They have by far the most unsatisfactory customer service support. I wasn't pleased with their product and asked for them to send corrected ones and they wanted me to jump through hoops to get the items back to them and then wait to have better non-damaged items that had been corrected sent to me. Needless to say I didn't have that much time. I then was tricked into purchasing the Zazzle Black 2-days shipping. I called trying to get it fixed and they could care less. So now I try to use this $40 shipping membership and come to find out it is only 2 days AFTER the product is manufactured! It can be 7 to 10 days for the product to be manufactured THEN 2 days to get to you. Not worth it!
Would NEVER order again from this company. Worst customer service ever and NOT honest. Place an order 2 weeks ago. And suppose to receive my order within a week of when the ordered was placed. I call each day to see what is happening to my order as I need my order as I'm working on a deadline. Same story I keep hearing from them. Last which was 4 days ago its ready to be packed to ship and will ship within the next day or two. It's was past that time and when I track my order still showing in the making. Seriously what the f?!? They promised me I will have my order but they are overloaded with orders. So don't take anymore orders crazy ppl. Besides, I've emailed them and no response and you hold for 30 mins before some damm person comes onto the phone. SCREW THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order nearly a month ago (8/27) for two embroidered sweaters I was given a delivery estimate for two weeks later (9/15). That week I received nothing, and as I urgently need these for a project deadline I called customer service. Wait time was long but eventually talked to someone who helped to bump up my shipping to express, so it could be delivered that weekend. Helpful, but a week later, still nothing. My estimate time has been completely erased and I have no way of seeing progress it seems to be stuck in the "production" stage, as it has been for about a month. I was told my order would be prioritized and monitored to be shipped out in a timely manner it is extremely unprofessional for a large company to be so far off the estimated delivery time, without reason, no matter how busy. I will be requesting a refund if I don't hear back or receive my order soon. Do NOT order from this company!
I was looking for quality business cards, the website looked great exactly what I wanted, until they arrived yesterday LATE! The print and colour looks faded, I have black lines down one side of the card from the cut!
A complete waste of money!
Special ordered plates for my granddaughters birthday. Paid extra for shipping to ensure they would get here. Box has our address on it but inside is someone else's order and order form with all their personal information. Called the company sat on hold for over 40 mins for someone to answer with ok will refund. Not an Im sorry this is not how we conduct business we will look into this to ensure it doesnt happen again just a big FU and you will get a refund in 7 to 21 days. Sure took the 87.69 right away should be able to put it back just as quick. Absolutely no remorse from the customer service that this happened or indication that they care enough about their customers to ensure it doesnt happen again. Refused to take the other customers order information so they could inform them of the screw up .. nothing .. worst company ever.
I ordered envelopes and various stamps. The stamps were great and arrived in a timely manner, but 2 months later, and still no envelopes. I contacted customer service and was informed that it may take 21 Business days to manufacture + 7 business days to ship, and that I could get a refund if I wanted, but not for the shipping since I had received other parts of the order, so I asked if they would give me any part of the shipping cost back, since it was almost $20, if my order never arrived within that time? It has now been well over that amount of time, and customer service completely just stopped replying for almost 2 business weeks, so I sent them another email asking what was going on, and they sent me a dry response, saying that my replacement order was being processed with the same shipping method. No apology. No offer of compensation. They didn't even ask if that's what I wanted to do or acknowledge anything I said. Complete lack of respect for my time and money.
What Zazzle.com pictured on their website is not what they sent. The one they advertised and sold me was a totally different color. The item pictured was red. What they sent was brown. Slightly different design. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough but I can tell you that you should heed the bad reviews on Zazzle as a warning. Especially when ordering a time sensitive item for Church, School & etc.
I purchased 100 envelopes from Zazzle 6 weeks ago now. I've called twice in the past two weeks since the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago. I was told that they moved facilities so there is a bit of a back up. I was NEVER notified about this and would have NEVER know this unless I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes each time. All i got out of it? "We're working 'hard' to get you your order. Here's 10% off" Oh thanks so much for saving me a couple of bucks and not being able to send out invitations and having to call people to invite them. What a disgrace. Do not use them.
First I ordered 2 t-shirts with medium size, they arrived a little bit late because of religious holiday so that was not on their end. Anyway, medium didn't fit me, it was too big so I said I want to replace it for the small ones. They waived and sent me replacement products but they sent it medium again. Now, I contacted with them and they will be sending the small ones, I will wait for them.
The policy is solution-based which what matters to get the job done. And the support team is really competent, which I am really happy about.
I also wanted to cancel my other order and they did it quickly as well.
Only thing left is to receive small ones and start wearing them :)
Ordered 1000 Business cards with 5-7 day delivery after manufacturing, took 9 days to print them!, and now 8 days later they're lost on the system. I am travelling to university tomorrow so now won't get my product until it's too late so going to have to reorder from another company £100+ down the drain.
ordered something over 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 5-7 days from manufacturing - still no update and no response. absolute joke. I need these for the end of this week for a surprise 50th birthday.. im not going to have to order alternatives from a trusted website. DO NOT USE
My recent experience with Kathy in Customer Service was top notch. My recent order for a T-Shirt had an issue. Although the printing on the shirt was totally fine, the sizing of the Women's American Apparel T-Shirt was a disaster. I generally wear a L/XL shirt and sized up to the 2XL based on reviews that the shirts ran small. Even the largest American Apparel Adult Women's size looked like a kids t-shirt. I called customer service and Kathy confirmed the sizing problems with the Women's American Apprarel T-Shirts. She assisted me with moving to a men's T-Shirt and setting up a new order with a credit for the original order. I also received expedited shipping at no charge as Kathy informed be my original order should not have taken as long as it did to be processed & shipped. Pleasantly surprised with the wonderful assistance from Kathy.
I recently received my order and it was completely missing table numbers 2-4. Table number 1 did not say "reserved" like it was supposed to. I need the missing numbers ASAP as my wedding is very soon.
I have sent multiple e-mails and waited on hold for almost an hour three times now with out a response. I would just like the remaining items shipped and some kind of response, ASAP

