I ordered bed worth 90000/- made full payment with a promise of delivery within 5 to 7 weeks, after lot of calls delivered after approx 9 weeks, delivered by a transporter's who sent it in a small veh with only driver and I had to help him offload and for assembly I am told to take a Carpanter on my own and will be a compensated which I refused. Customer care doesn't give any firm reply and is rude. My advice do not make any advance payment and look for alternate, rest is your wish

Pathetic after sales service by WS. We have made several purchases from this brand and had highly recommended it to our friends and family. Recently we purchased a furniture item from the Panjim Goa store and it was found to be defective. We raised a ticket for resolution and the carpenters visited our house for rectification. They tried their best but could not rectify it. We asked WS for replacement of the product to which we were told that this is the maximum they can do from their side and no replacement will be provided.
I am sharing my experience for people who are looking to buy from them. Since it is a prepaid purchase, and if you receive a defective product you will have to happily accept it and continue using the defective product. No doubt they have really good products but your hard earned money is at stake once you make the payment.

I purchased a Walken Sheesham Wood Bed with Full Drawer Storage (King Size, Honey Finish), Order Id: ******* dated 02/07/2023 for Rs *******.00 for my son Shivendera Singh whose name is reflected in the proforma invoice. The problem is that if one just leans on the footrest side of the bed or while walking a little pressure causes the alignment of the bed to go haywire and out of the two drawers on one side, one protrudes out and the other one goes inside. Had raised a ticket number ******* and Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma inspected the bed and he said that this fault cannot be resolved. According to him if one screws the top panels of the bed that are supposed to be lifted for accessing the inner storage the problem can be resolved. Then what's the use of purchasing a bed with storage? It looks like there is a technical flaw with the design of the bed.
If mere pressure on the bed while walking disrupts the alignment of the bed then what good is the bed for, does that mean that one has to watch his steps while walking near the bed? Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma clicked a video when I showed him the problem and told me that he had shared that video with the branch and head office. In that video, one can clearly see that a mere touch while walking moves the footrest side of the bed to the opposite side disrupting the alignment of the bed.
Have sent them an email and the video clicked by the company's carpenter at *******@woodenstreet.com and at *******@woodenstreet.com twice and even logged a complaint on their website. Aside from replying the company did not even acknowledge the emails or the online complaint. Looks like the support team has withdrawn into a shell and has become deaf and dumb. Kudos Woodenstreet!

Borer/Termite issue: we purchased 3 different sets of furnitures. Coffee table was replaced, with a promise the other 2 products would be QCed properly before delivering as we would be away for a while. Returned back to the country to hear and find borer attack on the Auric large bar cabinet(walnut finish). Called customer support but was informed it is outside warranty and they can't fix the issue. So, moral of the story, furniture from Wooden Street like perishable items. Valid for only a year, though you pay thousands of rupees for so called solid sheesham wood.

They are worst in business. Go and buy things from nearby shop/market rather than ordering from Wooden Street.
It's been more than 70 days (since product was ordered) and they have not delivered order (Delivered damaged on 18th Aug) but after that after multiple follow up as well, they just make false commitment.
Customer care doesn't have update. Everyone just provides update whatever they like. Agent don't forward call to senior no way what happen.
Agent contradicts each other and tell that other agent was not aware if confronted.
Worst part "They don't have policy to revert back money".

Ordered wall shelves, even after 45 days its not delivered. Everytime there are different kind of excuses and every time the delivery date is within 2-3 when you call the helpline. They are not committal about delivery and cancellation is not an option too.
Avoid ordering on this site, if you order, ensure you DO NOT use any discount coupon - Its a trap. Read the cancellation policy before you order.

Now the wardrobe is damaged and complained. Wooden door is cracked and unable to close.
The bed I got from WoodenStreet is super comfy and the best part is it is strong and sturdy. The delivery was super fast, and the delivery people at WoodenStreet were really nice.

Purchased dining table set by ordering through HSR Layout outlet. Delivery person does not pick up phone to coordinate time, finally left at the door at odd hour when we were not home. Supposed to be assembled within 48 hours, no one comes. Online chat: same promise " someone will call you" none at all. Same story from store personnel they stop picking your call after initial nice talk. Mail - ticket after ticket, none responding. Helpline is farce! After 10 days of futile attempts we assembled ourselves there was no other way. However, the product is of good quality. Why write this: imagine you get a defective product - you had it, they simply did not have it in them in my case, hope you have better luck with the team. Trust some one at the helm notices this.

