We provided a specific concept, and they did a great job bringing it to life. You have opportunities to make course corrections throughout to assure you get what you want. The sales rep Linda qas horrible and very pushy. Thankfully I only did 1 video and not the 3 I needed done. The Team is horrible and the way they do things is just off. Horrible experience, horrible team and $#*! video! I could have had the same quality without the headaches for 10x less price which BTW the prices are a rip off!

I'm extremely satisfied with the cooperation, support and talent of the team at wizMOTIONS. Our new video is even better than I thought it would be. My biggest challenge in promoting some of my products was not having the ability to speak directly with my potential customers to explain WHY they should use my products and the SHOW THEM by using illustrations. My new video hits the nail on the head. I would certainly recommend wizMOTIONS to my friends. In fact I plan to develop another video very soon! Great Work. Great People.

My favorite part of this experience has been the professionalism. I can't tell you enough how assuring it is having Basecamp and the great communication. My biggest fear was definitely relaying my vision to your artists. The quick questionnaire you all sent me when this project started took care of everything. I would tell them to come with an idea and WizMotions will turn it into reality.

Island Consulting and Training needed an A+ team and when a friend showed me his video, it was so impressive, I called immediately. Federico and his team of rock stars did not disappoint. In fact, the final product is amazing and I am so proud of this video. I asked a great deal in terms of diversity, specific information and in the end, I got a "Wow!" product. Thank you, wizMotions. We have done multiple "informational" videos, and updates, with wizMotions, and the company from top to bottom, executives to artists, are simply "right on time" and helping you constantly, with updates and suggestions. I used WizMotions based on the recommendation of a colleague. I am happy to say that they more than lived up to her recommendation.

I needed a project done very quickly, and from the start, they jumped into action. My project manager was extraordinarily responsive and open to feedback. In the end, WizMotion delivered just the product I needed--and in even less time than what they initially estimated! So glad that I found them when I did and I will almost certainly be using them in the future.

I was very impressed with wizMotions, especially the team lead, Federico Perez. After extensive research I found wizMotions to be the best fit for my needs. As a realtor, thinking outside the box when advertising is very important. Federico and his team were great to work with. The communication, suggestions and execution was top notch professionalism. The custom caricature of myself was amazing! Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of these services! Thanks all.

We got our first explainer video via wizmotions. Entire process was very professional and courteous. Thought it took longer than anticipated. In fairness to them, it was our first such video so there were delays from both ends.

Overall very satisfied with the work. Will give more work to them. 4 stars rather than 5 is for the delay factor, but quality and professionalism is 5 stars.

One of our worries was getting a video created that matched our branding and illustrations we had on our website. Basically, we wanted a great video that didn't feel out of place. The wizMotions team delivered beyond expectations and I could not be happier. They even had a great communication process through Basecamp that kept everything organized. Definitely will be using them again for future work!

WizMotions did a great job in the video production. They were very easy to work with. I would not count on them to grasp your complex product or idea so you must plan to do your own storyboard and make sure that when they supply you artwork it is exactly how you want it the first time. It was my experience that if a piece of artwork was approved and then a change was required extra costs were incurred, albeit fair costs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The sales representative got angry and argumentative when I had basic questions. Completely unwilling to answer questions prior to be purchasing a video project. I was just a number and they wouldn't help. There's too much competition to deal with a company unwilling answer questions.

I found wizMotions to be very responsive and turned revisions very quickly. I enjoyed watching the storyboard develop and evolve. And my team and I are very pleased with the final output. My only critique would be that occasionally feedback for revisions that I provided wasn't always incorporated into the following storyboard or video draft. But everyone makes mistakes and the fixes were ultimately made, so not a big deal.

All around, very nice work.

When we started the process I was concerned that I couldn't articulate the vision we had, but WizMotions had no problem understanding and bringing it to life. I liked how every thing is done in stages so you have time to edit & decide on changes. I also was extremely pleased with fast communication and being greeted with upbeat attitudes. I would definitely recommend this to a company if you are interested in creating your own whiteboard video!

At the end of the day, the whiteboard video that wizMotions produced for us was well done and of good quality and they were very attentive to everything until the last day of our project. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to shortcomings in their process.

One of the first things they do is give you a detailed questionnaire to fill out in order to get the project rolling and for a script to be written. This questionnaire is thorough and well done, but it lacks a few basic questions.

Never were we asked to fill out a menu of things that we would like to include in our video such as script, narration, sound effects, music, color, etc. Each of these things is potentially an add-on which may and surprising to us did cost extra. Since these were not adequately spelled out early on, we were dinged along the way with unexpected costs to finalizing our video.

Secondly, because we were up against a self-imposed deadline, on our deadline date I asked for a progress report at about noon. I did not receive a response. I sent a second note a couple of hours later, then a third and never received a response. I became frantic and therefore sent an email to their general customer support portal. The response I received was unbelievable..."I wish I could do something to help, but for security reasons, I cannot access the account... We simply provide the platform that they're using to work with you, but we have no other connection to them or wizMotions." He then gave me a contact email instead of just forwarding my emailed concerns to them which he could have done because he gave me the email address (wizMotions never gave us a phone contact).

If it weren't for these two very important details, I would have given wizMotions 5 starts for an exceptional video that we are happy with.

