I am writing my review because of the customer service rep that I had through the entire process, Allen Rashtian. I was so worried about spending $1,500.00 for an online order of a ring I only could see a picture of, but through email and phone calls, Allen walked me through it. I didn't realize that my ring would not be made until they received my order so the 2 week wait for it made me nervous. When I did receive it, it was absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted... but it didn't fit. It was supposed to be a size 6 but it wouldn't go over my knuckle. Not sure what to do about the size, I took it to my local jeweler for advice since he would be setting the center stone. He said he couldn't set the stone because the prong (or head) that holds the center stone wasn't big enough to hold my diamond. So I went back home very disappointed and sent an email to Allen. He said it could be re-sized and a bigger prong could be put on but I was concerned about the other diamonds becoming loose if it was re-sized. Then I worried that if I did lose a stone and had to send it back in, it would have my 1 carat center stone in it. I decided to return the ring so I emailed Allen again to ask how to do that. He gave me the address of where to send it and said the money would be credited back to my card once it was received. It took 2 weeks but the full amount was credited back to my credit card. Customer Service is very important to a business and if I were only reviewing Allen, it would have been 5 stars, but the wrong size is what took stars away from this review.

This journey pendant is everything. I love the simplistic yet elegant look. The communication between the jeweler and us was clear and efficient we got what we ordered. He made sure to accommodate my request for a longer chain.

Allen did great job making a customized pendant. It came out exactly how we wanted. We will be back for other pieces.

I'm in total awe, this is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It's perfect, it's me and it's timeless. The attention to detail from the band to the most perfect diamond in the center.

World Jewels worked TIRELESSLY throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with their shops closed, and deadlines unknown, to keep me apprised of the status of a custom made ring without a center stone (I had my own I wanted to place in the center). I had placed the order just days before the pandemic was declared in March 2020 and chaos followed. Allen was in touch with me constantly from the time the governments shut down non-essential businesses, to the re-openings, to the re-closings, to the final manufacture and shipment of my ring during a time when even shipping was delayed or shut down.

The first round was not exactly what I had in mind, and Allen worked with me to more completely understand and communicate my specific demands to manufacture without argument or additional cost. Finally, after many months of unexpected nationwide delays due to the pandemic, and my miscommunication about exactly what I had in mind… my ring arrived. Perfectly.

I had my own center stone to mount, and had given Allen the precise dimensions of my existing center stone. He manufactured the mount to accommodate the stone and to exclude unnecessary bench jeweler up-charges for materials. When I took the ring in to the local bench jeweler to mount the center stone, he asked why I hadn't had the ring created there, locally, at his shop… I showed him the ring and asked if he'd have done that for the price I paid? He emphatically shook his head, and said there was NO WAY he'd have been able to do it for THAT price. I mentioned that I wasn't particularly educated about the quality of the side stones, and that perhaps their quality was reflected in the price? The jeweler carefully examined the side stones and commented that they were indeed good quality, and reiterated that there is no way he'd have done the work, with those materials, at that price.

I am delighted beyond words with my experience with World Jewels. I realize buying online is a scary proposition for most; handing over money to a stranger with end results unknown and fraught with uncertainty, across state lines with no knowledge of legal recourse- just a wing and a prayer. Allen knows this is what customers are experiencing and handled each of our communications as if I were The Most Important and The Only Customer he had to handle. I realize others have had a less than satisfactory experience, and I just cannot imagine how… given every obstacle that was dropped in my path on the way to getting this ring made and shipped to my satisfaction under the conditions that the nation was experiencing from March to now… I just cannot fathom how World Jewels could have possibly handled it any better than they did - and I certainly expected the worst. I'm just over the moon happy. THANK YOU ALLEN and World Jewels!

12/21/23 Update - After several attempts to contact the company and get them to take action with my issue as well as posting several reviews about my experience, the owner Allen, reached out to me to address my frustrations and how long it had taken to receive my order. He admitted that it had taken far too long to get my order and apologized for this, offering a partial credit for my negative experience. He also promptly addressed my other needs telling me that he could email me the appraisal I did not receive with my products as well as a return label for one I did not plan to keep. He stated that he hoped he could make it up to me in the future.
While I am leary to try to them again, I must also say that many years ago - maybe a decade or so, I ordered my original pair of 0.50 carat diamond studs from World Jewels and had a flawless experience. While this one was completely opposite that, I do feel as though it has mostly been righted at this point and it is possible, if their record of reviews improves, I may try them again should the need arise.

