“Wrike solves a lot of problems”

Bernabe T.
4/24/17

Once we implemented Wrike in my previous company, a lot of changes were immediately noticeable. One of them was that we were using our email less and less for internal matters until we only got a handful of them a day, instead of having too many to manage. Our communication and task ownership was made more transparent. Wrike is a very user friendly tool that adapts completely to your company's needs and lets you keep track of tasks, projects and other important initiatives in your company.

Nice tool but I did my research to find a good, minimalist and practical task management tool. Proofhub (www.proofhub.com) was the chosen one for me too! I really liked its simple way of managing my project tasks.

I've been using Wrike for about four years and one of the things I'm most impressed with is that they are constantly improving. They take feedback seriously and work to quickly integrate with other applications and implement change. Their customer service has always been great -- we've had several free training sessions as a customer and it's been 100% tailored to our company.

It's got a lot of flexibility and customization as well. You can view project management tasks in a variety of visualizations and pretty easily find what you're looking for.

We're a smaller team of less than 15 and it works great for us. My suggestion would be to have a point person to be your Wrike admin for the first six months so they can be the in-company expert and get everyone else on board.

Project management clound software is a relatively new fad and wrike I will say does have some of the better features available. The tricky part with wrike is that if you have a large number of tasks and folders things easily can get lost in the mess. Wrike seems better for small projects with fewer number of people and yet at the price point they offer it at, it isn't that affordable for small groups. The expense can largely come from the storage fees. I can potentially see this software catching on once they work out the kinks and perhaps make it more customizable. Until then I'm just not seeing the advantage of using wrike and learning to master all of its features. I think they should give you a free trial for at least a few months before actually charging the users.

Ive been using wrike for 5 months and find that the Dashboard is very useful.
My job doesn't have a lot of product but my supervisor can see how my daily progress is going by using this tool.

We are using Wrike to quickly turn notes into activities and build on the current methods to do a continuous improvement of the processes that were in place before the PMO mindset settled in. Wrike has allowed us to collaborate with ease and to be able to communicate expectations quickly not only internally but also to external contributors. The multidimensional aspect of the folders comes in very handy when your projects are long and transversal on scope and resources. It is very convenient and being allowed to interact directly from the Gannt is a big win.

Wrike is a great tool for our marketing department. It is easy to use, easy to train and user-friendly. Reporting is a great feature that we use regularly. Everyone on our team knows exactly what tasks/projects they are to complete each day with the use of Wrike. The team is also held accountable for deadlines. With wrike, we are able to communicate to the department on each task. We are able to report to the field the amount of work we have completed within certain timeframes. The only thing I wish Wrike could improve on is automation and calendar views. The calendars would be very helpful if they were actually configurable and printer friendly.

Before moving my department to Wrike I was spending hours updating projects and creating charts and timelines. I signed up for a demo of Wrike hoping it would give me some time back. After the first week I had freed up one hour of my time. After the first month I managed to free up ten hours a week. Every month since I have worked closely with the programmers at Wrike to add features that increased productivity, not only for me but for other department heads as well. The development team at Wrike is second to none. They will bend over backward to make solutions for you. The product is easy to use and teach others to use. Cost is very affordable. Just try it, you won't regret it.

Wrike is my favourite Saas decision for my work and personal life. I have two accounts - one is for personal GTD and the second is for my teams, where I do my tasks, even if in reality there are no people in these projects - just for self-registration of completed tasks.

- What are the features you like most in Wrike? 1. A flexibility of projecting regimes - you can do it under waterfall, or kanban (boards), or even scrum. 2. A flexibility of tasks views. 3. You can have a deal with numbers and a resource management inside your project management in Wrike. 4. http://club.wrike.com - a place where you can earn additional bonuses and a real money on amazon! 5. vote.wrike.com - a place where you can source the devs about new features and they usually respond! 6. wrike labs - a place where you can switch on/off the prototypical features

- What are some of your favorite Wrike updates? Custom Statutes, Custom Fields, Reports, Dashboards/Boards

- What would you add to Wrike features? Oh, there are many of them. A good normal integrated calendar, not a current one, a normal internal instant messenger, which will be a really instant - a current system of commentaries doesn't work properly with a really needed for a typical burst conversation without pressing f5, some lacks in the dashboards and widgets interface are needed to neutralized, a desktop client version is strongly needed, because chrome browser could have too many opened pages, including custom statuses feature in a professional plan is strongly needed for those who don't need the other functionality of a business version!

- Who would take advantage of using Wrike? Pms, marketers, freelancers, small agile taskforces

- How did Wrike change the way you work? I'm trying to register all my life in it from a moment

This is a pretty useful project management site. They offer cloud based project management software. They are getting more established, in their product, but their development team is very responsive and their customer service is helpful and quick. They are open to suggestions for improvements that come from clients and often implement those changes.
