a few days behind. I reached out to customer service always told it would start working working a few hours but never did! Hover watch is way better.

Software. In the process of getting along, i discovered quite a number
Of reviewers saying how they got help through getting to hire spy
Experts and things like that; i have been skeptical about getting the
Help of a spy expert initially; but i don't have a choice now since i
Thought this software would really getting the job done for me but it
Really didn't. Therefore, i also did what majority of other
Reviewers did and i decided to hire a spy expert **HACK. W I Z Z 1 at G
Mail. COM*** to get the mobile phone spy done for me and bingo he came
To my rescue and i was finally able to gain absolute access into my
Targets devices; an iphone and an android, i got to gain real time
Access both in online and offline mode with daily update; it was amazing
As virtually everything happening on both devices was made visible to
Me including sms, call logs, gallery folders, social media activities,
Whatsapp, facebook, instagram, snapchat, twitter; chats and chat
History, GPS location etc and all. **H A C K. W I Z Z 1**AT**G mail.
COM** made this all possible and it was indeed a success after all.

1) Refund only works within 10 days from the purchase date and I am glad I didn't subscribe longer. So first 10 days are expected to work well and then it stops working
2) Every alternate day the app stops syncing with the server which means nothing is recorded so you have to uninstall & re-install again.
3) Customer service is good but they repeat the same thing over and over again so not very helpful in solving.

So things you will be able to do is:
See some of the keystrokes (not all!)
Most or almost all of websites (not sure about incognito, seems to work, sometimes doesn't, tested myself).
Although they claim that you can see viber, kik's and what not, but they do not work, you will be able to see that on keylogger, because it picks up input on viber, but on viber section you won't see a thing.
Keylogger will locate only inputs in google (not all, for some miraculous reasons) and some in viber...
But most disappointing was the fact that a person with miniscule tech education (that had 0 clue about this program and couldn't have in any possible way), manage to detect that there's "some sort of virus", google antivirus, install it and from then on no detections whatsoever, literally last line says "antivirus for android" on google search. So then xnspy does something, shows up somewhere (and this is for very, very regular and simple user), but either pop ups or whatever it is, that the person gets irritated by and then will try to install antivirus and that'll be the end of it.
Paid for 3 months, got out of it 1.5 week.
Disappointing, to say the least.
I'll give one star that it works, at least somehow, and you are able to get something... while others where straight up disappointing and didn't even work.
And another star for design, bit outdated, but not too much, modern enough and looks nice. While others where like back to 2000s.

Have had app for probably 2 1/2 years. And just 1 day the location tracking just completely quits working. They said it was because I did an update on the phone and that the tech people are working on it. But that's been some where around 8 or 9 months ago and it still doesn't work. Also just out of the blue the phone call recordings completely quit working as well. I haven't EVER been able to see ANY out going sms text messages nor any MMS text messages. Ever. But i never could get a straight answer as to why I can see SOME of the incoming SMS messages but NONE of the outgoing texts.

Best monitoring that always gives accurate results. This team made me happy I was given access to my kids location from a country apart

I have purchased a 3 month subscription but I would not recommend this app on Android, here are the pluses and just some minuses (as I experienced them), however the minuses are of a greater importance than the minuses:

+ fast installation, fast replying customer service, location tracking is accurate (when it works, haha!);

- whatsapp/facebook logging is a joke, you can only see some typed words, but not to whom or from who, and not all the conversation, so it's useless!
- at least for me, I had to install the app every 2-3 days, as it stopped monitoring everything after a couple of days (customer service tried to say that the phone must have not been connected to internet, but it was all the time!)
- some calls are being recorded, some are not (random choice?!)
- remote control/record surround feature works from time to time, not always, and not recording the amount of minutes you set (for example, you set 25 minutes for recording, and it records 5, or 2, or 18 minutes, like it has a mind of its own, rarely it records the exact amount of minutes you input)

All in all, sorry but I would not recommend it.

App is garbage.
-They advertise on blog posts that it works on snapchat. It doesn't. It isn't even an option.
-advertises that it records the surroundings. The reality is that it only does so when the phone is unlocked. So if you send a command to record at say 2pm for the maximum (30 minutes) but the phone isn't being used, it doesn't record at 2pm. It will record the next time the phone is unlocked. So if you think your going to catch your spouse cheating by recording the deed while their phone is in the room, that's not happening.
-advertises that it records calls. It doesn't. It has recorded maybe 5% of the calls made on the phone.
-it does allow you to see and download videos and photos stored in the phones gallery only. The problem is this: They are at low resolution and any media that isn't saved to the gallery (photos/vids attached to messaging apps aren't accessible.
-one thing it does seam to do reliably is record call meta-data and texts on the phones native sms app. However if the user utilizes any other SMS app (signal for instance) none of that is collected/accessible.

Summary, this app does maybe 10% of what they promise. Definitely not worth it.

Literally spent $40 just to realize it's easier snd faster just to look at the target phone, since you have to everytime to get the 2 step verification code off of it before the app can update & still give you no info. Not recommended for icloud users.

No blocking features, no stars

This app didn't work well enough as i would have wanted and expected it to being a spy and monitoring app. It worked quite few days after purchase but suddenly stopped working. With all that is happening in the world today especially the increase in the rate of cyber-bullying and all that, all i wanted was to be able to monitor the activities on my kids phone so as to ensure they are safe and if need be protect them from being victims to such and ensure they are out of trouble. GPS, not too accurate; text messages show up a day late, not current! Also, the first page i looked at prior to purchasing said that installation could take place for target device through ICLOUD. Then when you select that specific installation method, that page says currently unavailable. ANother page shows that ICLOUD is an option for installation, and then at the very bottom, if you scroll all the way down, it says this method is not currently available! I contacted customer support, they would not refund me anything, and told me to reread the print, but then i copy and pasted where it says that ICLOUD was an option, and they said that they would fix that page. BUt still didnt offer to refund me even a penny! PARENTS: SEARCH FOR OTHER APPS TO PURCHASE
