I use small amounts of odd-ball fasteners in metric and imperial. Bolt Depot has been an ideal source for my needs. I can purchase small quantities at fair prices with reasonable shipping rates. The website works very well

Waiting on delivery of 6 items purchased on line (via PayPal) up to 6 months ago.
Despite numerous attempts to contact support I have been ignored. They initially gave me a support ticket ID... but that is all!
Tried to rectify this through PayPal but after 9 emails from 7 different people in PP support and sending the transaction details 5 times... I have (just about) quit!
I placed an order with Zapals and paid for express shipping, supposed to ship in 2-7 days. I never got a shipping confirmation. After a week I emailed their customer service about the shipping status. No respond, after a week I emailed again, still no respond. A month has passed. I paid with my PayPal account so I contacted them. PayPal contact Zapals, they too never got a response. PayPal refunded my money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. This is a SCAM!
Just an update as of Jan 7 2019 - I still have never received my order and never received a response from the company. They have a 'chat' available on their site - but no one answers that either. Don't do business with this company - it's definitely a SCAM.:-(
I ordered my items over a month ago and still have never received it. The order still says 'processing'. I've reached out to customer service twice and still haven't received a response. After reading other reviews (unfortunately, after I already ordered and paid) - I'm doubtful I'll receive my order. This seems like a scam company.:-(

Very sad pathetic review, no customer care contact and even email response if after a month or in case issue never.
I never received my product and was stuck in customs, i believe that it should be taken care by Zapals why this is notified after the product is bought?
I had surprise that customs is more than the original price of product. Don't even open their website or purchase.
The Zapals website was incredibly professional and appealing. Prices were reasonable although some items I was interested in were out of stock. We received the items within a month and found that the company always packaged them safely (lots of bubble wrap). A coupon from a catalog made the sale even sweeter. Thanks so much
These people are crooks. 3 months after claiming to have shipped an item it has not arrived. After several weeks of emails they now claim the item is being held by "customs". The tracking details they supply are useless. I have supplied them, along with my name and delivery address to my local Royal Mail delivery depot, Zapals claim they have been in contact with RM directly, but they tell me they have no trace of the package. Zapals refuse to refund. Avoid!

It's been way over a month and I still have not received the order. I wrote to them about 4 times, but no one ever responded - so I finally had to open a case with Paypal.
Now when I sign into my account there, it says that I have NO orders placed with them! Bunch of crooks, stay away from this company!
Not worth the time or money to spend. Made a purchase payment posted never updated information when asked customer service about it no acknowledgement State payment was in review however monies have been taken out of my account and yet no update on the order that I wanted to pay for when I said that I would dispute an excuse came up and my money was refunded even though it was supposedly not received on their end do not buy from this company. Instead an excuse of shipping delays was given and no acknowledgement of the original problem also very hard to communicate due to no customer service number and only email correspondence and the person on the other end seems to not even understand the situation and will not even acknowledge what you're actually telling them very bad I will never shop here again.
BAD EXPERIENCE. So first of all the delivery was very late (2 weeks), then once arrived they had sent out the wrong product. I have emailed, messaged via facebook and instagram and contacted their help page on their website and no reply. Shocking, would NOT recommend!
Helped me walk through transaction, thanks, customer service was very understanding and helpful. No more copy paste answers about their policies (I hate that) but real human contact and fair work. Her boss should give her a raise because she retrieved a lost customer who is not afraid to spend some money
I recently ordered an Chuwi Tablet from Zapals, and it was definitely a painless experience compared to what I get used to. I also called in about an unrelated issue with my older Pad, and wasn't really sure about the extent of support i could get without international warranty. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing that couldn't be fixed with a system restore, and the CSR helped me within a very reasonable amount of time

I ordered my goods on the 9th April and after 3 emails to customer service I still have heard nothing or received the product. Never again.
I placed an order in August and it is December- still no order received. I have reached out to customer service but have not heard back. *** UPDATE*** I contacted the company through FB as someone suggested. They refunded my money after that. I can attest that contacting customer service got me no where but writing on their FB really did help.
Almost 2 months ago, I ordered 3 items as the promotion is almost too good to be true. When I did not receive any of my items, I emailed them and the reply was that i should just be patient and wait. But now totally no reply to my emails. I believe none of the items I ordered had been sent. The promotion is indeed to be to be true. Beware of this scam seller.

This website is a joke because I ordered Makey Makey sets(Makey Makey MK Set Deluxe Kit with USB Cable Electronic Invention Tool) for school in March 2019 and I have yet to receive them or get my money back! I sent them multiple emails and every time would get the same generated response: Your message has been received. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. They didn't deliver 3 out 10 orders. This never happened with Gerbest or Rosegal. They do not respond to tickets. Orders #*******241 and #*******266 were probably never sent (5 months passed) and the order #*******711 is stuck with "Preocessing" status after 2 months passed. I filed the tickets for the first two but no answer.
Bought a Xiaomi foldable walking pad, they took the money (make sure to use Paypal), order was processing since 2 weeks, chat with them, they complete the order. Fedex Hong Kong shipment, very well packaged (2 boxes) delivered by Fedex Canada with custom fees to pay. Had to do a lot of research (chinese user manual only), email them a few times they never answer even if they say that customer service is their top priority. 220 V device that comes with a chinese plug; had to buy and adaptor and a voltage converter. Out of the box speed blocked at 3 km, must scan the QR code in the manual, download the app and program the device with your smartphone. When done, speed up to 6 km and I can use it with the remote only (phone is to keep statistics). Important: put the pad on the floor to program it, on a rug, the automated mode is not recognized by the sensors and the pad stops. On the floor, you can complete the programming process with your smartphone. It was a long journey, but it was worthwhile. Super nice-foldable-sturdy pad for home training. Hidden under my couch. I kept the packing box just in case.

Hello, I have tried twice to buy an item in Zapals. In both cases, the deliver lead time has expired and I haven't had any news from them. In addition to that, when I contacted theIr customer attention service, I was told they were coming back to me in 24 hours, which has never occurred. It's a good thing I paid by Paypal, because in both cases I have had to place a claim in Paypal to get my money back, after having spent a lot of time waiting for any news from Zapals. From my point of view, is a fake shop, it takes your money and don't have any further news from them. They always give the same excuse when thy finally have to give an answer to Paypal, that they are too busy.
Zapals seem to think that their own terms and conditions overrule any legal protection that consumers have. They are flagrantly ignoring consumer protection laws and refusing to provide minimum warranty legislation by not replacing products (or refunding where replacement is not possible) that develop a fault after 6 months.
