I absolutely love it! Simply an amazing suit. I only wish that it would've said without the lenses in the description. But I know i'll get tons of attention at this year's cons. This was my first time ordering. Questions were answered fast. Thanks chuck..
Don't respond, ignore you. Only send your order when you open a claim on paypal, and then offer you 8€ if you remove your claim for 2 months late.
I ordered a purple suit. What I received that was fuchsia (brighter color) rather than a true purple. I emailed a photograph showing the color. Chuck Johnson demanded I take another photo in natural light so I did and it also showed the same bright fuchsia. Also the suit was loose. Then he had the nerve to only offer me a $30 refund of the $54.99. I insisted on the full $54.99 and received it. I'm not going to waste my time with these jokers again.
This company will send your measurements to the manufacture, once the suit is finished, the manufacture will drop ship the suit to your home. ZZ will not see it, to check for correct measurements, or correct custom options. If the suit is made not made correctly. ZZ will place the burden of proof on you, to show them the problem by asking you for many high-resolution camera pictures. They do not trust me as a customers, by taking me at my word because the photos I sent them were not high resolution. In my case, it is my opinion that ZZ customer service department was not there to make things right, unless I could give them what they wanted. If you are unable to give high resolution photos the problem will be unresolved. My torso length was wrong and it came with a hood, which I did not want. I do not own a high resolution camera! I did not know that when purchasing from ZZ you needed to own such a camera, my loss. I suggested to them that once they took back the suit that they could see for them selves.
Asked in email for detach hood etc., chuck johnson said they would, come in... and it was still attached. Not just that, but also the leg length was wrong, and with there 'Zipper at the waste" terrible idea, its hard to get into it. Never again, be a warning for all, dont go to them, you will just waste money for nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Excellent job but the tailoring time takes about a month so you got to be patient enough. They have this new fabric for the spidey costume which is quite amazing.
Potential buyers check out the other reviews & STAY AWAY! I ordered a custom suit as well that had additional mod requests and that's not what I received. The suit was NOT made to the measurements that were submitted at all & it's too big. I requested and paid for an invisible U zipper and the zipper was in the front & very visible. The suit has white blotches on it ( pictured below) and there was a tear on one of the hands. Lastly the seam is white & really sticks out against the black material. Once I received the suit all pictures were sent to some guy named Johnson Chuck who was of no help. I wasted $120 & now I'm down one costume for an upcoming convention. If I could post more pictures I would. Check out Herostime.com, the costumes are a bit cheaper and look better. I ordered the Cindy Moon (Silk) suit from them and it fits really good.
Tip for consumers:
Don't go off the review on the site, they choose which ones they want to keep posted. You can check their FB page and other blogs to get real feedback from others whom were screwed by the crooks.

Hi Steven, as for the detachable hood, it is a option which need to be ordered for your order.In you order, there is no such option ordered.So your suit is not made with this option.If you need the mask detachable, please order this option. This is very important. :)