Thanks Bill, I appreciate the nice words. I would like to address a few of the concerns you had in the interest of full transparency for anyone reading:)

We are extremely transparent in our pricing and process from the very beginning. All of our pricing options and video options are found on this page on our site: http://wizmotions.com/pricing. In addition to these options there are countless other "creatives" that can be added to a project. With someone like animation videos the options are infinite. We always try our best to get as much information as possible from our clients from the very beginning but sometimes during the project options do come to light in which we do need to add cost. Because of how transparent we are I'm comfortable with this process as are our clients.

In this project in Basecamp it's clear what happened as we have time stamps that show all replies from us and our clients. You had sent us a message at 3:17 Eastern and the PM in charge got back to you in less than 3 hours. This was on a Saturday. You contacted Basecamp support. Not my team. Basecamp is the third party project management software we use to manage our projects with our clients. They have tens of thousands of customers and are not responsible to contact us on anyone's behalf. They don't know how we are or what we do, they just provide a software service to us. In my opinion to think that they act on our behalf is pretty unreasonable. They gave you the contact email address of my partner John (who is on the billing profile for the software) who got back to you within an hour I believe after you sent him a message (again on a Saturday). To contact my actual team, the best way to do that would be to go to our website and go to our Contact page. Our phone number is also at the top of every page of our website.

The team always made sure we knew where we stood in the process and was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. I see other reviews stating that it takes forever to get the video done but I can safely say that the timeline is nearly 100% dependent on how quickly you respond to them. If not for delays in getting our team on the same page, the videos we ordered could have been done in a matter of days/weeks. Very helpful team on their end and final product met our expectations.

I have now commissioned two explainer videos made by wizMotions, and I have been impressed with the process and final product of both of them. The project manager on both of my jobs (Justine) has been highly responsive and helpful, and in this case the production folks inserted some of their own ideas and creativity into illustrating our video. And, even though I had some last minute changes, they made them for me quickly and professionally. Nice job, team!

I recently completed a national video project where I worked with multiple vendors to create a variety of videos. We contracted with WizMotions to create 2 animated explainer videos. We paid $4,206.50 for a 1D and a 2D video. The project has extended over 8 months with 1 video delivered and the 2nd stalled after I relayed this feedback from our team.

This is really rough. The animation looks like a 1980s Atari game to me (the "liquid" flowing into the measuring cups is a specific sort of awful that I don't understand how they could even deliver to a client without feeling ashamed of themselves).

I ran the first video from Wiz Motions through a test of 100 users and the video scored the lowest among the group (including videos simply made with AI software).

The whole production process was so much work, it seemed that at every step along the way things had to redone. Wiz Motions tried to charge us even more to make changes saying it was company policy. At this point I haven't heard back from them in a month and I am tired of having to fight to try to get something I would actually show clients. We already paid for the videos so it would be included on our 2018 expenses. What a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. I hope you can learn from our mistake and not hire them!

HI Amelie - I"m sorry your experience was not positive and I hope we can still address your concerns. Your first video was completed and delivered. As to your comment about charging you extra, I'm assuming this is in reference to your first video. As we tell all of our clients, our process is very step by step and we ask for your approval along the way. If we complete all of the artwork and produce the video and then major revisions are requested to the artwork then we do have to charge a small fee. We did waive this fee for you after you expressed your displeasure with that.

Your second video was approved through all steps and then we delivered the first cut of animation. Your latest reply was that you would like the animation of the flow of liquid improved. You had also mentioned you showed the video to some other people and they did not like the colors. Our last response to you was to get further clarification on that and we have yet to hear back. We will be reaching out again to you. Thank you

WizMotions is a talented responsive and organized company. My final cost was exactly as quoted and any/all edits to the video were done quickly and effectively. This company is a true outsource service team from script to final video. They have the process organized and time-effective, and I could not have asked for a better company to work with to create our Cluso "Gift of Time" video.

Feels weird that I never actually talked to anyone other than the copywriter. Everything is done in Basecamp and requires no one-on-one contact. The team was very efficient and we knocked out a great little whiteboard video in just 1 month. (Would've been faster, but my company was the hold-up). Already planning video #2!

Before we began our biggest fear was if they could create the visuals that my team had imagined and f they could deliver us a product on time. Which they delivered on in both cases. They did a great job overall and gave a product better than our expectations

My favorite part about working with them was hearing their visual ideas that went perfectly with our script. It was like they were reading our minds. Also, they were always there to respond to any email or question we had.

Overall, I would say that they deliver on time and the highest of quality work. And their price is absolutely fair for what they produce. Will be working with them again in the near future.

1st you have to watch a tutorial to explain to you their protocol for you to do business with them. Then you have to enroll in a special communication email service to communicate with them. However in 3 days they have done nothing except send me emails to ask me if I watched their tutorial and have I enrolled in their email program so they can send me updates about all the things they haven't gotten done. No wonder it takes then 3 weeks to draw a picture

This is Bill Zimmerman, co-owner of wizMotions. In the beginning of the project we simply ask our customers send us their files and to watch a 3 minute video tutorial to see how to use the online project management system. It's actually quite simple. He never replied to any of our messages, so we followed up with him. When our customers don't reply, we follow up. I'm not sure why that was a problem.

As far as our project management system, we use Basecamp and we talk to our clients about this during the ordering process. After doing this for many years we find it to be very efficient for our customers. In fact we routinely get compliments on how easy it is to work with us.

Wizmotions was a magnificent experience for me. My manager was Mark Usman, and he couldn't have been more helpful, understanding, and patient with me. I wanted my video to be perfect, and even though I kept adding new things over the course of production, not once was I rushed or questioned. They were the nicest, most helpful people I've ever worked with, and I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Everything was amazing.
