“Don't work here or try to find employment”

Jose K.

Xcel Management especially Rick Garcia- so called Delta Forces guy- tells you everything good about Homeland Security contracts. He will picture it to you all is good and everything is fixable even if you make a mistake. It's a lie! He will try to find something on anyone and speaks behind badly about Xcel's employees with the Client. He is not considerable in many instances, he will embarrass anyone and kisses too much behind with Human resources in Texas Headquarters. Rick would feel he is invisible in many instances. Plays too many politics and the owner of the Company listens to him. Rick or the other Assistant manager told the background investigator I cannot hold a Federal job and he/they both provided wrong information about me. I was fired for multiple company violations. That's not a true fact! The CEO wrote a letter telling me he could not extend my FMLA. I have proof about it! If he is a Veteran like myself, why he goes after Veterans? He is not a leader period, he is a trouble finder and a big time back stabber. I regret the time working for him, he made my life miserable and never protected me and other employees. The Union they had, never stood for its employees, they just collected monies for nothing. His assistant was his little puppet. Driven everywhere and he did what was told. What a shame! Sorry morale environment. Next time, I try to warn the next investigator and will tell them Xcel will provide wrong information and would suggest not to consider one for federal employment. Nice going Xcel, they are doing good things for Veterans and demoralizing one's reputation. They know what to say? But they do it anyway. Don't work here and you are wasting your time. Their management need to go to school and be well educated and they get ex-military people just to cover up their acts.
