I lowered the aim on my new lights to reduce the number of times I get flashed by oncoming traffic. I also had to remove the anti flicker device because it caused the dimming to take 4 seconds. After removal everything works as it should.

Sorry, its a long one but so was the back and forth trying to make this junk work. Bought a set of headlights for my 2016 F150. Right off the bat the low beams worked intermittently. With and without the antiflicker resistor. The customer service 1 800 number doesn't get you anywhere. Its all chat messaging. Without any questions they sent me a new set of low beams, didn't want the old ones back. Goes to show you how valuable these headlights really are. So skip to the end I got all 4 bulbs replaced. High beams never worked at all with the anti flicker resistor they said i needed to have (extra cost) The connections are loose and sloppy so everything go zip tied tight and taped and the low beams still work intermittently. They don't flicker they simply go out then a while later come back on again. I've double and triple checked all connections. The issue doesn't lie there. I've had a licensed mechanic look at them and his advice was next time buy quality. This still cost me $570 and I've emailed Xenon pro and have yet to receive a reply. That was 6 weeks ago. My advice. Spend the extra money and buy quality. How this company has received a rating as high as they have baffles me. The packaging isn't even the same on the replacement low beams they sent me. Seems unprofessional

Sometime the lights come unplug and the light will not work unless I reconnect. It is frustrating at times.

Was sent the wrong item initially, but was quickly corrected with great customer service through their IM chat.
Overall disappointed with the brightness of the headlights I purchased. I ordered the white 45W LED. they were very white but the light seems too 'soft' and doesn't have the distance that even my stock headlights did. Outside of the city lights I am not comfortable driving with these lights as they are not bright enough. Overall expected more for the price.

Purchased a set of replacement LED lamps for my pick up truck. Spent considerable time with online chat explaining my needs and application. Online chat made a recommendation which generally matched what I had already researched. I replaced the regular halogen bulbs with the LED's purchased from Xenon Pro. The effect - well really not much. Yes, the light is whiter, but that was about it. The high beams? Forget it! Worse than the halogens. Over all, I give them an average rating. Good customer service, helpful installation service. Bottom line, I bought these lights to project light further up the road but all I got was a different color. Doesn't matter much in the city, but on country roads at night - no improvement. Don't spend the money.

The added anti flicker modules were just tossed on top of the bulbs, fortunately enough they still work. One of the bulbs has a slightly different color, just a hint, and the other has what appears to be scratches on the porcelain. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is one of the hardest bulbs I've had to change and I'm hoping not to have to do it again anytime soon.

I decided against the leds, and I wish I hadn't. Also I got the "purple" fog lights but to me they just look blue. I was hoping for actual purple. Also I got the bright white for my highs and lows and it's a sickly green blue, they are brighter than what I had but, I would have preferred to go with yellow. Again mostly all my personal opinion and preference but I was alittle disappointed the descriptions were alittle off from what I was picturing.

Got a set for a 2015 ram 2500 a day before Christmas. put them in Christmas Eve drove for 5 min and lights shut off on a highway. had to pull over to take the headlights out and put stock bulbs in not happy. I called them up and they told me that I had to go online and have a chat with somebody. I think That's poor customer service. The guy says are you near the truck it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon I said no I had to rip the lights out. Also I have a job.i installed the anti-flicker they sold me I had 4 of them and reinstall the bulbs and they still only lasted five minutes with the other set of anti-flickers. I left the cover off so they get air inside them no help still shut off. Then there is a 20% restocking fee also you have to ship only fed ex you have to pay insurance and they get shipped to Canada. Not happy. I complain to them that I was not playing the 20% because their lights did not work they waive the 20% restocking fee but shipping was still $30 from New Jersey. Gave them a 1 star not sure about other people but I don't have time for a 40 minute conversation typing back-and-forth when I can just speak to someone on the phone and get it handled in five minutes.

Good price and easy to use website! Fitment was very tight especially on the high beams for a 17 F150. The website told me my truck required the anti-flicker modules, turned out that none of the lights would work with these installed. Removed the modules and the lights worked properly, no engine lights or flicker issues. Wish I hadn't listened to the website, would've saved the cost of three anti-flicker sets.

I entered all the vehicle information on the website to get the correct lighting kit for my truck. Once the kit was installed the lights would not work. Some of the connections did not fit snug which leads me to believe it was not the correct kit. It did cost me to ship the product back, but I was able to finally get a 100% refund.

Tip for consumers:
This company charges a restocking fee. I was able to get a full refund after leaving a negative review.

The LED lights are brighter than the halogen bulbs they were replacing however costs were substantially higher than expected. They shipped from Canada however the advertised prices were in fact in US funds. That was NOT obvious to me on the site and as a result, I paid substantially more than expected. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
I recently received a call and an offer of an additional 10% discount/refund, which I accepted. While I appreciate their reaching out, I still think the site should be modified to mention $US. It mentions assembly in US/CAN as well as free delivery to US/CAN, but nothing wrt currency.

I bought some Hi and Low beam LED replacement lights bulbs (45Watts) for my Subaru Ascent 2020 Touring. The H11 low Beam lights are very disappointing as they produce much less light than the original halogen H11 bulbs.
The 9005 LED bulbs for Hi beam are ok though and produce much more light than the original bulbs.
What would Xenon Pro recommend as I am about to ask to return those lights for refund.

Hi Patrice, thank you for your review and feedback. Seeing that you have projector lenses in the low beams, we would strongly recommends HIDs over LEDs. LEDs tend to underperform in projector lenses, which is why you are not getting the same bright results as in the high beam.

They are great but wrong ballast 2020 charger needs a cambus ballast so im just out o well at least i have backup ballast for my truck when they go out

The product was shipped and received promplty. Prior to ordering I confirmed with their customer service that the kit would fit my needs. I used their online application guide and the customer service rep also gave me the part # to order, which was the same as their application guide had shown.
When I got ready to install the instructions simply said to connect the lead wire to your vehicle connection. My vehicle was showing 4 hot wires leading to the headlamp assembly and a 5th one that was activated with the high beam switch. When I got on the Chat Support to get help this was the response I received.

I had the RMA issued to you via email to perform the return for a refund.
Look out for it in your spam folder as it may end up in there.

I did not ask for a refund, are you issuing one because the kit won't work?

Its too hard to assist with your vehicle without being in front of your setup unfortunately.

Said it was gonna take two days took closer to two weeks. Paid $100.00 more than I thought ( usd to cnd) lights don't fit into my head light balist, and one of the low beams has some how changed colour and is significantly dimmer. I'm not impressed with this product at all the only thing I do like is the high berms but like I said once I put them in I couldn't get the back cap on.

Product came quickly. Low beams flicker and go out, even with the antiflicker boxes that I ordered. Tech support started off strong but became slow to respond and eventually told me to turn off my drl system, which I can't easily do on my truck. It needs to be reprogrammed to accept the bulbs. In the process of taking bulbs in and out to check and swap antiflicker boxes etc, I ended up breaking the glass housing on one bulb so I'm back to my original bulbs now...
