Beware of unethical practices in xe.com, a company who is dealing with currency conversion business. I had applied for membership which took about 7 days to go through, i provided them every detail, including my personal details, bank details, personal verification, i upload my driver license also upload my bank statements. Password hints etc etc etc etc.

After they sent me an direct deposit into my checking account and verified my account and my driver license and my SSN they send me this email. THEY JUST COLLECT ALL MY PERSONAL INFO then they cancelled my account SAMPLE NO REASON

I ask DEANNA please let me speak to the manager and she said she is the manager and she hangup on me, i call back and talk to another representative and they told me she's not a manager...! So DEANNA she harassed me at the last stage and cancelled account because she want to! Sample like that!.
This experience was quite disturbing and worth reminding forum.
And also when i called back then i ask to speak with a real manager and i don't remember his name. And he told me your membership was considered to be canceled BY DEANNA, and i tell him she told she said she is the manager, that i know she was a complete lie. And i ask him is she a really manager? And He did not answer my question,

The real manager he tell me don't worry your account is pending to be an activated we just need you to call us back with the bank direct deposit details then you good to go.
Next day i call XE.com and give the direct deposit get in my back account and the representative told me your account will be ready during the day...
And GUESS WHAT!
DEANNA she was following my $#*!! Look the email she send me few hours later...

Please be aware that XE.com is seeking some sort of information which is not legally required. Their working system is total unprofessional, I wonder if they are running some sort of scam and unethical business practices. Be careful, I find them fishy because in any of their communication, they do not write their contact information of phone number. Even the calls I got from them were blocked id.
They run their shop from no where, from unknown location. However their domain is registered in New market outside toronto. Be careful, this is what is my opinion with the bad treatment I faced. They literally harassed me for their illegal demand and my account was canceled. Probably they are scamist.
