Wow I just posted a review where the womanwithin (Fullbeauty Brands) customer service representative was unable to help me. After talking to her I found my tracking number and phoned back. But the extremely nice gentleman I got this time helped me immediately! And he didn't even ask for the tracking number! I wish the 1st lady could have been as helpful! But it HAS restored my faith in them somewhat.
These people are awful. They change the price from what is online. My dress is 84.99 and you click on it and they raised it to 129.00. Customer service is awful. I put a picture down there than once you click on those the price raises. And then it would've cost me $35 just to have my dress shipped to me that's ridiculous. Definitely going somewhere else

I've ordered a few things from their website over the years, and have returned most of it. I think I've finally learned not to order from them anymore. Their merchandise quality is mediocre at best, and overpriced at that, IMO. I agree with others as to their shipping and return fees being quite ridiculous. I'll give Woman Within a hard pass from now on.
I am happy with the sweatpants that I got but had no idea I was going to get charged and additional 16.95 for a rewards program that I NEVER signed up for and didn't even know existed. I cancelled the membership and will never order from them again. They sent me a catalog and I can't even find anything in there about an extra fee for a rewards program. Shady business practice for sure!
Their 60 day, no excuses return policy is unreasonable. I bought summer jeans, wore them, washed them, and put them away. Went to wear them today only to find out the seams are shredded. They have refused to allow me to return them for credit. I also bought a winter coat, which is now also returnable, being past 60 days. This policy, in these times is not acceptable. Due to covid, I am not going out DAILY, so not getting dressed every day. Read all of their policies before buying from this company
After waiting about a month for my order (the second time I had to ordered.) My first order was cancelled by Woman Within before it was even shipped.
I am happy with the ease of the return. I am even happier to return these trashy ill-made cheap clothes to Woman Within.

Woman Within cheated me out of my money. I ordered 2 tops, received 1 and they now are refusing to send the second top unless I order it again and pay more money! This is unethical and I will never ever buy from this company again. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Purchased 2 pair of jeans. Ordered my normal size. Both pairs had the size I ordered on them, but were WAY to BIG. I returned the jeans. WomanWithin charged 17$ for sending me the jeans, which I knew the charge when ordered. However, on the return, they deducted 11$ from my refund to cover return shipping. So, in short, cost 28$ to try on 2 pair of jeans.

I see all of these bad reviews and can't understand why. I have had nothing but success when placing an order. They even sent a holiday card with $50 off $100 or $100 off $200. I love this company!

Placed a few orders, credit ran, go online nothing in order history…call customer service get a foreign rep likely India who says she can't check orders site is down and it has been for awhile. Company is shady and overcharges for shipping.

I ordered one by mistake. I contacted them and they refused to cancel it because it was in process. But other companies can cancel it no matter if it was or wasn't in process.

Like their t-shirts. I've bought oversized to wear around the house and smaller to wear outdoors. Also, like that they have 3/4 sleeves and various lengths; but still are light enough not to cook in summer. They have a wide range of colors. Decent quality.
I first bought several from Amazon back in 2018 for $13. Now they are $25, although currently selling for 50% off for the holidays (on their site only, not Amazon).
Here's the problem: Their shipping policy is ridiculous. No free shipping offered for any price (No! Instead they charge a percentage of the total order! Who does that?).
They charge per item. Basically at 50% off $12.99), if I bought 3 t-shirts, at $8 shipping for the first item, they would add an additional $4 for each item thereafter, so buying 3 items would be the cost of another T-shirt!
I sold and shipped items online and know for a fact that shipping UPS doesn't cost that much and certain the weight of one more t shirt doesn't warrant adding another $4 to $8 in standard shipping and then another $4 for each item.
I had free shipping 2 Christmases ago so bought from them. I just won't pay inflated shipping costs. I'd buy a ton of their stuff if I didn't see the shipping going up up up as I add items to my cart. Huge turn off.
They are making a profit off shipping costs!
I signed into my account and they had no record of my orders. Let's see if now they offer me a discount for the holidays to offset their ridiculous shipping policy. I might buy again. They claim to be in the US, so why the ridiculous shipping costs?
Makes you wonder about their other practices. My first order was through Amazon, the second through the site and only because the shipping offered was actually free from a catalog they sent. Went to buy from them today, hoping their shipping policy had changed, saw the cost would be 50% for just one T-shirt and abandoned my cart.

Womanwithin artificially lowers the prices of the merchandise and then adds their overhead costs to the shipping and handling fees. I was going to order 3 pieces of clothing totally $82, and then I got to shipping and the lowest charge for standard shipping was $21! 25% of my order total. I abandoned my cart. I found it just disgusting. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not alone.

