Great company if you don't like you give back, if you like you stay with it. Fast shipping and great customer service. I regret trying another company I guess they were from overseas it is taking ages for the delivery. Whey we are in Europe and need an outfit for a special occasion the best is Zalando. They know upfront when the itens are on stock otherwise they don't sell it. Many other online shops sell items which are not avaiable.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi les gens aiment cette boutique... J'ai acheté un pantalon et il était en si mauvais état... comme s'il était resté dans la boutique pendant dix ans et que tout le monde l'avait touché!

I strongly advise against relying on Zalando, as their customer service team clearly lacks the necessary professionalism and competence. It is essential for businesses to prioritize their customers' satisfaction and address issues in a fair and timely manner. Unfortunately, Zalando failed miserably in these aspects, leaving me deeply disappointed.

Not only did they fail to register my return properly, but after I received another item, they unjustly changed the discounted price to a higher initial price. When I raised these issues and requested their verification, instead of promptly addressing them, they fined me for non-payment of the bill, even though none of the reasons for the situation were my responsibility.

Their customer service was nothing short of horrendous. It felt like I was dealing with robots rather than real human beings. Every time I reached out for assistance, I would receive responses from different consultants who seemed completely clueless about my situation. The lack of coordination and understanding within their team was baffling. They promised to investigate certain matters but never followed through. It seemed like they had no regard for my time or the inconvenience I experienced.

I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements.

Zalando is great, like the best online shop i know of, since it has a shipping base in my country, all returns are completely free, which is genious! And the variety of stuff they have is great too, much more than one finds in shops where i live haha, just overall great, also the sales are to be checked out
