Continually trying to charge my card. I never signed up. Used once canceled directly afterwards and now I'm regretting ever looking at the site.
I been here for 2years. Too many changes, meaning the office Staff.in 2years four different companies therefore many different people. I don't feel save anymore. Evrytime is time to paid Rent, different management, different rules. You have to start All over again. Thank God for maintenance. Specially Luis. We are so thankful, for him and the rest of the maintenance team.
I want info on a address, I signed up and found them charging 95 cents so I signed up for one time service, hidden in their large terms and conditions is a charge of 29$, who reads fine prints of large service contract. If the company operates on moral grounds they would have mention they they would charge that amount after the trial period in bold so we would not miss it. Scammers

And there are a lot of different places I can choose from I chose the unknown and found out it was the best one I had yet to receive at an exceptionally good exceptionally good price and gave me mor It saved my butt big time I will always use it in the future because the information is exceptionally accurate. With no ads which is even better

Stay away from this site! Every positive review you see is created by their staff. They demand your credit card information and payment without letting you know if they actually have any information. Then they will charge you continuously. Keep away!

5stars for this company who unlike any other in this industry actually does what it says and offers a gods honest open line of communication to cancel at the of trial. They offer exactly what they state, no bait and switch like everyone else. The professionalism you used to get what seems like eons ago, well folks it really does exist!. They are worth every penny and I will be subscribing just for that reason alone

I used this website to lookup an old high school contact and I found the information instantly! When I was done with the service, I was able to cancel the service without a problem.
Provided me with nothing and made unauthorized charges to my credit card. They refuse to refund me the money.

Beware! WYTY automatically signs you up for a membership at a much higher fee that what you thought you ordered. I wanted only one in depth search at $4.95. My bank alerted me today to a possible scam.
Called WYTY. Was told you have one week to cancel the "membership". I didn't even know I had signed up for a membership.
They did reverse the $39.95 membership fee. If my bank hadn't alerted me I would have been duped out of this money.
I used this service to lookup a phone number that I didn't recognize and if found the correct person. I didn't have any more searches to do so I called their customer service and had them cancel my trial membership. Great service and great customer support!
I paid 95 cents for a single report that required me to make an account. I used this service once and the information I found on it was unreliable and horrible. I discontinued my use but one week later I was charged $30 bucks for the silver package, even though I only agreed to pay a dollar for a single report.
Said I was being charged (0.99) and instead this is what they charged my account and none of the information ended up even being halfway correct. Rip off 100%