It is almost impossible to get the correct prices online, even if you order from a catalog you received the same day you order. I have seen prices change in only a few minutes trying to order online. I'd advise calling and tell exactly what you see in your catalog and online. What a shame!

Received incorrect items in my order, called in to have the correct items sent out; and to return the incorrect items. Instead I was charged out a second time -the entire order AND extra things I did NOT consent to ordering. Spent an hour trying to get the exchange corrected, only to be told I needed to be charged a 3rd time and all the while being up-sold on other crap I did NOT want. I ended up cancelling the exchange ( never getting what I paid for and ordered the first time) and waiting to see if the charge falls off my account - if not, I am calling my bank. RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Plus everything they sell,you can get on amazon. Literal, brands and styles all can be found on amazon.

I placed one order in April of 2022 and just found out they've been charging my credit through September 2023 $16.95 for a rewards program I NEVER signed up for. I didn't even like the ONE order I placed and returned it. This is fraud. Don't ever buy from this company unless you want bogus monthly charges on your credit card they won't refund.
They are really slick with all their fees. Avoid this card at all costs! The products are sub-par with many items. Sizing is not true. Then you will also get charged for a return unless you do credit back with them.
I placed an order on 9/21. I needed the article no later than 9/28. I paid extra for express shipping. Today is 9/28 and the item has not been shipped. The only thing I have is a tracking number and when I look up that number is states the label was created and nothing is in their system yet. I have contacted them several times and they insist the item was shipped. They are nothing more than a scam! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Was promised $10 off 1st purchase with their credit card. Didn't happen. Called customer service twice. 1st representative didn't even understand the problem, 2nd one understood the problem but had no authority to fix it. Shipping charges are outrageous. If you qualify for free shipping it's limited to $15 and you don't get it automatically. You have to fill out a form, send back to them and wait 3 weeks. Great tactics to promise something that many don't have the time or will to do. Thanks woman within you just saved me $230.85 because I've given up on ordering from you.

I have done.business with them for years and have been happy. They have really changed over the years and the quality of the clothing has really deteriorated. The size I have ordered for years no longer fits. And….this e-card. If I want an exchange or a refund I DON'T want it back in their e-card. The headache of doing business with you is just not worth it.

This company is all about selling and $#*! the customer and their experience. They do not follow their own expectations and if you express your dissatisfaction you are then targeted to be ripped off and ignored when trying to get your refund. My bank had to get involved to get my return money processed. The worst company I have experienced in a 20 years and will never order from them or any of their parent companies.

I purchased two boots from June + Vie, a brand within the WomanWithin company, the Whitley & Azalia wide calf boots. They felt plastic, with fake heels, stiff uncomfortable "leather" and zippers that were glued on. It was shocking how awful they were given how beautiful they appeared online. Perhaps June + Vie should spend their customers' money on their production quality versus photo shoots. Such poor quality at this price point is criminal. I would not take them even if the company was giving them away for free. Also, I submitted a review on the website eight months ago that was never posted, suspect.

The Returns agent and process were seamless and the only positive factor of my experience. Also, please be very weary of any of the brands under the umbrella of this company. Especially for wide-calf customers, the boots were anything but!

I feel bad for those who had a bad experience(s) with 'Woman Within'.
I recently ordered 2 tunic-tops on clearance, and this included a free 50"x60" cotton throw-quilt.
As one lady pointed out here, the material is not quite as quality as Roamans - which I've ordered similar tops from and they are softer, printed t-shirt-like material.
WW tunics are a little 'stiffer' printed material. I'm thinking they will soften up after a few washings? I ordered XL and both tops are a little big! Another slight difference from Roamans - their XL tunics fit just right. WW XL seems more like XXL - but again I'm ok with that.
I never put my tunics in the dryer - but I might do a little test to see if my WW tunics will shrink a tad. No biggie. Better loose than too tight!
I love the prints on both the tops I got, and the quilt is VERY nice! It's just a thin little lap quilt, perfect for a spring or fall day. It's very soft & would make a perfect little baby quilt!
The items came within about 3 days of ordering them!
I was so surprised how quickly they arrived!
And I really got a great deal - all 3 items for just over $40!

The first time I ordered from them I was unable to get help returning the item and I gave up trying.
The second time I was getting something for my mother-in-law so I decided to try again. It said 40%off so I went ahead. It took me 45 minutes to order because of pop up ads asking me to create an account or buy more merchandise. When I finally got to checkout I found that standard shipping was $18.
Next time I'll skip Woman Within.
By the way, the first review website that shows up if you want to review Woman Within is Consumer Affairs. It showed good reviews and it wouldn't let me create an account.
