My quality score was over 450 around 3 years ago and one day I woke up and they had taken almost 300 points from me. No explanation whatsover. Now, my score is down to 75 after being at 159 just yesterday. They rejected 4 surveys in a row and docked me 20 points per. To hell with these scam artists and I am taking one step further and notifying all of the sites they send surveys through and i am also going to show them that well over 95% of their reviews are garbage. I hope they lose their jobs and just disappear!

The quality score process is not fair. If you dont qualify or get an error- they take points away from you. They also ding you anywhere from -5 to -25 and give a generic reason and never say what survey it was for that you took a hit on. You ask questions and it takes weeks for them to answer and they only answer by asking you more questions. Nothing ever gets resolved. It is by far the worst survey site I have ever used.

I finally got frustrated and requested they either take me to the survey or screen me out. They then deducted me 10 points for failing a screening test. When I finally got to a survey I answered at least 25 questions before being screened out again. At least 25 mins wasted for no compensation. They can keep deducting me all they want. I am DONE with this CORRUPT survey site!

Really. The "quality score" is just the worst idea for this kind of website. And also low score equal no surveys, too low equal BAN YOUR IP. In conclusion, I dont recommend to answer surveys in this website just go to Yugo or Opinion Labs.

Your Surveys is the absolute worst. Overnight I went from 167 quality score to 62. After making several inquiries and getting nothing but a false runaround, it's now down to - 32. No scruples, no integrity. Avoid at all costs.

I never took a survey with them but when I tried to take one through the "Current" app I got a message saying I was blocked from taking surveys with them. The help link does not work. I emailed them4 times about the problem but never got a reply.
This survey site is a total scam.

They are a dishonest awful company. As you will see with many of the reviews on many different sits.

They take money back from surveys you have completed, take points away from your quality score for no reason & constantly ban you, saying you are using a VPN or proxy.

Terrible company.

This site is okay, but most of the time it won't give a good survey and keep disqualifying me. Keeps blocking me too. Most of the time it'll direct me to a site where I CANNOT CONTINUE and get stuck there forever.

Site seemed to deduct from quality score if they didn't like my answer, even if I was thoughtful and honest.

Have completed quite a few surveys through em before no problems. Now all of a sudden I tell a survey I'm Caucasian amd get banned for lying even though I am and have always stated that

They disable accounts for no reason. They disabled mine and support gave me the flimsy excuse that was using a VPN to hide my location, which is not true. I live in Michigan and I have no reason to pretend I'm somewhere else. Beware.

I never get credit for completing these. The are littering Prodoge earning sites like cockroaches. They don't even give disqualification points. Plus, they take up too many pages. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Here is my message I sent to them about my account:

Hey there, I don't know what's going on, i can't complete surveys for some reason. I done surveys on your router a few days ago and I say there was 1 unread and I tried clicking it buy it showed no tickets displayed to view the message.

I can assure you that I have been using your routers for a very long time and answer it properly and on time etc. Days before that I was met with a moderator I believe it was who was being stubborn and insisting that I was rushing or writing down gibberish. First of all why would I do that? I have been doing surveys for a long time and I am not that type of person.

I explained to the mod that it wasn't my fault if I answered a multiple choice question selecting e.g. all the first options there because I am answering honestly. Seriously what is this? What is the issue?
Please get this fixed and check on the moderator who I think banned me, because it was only one error made I think from your security measures, and it's unjust to just ban me like that. I remember a year or two ago Your Surveys was better lol. I also questioned why my account level when lower they said it was because I didn't leave a review.

Seriously?

Now I have to be obliged to leave a review after every survey even if there is nothing to change about it, or if I don't want to.

I advise anyone to steer clear of these jerk-wads, they will drop you quality score and bar you from their surveys every chance they get, they could care less about the holiday shopping season or yours or someone's birthday, I have been bean boozled by this giant landfill of a company, also been banned by them without warning, one site that hosts these evil crooks work is GrabPoints, I have been with them for about 5+ years now and they have gone downhill big time, a so called 5 minute survey winds up being a 20 or 40 minute nightmare of a freight train load of bullcrap, not to mention the repetitive subjects over and over again, I am the one who gets easily frustrated and iritated by these goons, so save yourself the trouble and use a site like Survey Junkie, at least they give 2 or 3 cents if you screen out, unlike the majority of others, its either completed the whole thing or go empty handed, their way or the freeway, so save yourself the frustration and burnout from these jokers, also this site is ran by some foreign freak who is either drunk or doped up on some type of powerful LSD crap, also their surveys will pop up from a different router that you chose, they are very hard to avoid as they are part of most GPT sites, so if you get one from these idiots, choose to close out and hope that the next is not from them.

Had a Quality Score over 120. Was unable to do surveys for several months. Next time a router brought up one of their surveys, my score was -69 and it would not allow me to take surveys for 90 days. HUH?

I reiterate that it is a $#*!ing notorious site by which you would never be a winner and win a prize or a paltry amount of money. It is better if you don't fall within the greedy approach of this site to carry out online survey and waste your valuable time.

Every survey try to do was said be for 100+ but go to it and wont even go beyond 1st? Keeps refreshing birthdate page

All but one survey came up blank the bottom of page in black box "Oppps something wrong"? 382 times? Cost power/time to keep trying even via affiliate sites. Sure a H? C Judge would take a dim view of treatment of survey takers in a claim for compensationas to lost time. Avoid if you can save yourself frustration.

Keep getting blocked and giving me low quality scores and not even doing any surveys BIG SCAM, I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURVEY SITE

This site have probably blocked me as in my last review, I had detailed their unethical and dishonest works. Now, I am happy to get relieved from this notorious site. They should be convicted immediately and kicked out from this profession.

It said that I was dishonest about my employment and lowered my quality score by 79. It never gives you the rewards and always disqualifies you near the end. Never pay for it or else you'll be sorry

This site banned me and kept deducting points from my quality score. They need to fix their system before I do a survey from them again.