They got my "expedited" order wrong which I paid for the "expedition" and when I called to get it resolved, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Then I was promised the order would be redone and expedited and shipped overnight. That was 4 days ago. I emailed yesterday since when I called the hold time was so long. Today, I called when they first opened, waited on hold another 20 minutes. The guy took my order number, then I got disconnected!! He did NOT call me back. I'm on hold AGAIN, already for over 30 minutes. These invitations were supposed to go out on the 12th and I don't know when I will get them.
Hey, Zazzle! Just thought I'd reach out and let you know how badly you screwed me by taking 5 weeks and counting to produce envelopes for me for my wedding invites! You originally told me 21 days and here we are, 5 weeks later. Still being made! Still no shipment information. They are in "production" and no one knows when the hell they will be done. Meanwhile, my guests should have already HAD their invites. Oh, yeah, the first time I ordered from you was months and months ago, for invites, which you also screwed up. Stupid me for giving a second chance! You guys are the absolute worst ever. I'll be posting this everywhere I have an opportunity so that everyone knows just how badly you suck, and telling everyone that I ever hear even mention your name! Oh, and no one has offered to help except to give me overnight shipping whenever they happen to be done.... I already had 3 day, so THANKS. THAT REALLY HELPS.
This is the first time I have ever been so upset about customer service that I looked to do this!!! I ordered some business cards from them and there were some printing issues that should have been brought up to me so that they could have been remedied (ex. graphics resolution and other image problems). These were problems that could not be detected while designing the products on their website. However, I received no such calls or emails alerting me to the problems and received the business cards with a very pressing deadline that is quickly coming up. I emailed the company right away, but only received an automatic reply stating that there was something wrong with their "online request tool." This reply prompted me to send a direct email to their support team with an explanation of the problems and attached pics to illustrate them. I have not received a reply since that last email, and am desperate to find a phone number to talk to someone. Should I just give up??? Apparently, many other reviewers have had the same experience as I had. I am beginning to think that I should kiss that money goodbye.
I'm not sure what happened to this company but they shouldn't be in business anymore! They are providing the worst customer service ever. I placed an order over a month ago, called numerous times, emailed numerous times, and could never get a definitive answer as to when I would receive my order. Never received my order and am now waiting for my refund. They continue to send out promotional emails everyday encouraging you to purchase their products that they cannot deliver on. I recommend using another company - do NOT do business with Zazzle!
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I am still waiting on my refund. I ordered custom invitations and did not receive them. They couldn't tell me how long the delay would be. I waited on hold hours only to be told my items were "in production " and there was no way to tell how long my time sensitive items would be held up. Now they are blaming my bank for the "hold" on my refund when my bank I've used for years doesn't hold funds ever. It's this company. Worst customer service and liars.
I searched for several days to find any company that could make a holographic business card. I contacted Zazzle after finding several "holographic" options on their page and no other major card manufacturer had them. I asked them to print it on whatever card stock would be best to show the holographic effect. What I received (two weeks late and too late for the event needed to begin with- after paying for rush shipping) - were dull, poorly printed business cards that simply had a swirl of muted colors and no effect whatsoever. They were not at all like the photo, text was not aligned, and best of all there was not even any shine whatsoever on them, let alone any holographic affect. There were several email interactions but never a phone call despite my several attempts. This was the worst false advertising, especially considering other sites offer foil cards for cheaper. I cannot recommend enough ***staying away***. Afterwords all they offered me was my shipping cost refunded which was never credited to my account.
ORDERED A LARGE, REFRIGERATOR MAGNET TO HONOR MY SON-IN-LAW ON HIS BECOMING A U.S. CITIZEN THIS WEEK AND HAD IT SENT TO MY NC HOME SO I COULD PUT IT IN WITH HIS GREETING CARD. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND I KNOW HE WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I NEVER HAD A MAGNET MADE FOR ANYONE IN MY 71 YRS OF LIFE, SO I WASN'T SURE HOW IT WOULD TURN OUT BUT NOW THAT I KNOW...I'LL KEEP THIS IN MIND FOR ANY FUTURE GIFTS!

I ordered business cards and wasn't 100% satisfied so I asked for a refund and customer support (Rob) was amazing. He resolved my issue and I would highly reccomend Zazzle to anyone!

I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.

Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.