ORIGINAL Review:
While this company and their website state that they have "fast and free shipping", it has now been over a month since I placed my order and I have not received it despite numerous communications with the company being promised several times over when my order would be ready and when it would ship. Detail as follows:
November 8th, 2023 - Placed an order for 2 pairs of earrings.
November 15th, 2023 - Have not heard anything with regard to my order so I reach out to request an update. An told that it will ship early next week, which would be the week of 11/20.
On November 27th, I still have not received any information regarding my order so I reach out again for an update.
On November 29th, an Allen Rastian emails me that he will call me about my order but does not. At 11 pm CST that night, I receive an email from him saying that my order should be ready by Friday (12/1) and I will receive tracking once it ships.
On December 4th, I STILL have not received any information or tracking regarding my order, now the 2nd time I've been told when it will ship and it hasn't) so later that afternoon, I call the company and ask for an update. I'm told there are no notes in the system despite these numerous emails I've sent but when she checks, she tells me that my order is ready and I should have tracking in a few hours. I ask when I should actually receive my order and she tells me the end of the week or early the following at the latest. That would have been last Friday, 12/8 or this week.
On 12/6, I finally receive the tracking information I was promised two days and multiple times earlier. When I check it, it says that only a shipping label has been created and the post office has not received anything.
Today, December 11th, I check it again only to find out the exact same information.
It has now been over a month since I placed my order; its been promised to me on several occasions in the interim and I STILL have not received it after extensive follow-up.
From my experience, I feel that nothing this company says can be trusted and they certainly do not seem to have any concern for their customers, customer satisfaction, or repeat business.

My fiancé bought both my engagement ring, and matching wedding band from this company. They are so beautiful and the staff was so great we had to return. They have excellent customer service and really know how to make your event special. We bought them online and received them extremely fast! They didn't even charge shipping. I'm going to tell all my girlfriends about this site.

Wonderful customer service. I have bought a diamond ring from them and it was much better than anticipated. I was worried at first to make a huge purchase like that online, but I have received what I paid for on a timely fashion, and their customer service is great.

Total SCAM! Run away from this business! Purchased diamond trinity studs for a birthday gift 4 weeks prior to the birthday party. Contacted Allen at World Jewels 3 weeks later asking for an order update and he assured me the order would be overnighted before Dec. 6th and would likely ship out on the 4th. Come Dec. 4th, I contact him again to ask for a shipping update and he did not respond and on the 5th I was caught in a bind and had to go to a local jewelry store to pick up a gift. This business is a total scam.

18 months ago my now Husband and I purchased item # a. 0030. Yellow gold "A diamond wedding set that is made up of 4.00 ct. Total weight. Center stone can be customized between 1.00ct princess cut diamond, SI. Side diamonds on engagement ring totaling 2.00 ct. Made with round, princess and baguette diamonds in an invisible and prong setting. Matching band consists of 1.0ct. Princess cut channel setting. Handcrafted in 14k Gold." Beautiful and unique. Just like other reviews we experienced same very poor customer service and false tracking # ploy. But the Worst was after receiving and needing an appraisal to insure, an independent appraiser showed us that Not Only does the center diamond have Flaws Visible to the Naked Eye but who ever set the center stone did it improperly and had Fractured the Center Diamond. We then obtained a 2nd independent appraisal from an appraiser considered to be one of the top appraisers in the state. She refused all knowledge of 1st appraisal/conditions until finishing her appraisal. Her findings were the same. With wedding weeks away I contacted World Jewels and explained findings asking Only what was Wrong be Made Right. Work Jewels Refused to do so. Fortunately I Only shipped them back the engagement ring. After multiple calls the jeweler called me back Yelling at me about "how dare I". They only offered to reduce the size of the stone to remove the broken part. But by this time we were 6 Days before our wedding. I told them their offer was unacceptable and to overnight untouched. 3 days later I received my ring back in same uninsurable condition; not knowing when the center diamond will fall out. P.S. My boyfriend of 10 years and i bought an engagment ring here, it has been a month and still have not received it, everytime we email they say they are shipping it in two to three days and they never do, im starting to get worried that we wont receive it before the big day, i know its christmas time and everyones busy but dam i hope we didnt make a mistake?

Bought item 6/27, saw item 8/27, returned item 8/29, no refund 10/26... Filed case with PayPal, World Jewels tried to convince me in order to get refund they had given on 9/7 that I would have to cancel the PayPal claim against them. PayPal said this is their bread and butter scam, they convince people to cancel their claims so they do not have any other option to get their refund! Will be filing a complaint with the FTC as well as every single forum online I can find!

Never have I purchased a ring on line and was extremely impressed and customer service was top of the line. Don't hesitate to purchase you won't be disappointed

Ally did a great job on a custom ring. My fiancé really loves it. We couldn't be more happy with our purchase.
