“No support team, old interface, lies about the services and many more”

Hi! I'm a zbigz user and I'm using the premium membership as long as i can remember. Recently it seems so many (new) things wrong with the site! (in addition to old problems) There is absolutely no response from the support team, I tried all the options for so many times, emails, facebook, twitter... There is no support team! It's just like they're gone! The Facebook & Twitter pages aren't active anymore... ( since June 2016) The site is down with(error 502) all the time and i'm having trouble to log in to my account every time. And another major problem is when you want to extend your account it deletes your remaining days! For example, if you have 10 days left and you buy 1 extra month to add to your account it just deletes the 10 remaining days and gives you just 30 days instead of 40. The interface of the site is too old ( they never upgrade it since the day one) and it has too many flaws especially when it comes to file managing the site just shows you 4 files in each page for example if you have 100 files you have to click next 25 times so you can reach your last file, it does not even have the numbered link for each page! Imagine if you have 200 or more files! And if you click the next or back button too fast the page gets frozen, and you should hit refresh and start all over again. The site advertise the unlimited plans: unlimited storage, unlimited speed, unlimited number of files, unlimited size of files... and when i recently reached to 2tb in my storage; i can't leech and upload new files anymore and i keep getting the storage limitation error and the site keeps asking me to delete some files and it even recommend that i purchase a premium account! (so when you reach the 2tb point in storage it's just like when you have a free account and you want to upload a file with larger size than 1gb) so i deleted some of my files and suddenly the problem was solved! I tried everything (sign-out/login), changing the web browser, everything...! I joined the zbigz because of it's unlimited plans but it seems that's not true, and the storage is actually limited to 2tb! So i'm thinking about leaving this service... i'm done with losing days when i want to extend my account, done with no support team at all, done with lies, and with this site... I'm done with everything. I hope this review help you and give you a better perspective about zbigz.com customer service.

I been a member of the site for a while now tho i am only using the free membership since i download small files and as i want to test the site

I give this 3 stars as my time with the site is a mixed bag of good and bad

On a good note i do find that they are doing their best to update their site make it look more user friendly and i do like the new torrent search they have added (( tho the search function does need a little more work for example peers and seeder count and the ability to select file sizes such as from MB to GB or vice-versa)) but all in all having the search option is a good idea and can be useful

On the other side of the fence they do tend to have some really annoying server issues one of witch i am facing this very moment starting a download or resuming a download sometimes fails to start and get the error timeout... another error i often get is the 502 error and files cannot be found on server

Another very annoying problem with this site is if your IP changes for example when you reset your connection ( as i often have to do) when you resume a download you have to go back to the site and get a fresh download link and add it to the download manager its a pain in the $#*! and can be a little time consuming.

One last thing i should mention more so for the free users is they tend to put these scam ads on their page like using teabags to restore your sight or using some cream on your man snake rather than taking viagra or you can make thousands of USD in minutes and most of us know these ads are scam

Why don't Zbigz use google ads or a way to use ads that are worth the users time something useful...

To Sum up i sure will not be paying for premium until they have ironed out their technical problems but as a free use i will continue to use it

It as i said above is a mixed bag one you can either take it or leave itfor me it is ok for smaller files like downloading a 700MB movie and the site is reasonable in terms of layout

But if zbigz is to become a successful site they need to wake up deal with the technical issues that is common with this site and start being more respectful to its users and respond to messages

The fact the tech staff are sleeping on the job and ignoring user messages is bad for business and is what will scare people away from paying for their service

So in my eyes they are a 50/50 good in some ways bad in other ways
