Ordered a personalised necklace as a present for my sister. I contacted them via email before ordering and they were really helpful is telling me when I would receive it and providing options for different sizes that weren't available on the website. The necklace is lovely and my sister hasn't taken it off.

Sent me wrong sized goods, then took quite a long time to return the payment back to my PayPal account. And then promised to refund me postage (£10.50) but never did. I would never trust him again.

Hi - I was looking for a Moissanite Ring for my fiancé and found this site through the Google search engine. The site was really easy to navigate around and I quickly found the ring I wanted. I especially liked the clear and 'unfussy' layout - and also the lack of adverts / advertising banners made the site much clearer and easier to use! Will definitely be visiting the site again when the time comes.

I would give zero stars if possible! They made me wait a month+ for my bracelet and didn't update me on what is happening. I had to constantly ask them what's going on and why it is taking so long. Awful customer service and they don't contact you at all unless you have to keep nagging them. When I threaten to get a refund they have suddenly sent me my bracelet but it was a fake and never came! They tried a resolve it by "making replacement bracelet" but really they never even sent the bracelet to me in the first place and made excuses and lies to make it seem like they have to make me wait longer. The quality of the bracelet is so bad! The bracelet becomes tarnished and ruined after a few weeks, and my boyfriend never got to wear the bracelet as it was too big. For a bracelet that never came out of the box, never worn and made with ‘18ct plated gold' shouldn't be this tarnished and damaged at all! I can't even put in the category of fake gold because fake gold would never go really ruined like this! They said they would make me a replacement bracelet and deliver it to me ‘asap'... I have waited 2 weeks+ and still no bracelet! In the end, I decided to do a dispute on PayPal because I am not waiting again and I don't want a poorly made bracelet that would go ruined and tarnished after few weeks of not even wearing it again! The cheek of the company tried and keep their money and not give me a refund! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BUY! SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE GRIEF!

As requested - This order was refunded in full (even though it was a personalised piece) and the damage as discussed, was due to water exposure of a gold plated product.
