This company is the worst. I placed an order the day after thanksgiving. They told me I would receive the shipment before Christmas. I didn't receive it until mid January and I only received half the order with a note apologizing that they are backed up with a sticker. Thanks for the sticker but I would rather have the $15 slippers I ordered. I have inquired about 20 times to see when I will receive the rest of my order and they never get back to me. Very frustrating and will never do business with them again.

I ordered on 11/23/18. Still haven't received a tracking label. Says 13 business days. It's been 40. You email customer service and it's the same response. This piece of crap needs to be shut down stealing people's money and never shipping the package

I am now to the point of taking legal action. I feel we should all get in contact with each get something going. I spent over 300 dollars on black Friday. Please let me know what you all think.

I ordered with them on Black Friday, 11/24/17, for my daughter, she was so excited. After waiting for 3 week we finally got an email saying our order of two shirts were shipped. When it arrived only one shirt was in the package. I sent them an email to let them know and they let me know they would ship my missing shirt ASAP, the shirt has not arrived. I have since then sent 3 more emails and have gotten no response.

I ordered on Black Friday it took a few weeks to get to me but I got everything it's perfect.
I found out why it takes so long to get shipped. Because they do everything themselves no outside help.
Be patient you will get your gear and love it.

How can we get a message to the actual artist about this. It's unacceptable. I ordered 3 items. Received a shirt which I did not order and they claimed they delivered my order. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank and this company still claimed they delivered my order. I emailed them asking for a refund. They refused. Instead said they could offer store credit. Once they saw I had filed a dispute they said if I closed the dispute they could refund me my money right away. Still have not heard anything back. This is FRAUD!

I my self order on Black Friday and is now 12/09/2017, and haven't received ANYTHING! I have e-mailed and haven't received any response from anyone... the tracking number still indicates that it's for delivered since 12/13/2016. This is just ridiculous! I will never again order anything from this company! To top it off I haven't been able to locate a contact number for them to question my order that was made last year that should of been my kids Christmas gift. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

Ordered on black friday, we are now in February and still nothing. I alrdy called pay pal to request my $ back, but that wasn't the point. I have neices and nephews that never got their gifts! I even tried writing to Phora on twitter, instagram and Snapchat, and nothing Was surprised because being someone that is into his fan base, you would think he would be more attentive to making sure his products were delivered! Very disappointed!

I ordered on Black Friday. It's 12/13/16 still haven't ship the items yet. Send them over 20 emails to the website and no answer! No customer service number! This is ridiculous! The only reason I ordered was because my daughter for some reason loves this crap and wanted to suprise her with the items for Christmas! Now I'm afraid I won't even get the items by then. Never ever ordering Again from this website again!

Placed order over a week ago. They send an email saying item has shipped, when track the package USPS say shipment has not yet been rec'd. Company will not respond to emails. I have not been able to find a phone number to reach a representative. I am very disappointed should have not allowed my child to purchase from this site. This is Phora's line of clothing and I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I placed and order in 11/25/2016 and still haven't received it. I got an email giving me a tracking number with no status on on any movement on my merchandise. Sent them plenty of emails and not one response. Will never order from them again. There quick to take money from my account and not send my merchandise. Feeling upset this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I'm about to dispute this charge and call my bank.

I ordered a windbreaker on black friday and i still haven't received anything it still hasn't even been shipped. Left them emails and no answer. It sucks because who do we call.

Ordered a shirt June 13th and it is now July 15th and It still hasn't shipped. I tried to email them but they never responded. Last time ordering from them.

I love phora so i was excited when i ordered a crop top hoodie but when it came i was so dissapointed. The material was so thin and the letters were wearing off. Getting a refund was way too much work than expected and since shipping took too long they did not wven let me refund it since it was past due.

This is honestly the worst purchase I've ever made online, and I as well ordered on black Friday and still no package. Its been a month an I am constantly sending them emails and still have no response, I was suppose to have my package before Christmas so I can wrap is up for a gift and I did not get anything. Other people have gotten their packages, if you look on their twitter *******@yt_clothing. The company was retweeting pictures of people receiving their packages right on Christmas eve, which was 20% out of the people that received their packages by 100%. People were complaining on Instagram and twitter. As if right now I am going to report the company, because they said that everyone would receive their packages on Dec. 24. Terrible customer service.

I have had the same experience as all the others, ordered November 30 it is now Dec 21 and still nothing... Charged my card no merchandise. I am going to report them and also dispute my charge on my card... no stars

Still waiting on my order. Its been over a month

I ordered the merchandise on November 20th and it is now December 26th and the order doesn't even seem to be shipped. I reported it to my bank because this website is a scam, or they do not have a clue how to run a business!