I have ordered and paid in advance a coffee table on 7th Sept which was supposed to be delivered on 9th Sept after pincode checking in their website. Today is 19th and I still did not receive it. When I enquired about the product and the delay, the customer support staff rudely hung up the call. I am not sure if they will deliver at all or when? Their tracking system is also the worst. See it yourself in the following. They have such a flashy, modern website, with such false information and promises, with rude behaviour, I will give 0 star and recommend not to buy from them.
I have purchased sideboard, hydraulic bed, sofa set and lounge chairs from wooden Street Andheri store on 19th June 2022 and the delivery taken place in various dates in August and last on 22 August 2022 and for installation of the hydraulic bed we have to be behind them and finally installed on 13 September 2022. After that sideboard has created a bulging issue and all the joints of the wood are dislocated for which we have lodged multiple tickets in their website and call to their customer care and they sent carpenters they have chopped the excess woood.how can it behaves like that if it they used dried used as they claim... Then when we had an issue with bed and lodged a complaint and ticket has been generated they sent carpenters for inspection and found that the frame is of inferior quality because of which it got bend and needs to be replaced for which after dragging the issue from August 31 to 28 October and finally they said it is out of warranty. How this company is doing business in a unique way in the entire world where they claim that warranty starts from the date of delivery not from the date of installation.just delivering the pieces of wood and without sending any one for installation they will say your product is out of warranty such a unique company. And many representative and their carpentry team managers all will talk in a different manner and finally nothing will be done. After spending 2lakhs in this furniture it is a big lesson not to go ahead because of the look and feel. We have to do the business with values if that is not there no one will come to our rescue at a later date.

In name of company policy they are not at all accommodative which allows opting for product which can also serve the customer requirements. When visited the shop for display hardly any products to actually feel and check but then have to for online options which can be misleading. The Divan I bought mentioned 6 feet but effective area is quite less. When requested for replacement with high value product they straight away refused. Not customer friendly

I placed my order for a bookshelf (engineered wood) on 26 January, 2022 and it's been 8th March, 2022 - NO change to order status (in Progress). I had raised multiple tickets and my brother spoke to multiple customer care executives. We were promised delivery by 3rd March (latest) but even that was not complied to. Shameless company and shameless supply chain; better look elsewhere if you want your products delivered. Pepperfry, Flipkart and Amazon - all deliver before promised date and never take months to get something delivered

I bought 5 items from wooden street out of which 3 items that i received were poor quality. They told they will replace one of them and took the product. After few days returned the same product with some paintings.

So it's been almost 2 months of placing the order after having visited their store at Jaipur last year for my home project utilities, they chase you like anything; perfectly indeed, no doubts how diligent the sales cold calling is. However, there is no escape once you place the order, there shall be no prompt communications regarding the updation of order and I have kept waiting for the delivery whereby the task left with me is to chase the driver and communicate and plead for status. It finally arrived and after 2 weeks today the installation is still pending to happen. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. Ensuring that more and more people read this and across all platforms.

After I was don't buying 80% of my stuff from your store, you have done what most average businesses do ruin the experience in the remaining 20%.
My stuff came broken (which is ok) the replacement is taking for ever. And to top it all, there is absolutely 0 customer support. From template answers to we will call you and no one calls you, it is the same poor experience I thought was setting you apart.
You have lost a loyal customer. I was almost about to buy everything related to home furniture from you.

Nicolas L-shaped sofa has been positioned in the wooden street. According to the schedule provided, we have not yet received the merchandise. So, follow up with the people working in the show room and customer service. After taking the order, no one answers the phone. I went numerous times to get my goods. I ordered decorative plates. 7 total for over 5000 Rs. They forwarded my order to some company called quirky india which makes the worst quality of products. The print on the plates was poor thick pixels, incoherent, non-symmetric. Half the designs sent to me were wrong and not what i ordered. The entire order was just complete garbage. Nothing looked half as good as the images on their website. Just completely got duped by them. Its been over 2 weeks and my complaint has not been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Just another garbage Indian scammer out there to loot people.

The furniture designs are good but once you make a complete payment for your order they tend to forget you... no response from their customer support, very much delayed delivery, wrong information about delivery timeline and lame excuses. They really irritate you with their service
