After two successful years of getting family (10-12 people) matching Christmas pajamas this year was a real disaster. The company cancelled part of the order, giving me no opportunity to cancel the whole order and then sent the rest even though i tried repeatedly to cancel the entire order. When the order arrived, i refused it at the postoffice but i was still charged and now i am fighting for the refund.

Got my items in, super cute material is good and stretchy for your baby. Don't have to worry about growing out of it so soon it's lasting items. Wide selection of outfits/ shoes everything you can think of for your little one. Even for us moms cute selection also, even matching mommy and child/infant clothing. Shipping is fair as it comes from China can't expect a fast delivery. Everything is sealed with there own packaging. I will definitely keep ordering from them.!

My daughter,, Zoey, gets so many compliments on her outfits from PatPat. Great quality & style! The sizes are great! Outfits have great detail & good material. I will continue to buy her wardrobe from here.

I order over six weeks ago. Still no delivery. I realize delivery we be slower with Covid 19 but I have received all my other packages in a timely matter. They should say order a size bigger because delivery takes so long. I will never order from Oat Pat again! So disappointed in this company.

They authorized the payments but I have no shipping information all my items are still in the kart. They have to be a scam or maybe people catch them on a good day because I feel dumb! I just spend all this money ordering clothes and have nothing to show for it I don't even have a tracking number to This

I would like to add my very positive feedback in dealing with customer service in regards of returning my order due to size issues. Customer service has been very helpful and prompt. They have arranged another order for me with the new clothes size and due to them not having return labels at that moment I have been advised to keep the initial order too. I appreciate the prompt answer and very helpful assistance.

Love PatPat, I am addicted. From their family clothes set (so you can all match), to the individual clothes everything I have received has been great. The customer service is excellent. Can't say enough good stuff about this Company!

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on April 6th. I reached out to the company and they told me it was on backorder apologized and gave me a 10% coupon. Not sure why I had to reach out first to get a status update. I reached out to them again to see if its been shipped. Attached picture is what I was emailed. I find this irresponsible and unprofessional. I understand mail has been delayed but this is going close to 2 months. You should inform your customers of the status and not have customers have to contact you for an update.

This business really cares about their clients. They are truly consenred and offer great options if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

I discovered Pat Pat late last year and have become a loyal client right away, their mobile app is great to use and allows so many options, it's full of interactive features that keeps you interested. They have the biggest variety of products and very decent quality for the best prices. Last but not least: Their customer service is exceptional, Samuel has been extremely helpful and resolved my issue regarding a delay in delivery on just one out of many orders. Love PatPat!

Absolutely love this app! If you want cheap yet good clothing for your baby then download it now! I always get my orders on time and have only had to return one item but it was my own fault and they helped me very quickly and made it easy!

I doubt they produce original designs, they do look like copied from other companies maybe even Etsy shops. The photographs are top notch quality, not sure if those are authentic. Their tags are different, some patpat and some others probably different factories. Having said that, if they do copy they do a pretty good job of it. PROS super cute clothes, prices great, CONS on my last shipment 2 of 7 items i purchased were 100 percent polyesther, whereas the description says cotton. Went to trash. Does not worth to go through hassles of returning. Their delivery tends to be on a slower side, but i never had an issue. Cannot say much about the quality, but it's enough to last - babies grow out of clothes super fast. I'd say they are the best if you have a photo session or a trip coming up, just order ahead of time. Sizes seem to be correct. I've ordered for two kids and so far mostly satisfied, again cannot ask more for the price. It's a bit of a cat in a bag, you don't know what you get but 70 percent of the time you will like it.

Hi, I have ordered so many items because my granddaughter had grown out of everything. Unfortunately, it has been about six weeks since confirmation of my order and I still have not received anything. It's impossible to contact them, causing me a lot of stress, so I had to go out in this covid 19 situation and shop for other clothes. I am sure, if I eventually receive the items from this company, my grandchild would have grown out of them. I would not recommend using this company again.
