Do not order hosting from this company, it lacks many basic features and goes down more than it ever should. When you have an issue the support are not helpful and very slow to respond, when they do respond they just reply telling you that "it's your fault cause we can't reproduce the error," some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Having been promised a lot when hosting my website with X10Premium, I later came to regret ordering their service. First of all they lie about being in the hosting business for long when they're just new. As a result, their service is always undergoing maintenance and performance is awful. Security features are missing and your only hope is that hackers don't realize you are using their features. They also put a lot of bottlenecks when you want to migrate despite having paid them. They hold you ransom. WORST HOST EVER!
