Zurich Financial Companies

I got insurance from Future Insurance company and had it for some time however, I filed a cliam on my policy and I never got and letter, reply or call. Now I get a cancellation notice for none payment and they want me to pay $97 for remaining contract. I called to inquire about it and the represenative got nasty and "ghetto" with me and said "you will pay us", "I said what about my policy and claim"? She said we don't have a claim filed for you contact your agent. I called my agent at Future insurance and the operator attach me with a customer who was calling for a quote... I called back and the operator/ secratary just laughed at me and then put me through my agents voicemail. Now I have collections agencies calling my home day and nights but no one is replying to my calls or concerns about my commercial building policy.
