Transport service very good all the hotels provide us excellent coordination with executive was also excellent support with the customer support and tour manager only the guides need to improve themselves at sightseeing so that the tourists can get to know well about the places. Arrangements are good everything is on time hotels are good car and driver cum guide is good but don't go munnar in Feb Bcs National Park is closed in these duration

On the eve of start of the journey, driver was on the time and was very friendly. We were very happy at that moment. Staff was very coordinating and provided all the information from their side.

Tour was well managed by Xenium Holidays. The places like Diu beaches devaliya park and Somnath specially light and sound was best part of this trip. Unfortunately we not able to visit gir jeep Safari because it was closed. Naeem was the driver, so professional Nd knowledgeable one that he make the trip full of enjoyment. And would like to thanks Miss Ankita who coordinated us in the trip.

Friends if you are planning for tour anywhere in India go through Xenium Holidays. Went to kerala for family vacation with xenium Holidays. It was a wonderful trip for us. had an awesome experience. Had initial hiccups in the tour but they sorted out the problems very tactfully. Coordination from Xenium team was adorable. Keep gifting us memorble tour like this every time.

The team planned very good. Sales team nabnit himani and bookings team munish did a good job. Only property in Srinagar was bad. Rest everything was planned well. Will suggest just to take everything in writing as verbal communication are sometimes misunderstood by both the customer and the company. Rest the team was very prompt and professionally managed.

My experience on the recent Kerala tour. The overall programme, except Thekkady, was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and travel in Cochin, Munnar, Alleppy House Boat and Kovlam beach. But Thekkady experience was bitter. The lake Periyar is not navigable because of falling water level. Hence touring the Sanctuary programme on board a Cruise and viewing the wildlife was cancelled. In future you may include the Thekkady programme as one will witness Cardamom cultivation, Rubber plantation etc. on the way but in absence of Boat journey exclude the sanctuary visit by jeep. Except Sanctuary visit we enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks.

We took 5 days tour package for uttarakhan, 2 nights rishikesh nad 2 nights in nainital. The hotels staff and services from Xenium holidays was excellent. Amit bhai was the driver, who also guided us in the tour.

Well designed economy tour package

Hi Vivek We Booked a 4-day Goa Tour with Xenium Holiday. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. My emails were promptly responded by this travel company and I assured that the services is the very good value of money.

The only reason I'm not giving this travel agency 5-stars is because our tour of Goa was very good, but not over-the-top fantastic, so there is Hote room for improvement. While a nice tour, we found the English of our private guide to only be good, not excellent (I could only understand about 85 to 90% of what he said). Next time I'd do it again"for the experience

The tour arranged by Xenium Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Was up to the mark. It was well planned and the person concern (Abinash) remained well in touch throughout the tour. For him I will give excellent. The hotel rooms were also upto the mark except the one at GIR (GIR Pride Resort). Over all we enjoyed the tour in full swing. The only thing I want to suggest that the driver must be well trained regarding the timings of the places to be visited otherwise by the time you reach there the place (mandir/ Museum/Navlakha Palace) is closed.

Apart from this there was some feel bad factor too especially on the part of hotel people like in Hotel Grand Daksh at Somnath while serving Dinner and breakfast they were behaving as if we have not paid for it and they rationed it. Similarly there was some mismanagement at the time of dinner at Hotel Regenta at Rajkot too.

The breakfast and dinner provided by hotel is very good compared to the package.

1st day i felt something unusual while shikara ride which was cleared by you after the telephonic conversation.
