I ordered several articles of clothing wikimegan. The items never arrived, even though they say they were delivered. I just read the fine print on the website and it says that it's not their problem. I should have known better than to order from a site like this.

I purchased a top many many months ago, wrong size was sent. They will not refund my money or send me the right size. I have been emailing back and forwards. Only to be told they will give me a percentage of refund. Full fault is theirs, I have paid for a particular size and was given a number of sizes smaller, so can't wear it..

We ordered from this online "store" called RONDURAS.com only to find out today it's a fake store that just takes your money and sends you NOTHING EVER. Buyers BEWARE!

Same as all the others! Ordered online and it went through a PayPal account somehow even though I don't even have an account. Emailed multiple times and was assured I would receive my package, never happened

This is a scam. I got birthday candles realizing I paid double price than if I would have bought it on amazon immediately after the order. As I realized it was mistake the moment I did it I asked for cancellation but I keep getting psycho thank you emails (3 so far in the past 3 days) for your order emails however none of the emails are handling the cancellation. I still did not get candles and did not get any indication that they are going to process cancellation. On their website it says they take the 1/3 of the order if cancelled regardless.

Usually I look at reviews for a new site to me but forgot this time. Received Email confirming order, received Email they were packing my order and received Email thanking me for my business. Then NOTHING. No package and no response to a bunch of Emails. INCOMPETENT or CROOKS. Either way... AVOID!

I ordered something a month ago on a whim, which never arrived. Emailed to cancel and got one runaround after the next: an offer to take 20% off, oh sorry they can't cancel it because status is already in shipping (same status that has shown since 2 days after ordering), etc. Website offers no phone contact information, which should be another huge red flag. Be forewarned!

This is a fake store. The address is to a Tennis Academy. There is no phone number and your credit card company will pull a 'Janet' for the company name and a different address as well. Filings with the BBB mirror my claim as well.

It's a fake 'store' that takes your money and never ships anything. There is no merchandise.

Ordered the World Map where you can scratch and see country you have been to. Well when you do that there is almost no distinction from one country to the next plus some countries don't even have a name! This is an absolute WASTE OF MONEY! Will never ever order or buy anything from China ever again! Which is hard because everything you buy regardless of what country your living it always seems to be made in China! What a shame!

I ordered two of the CarRiers and they arrived completely crushed. They were not properly packaged in a box, just a plastic bag. They charged me $10.95 for this shipping. You can only contact them through email and you get a canned response from someone named Jami. I wrote to them more than once and got the same reply from the same person each time. Theres no way to escalate your complaint past Jami. Jami blamed everything on the shipping company and wanted to give me 50% off my next order. As if Id order from them again. They also offered me a 10% refund off my products value. Still not helping me with my crushed items that I bought as gifts.

Ordered a master of painter tool and after finishing the purchase procedure, i was informed it would take several days to process the order and 15 to 20 days to ship.
I wanted it to paint a newly purchased home before furniture was delivered, not in 3 to 4 weeks. I immediately sent a request to cancel the order. I was told they would cancel, but I was charged a 20% cancellation fee. Never, ever experienced anything like this. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

Bought a "premium telephoto lens" for mobile phone. Just the headline should have got all bells ringing in my head but I was too tired. The lens didn't have fastenings and the optics quality, well, there are optics in there, otherwise you could at least look through the thing and see whatever is on the other side.

Their website is quite easy to use and pay, always get the satisfied answers from their CS team! Highly recommend

The Wanderlust Map I ordered was received from China poorly packaged and damaged over 2 weeks after order. They simply wrapped a paper map in one layer of bubble wrap and tape so obviously it was creased, frayed and completely useless. The pictures and descriptions of the item were purposefully vague and the item didn't come with everything a reasonable person would think. More over they removed the item from their store already so it's hard to prove. They won't give a refund unless I pay for shipping back to their return center in Vietnam.

I ordered a garment folder plastic panels that aid in folding laundry. The first shipment was wrapped in a flimsy plastic bag that was shoddily taped. The plastic had ripped open and the edges of the item were badly scraped. The distributor then sent a replacement, which was still inadequately wrapped same sort of wrapping, with no protective packing. The plastic panels, which are supposed to be flat, were warped (curved) probably from heat damage and improper handling. I would NOT order from this company again.

I bought two of the multi purpose openers - just junk - which cost $20.00 US each plus postage, so by the time I received my Visa statement the charge was $AU67.06! For two plastic bits of rubbish that don't even do what they are supposed to - made very cheaply in China and posted from there. I have learned an expensive lesson & will never buy anything from Wiki-store or off Facebook again.

Ordered item 19 days ago with 2-3 days shipping. Where is it? They have MY MONEY and I have nothing yet!

What a scam! Check out the refund policy... even if they ship you the wrong product or a defective product, YOU pay return shipping! I bought and Aqua Dog... doesn't work as advertised, nor how the packaging highlights the features... Wiki-store claims it was a "packaging error" and offered me a 20% refund, or 50% refund if I wanted to pay shipping to return the item. They are TERRIBLE. Don't buy here, there are other sources for the same product. Also packaging was terrible.

I spent $50 on product from this website to never receive it in the mail. Better yet, their return policy is only items shipped in the US and with the actual product. So I am unable to get a refund because I never received the product to ship it back. I talked to someone who said it was a postal error and not their error so they can't refund me. I'm absolutely disappointed and am reporting this website for fraud.

Title says it all. I only read their 100% great Facebook reviews. Big mistake. I paid through PayPal and was charged 20% fee for a return on an order 5 minutes old, not even processing yet. Think I'll ever do business again with ANYONE who charges that? Hell no. Screw that sound.

I ordered a magic grip tool a month ago and was given a tracking number from China. For USPS. The tracking system still says "pre-shipment" and when I email them, they say to check with usps.com which I have done. Nothing has made it into the usps system to indicate a shipment to me. They have taken the money from my account, but it appears as though i won't ever get the tool. They dance around my question. I am very disappointed and don't know where else to turn.

Just like all the other reviewers have said, this is a scam. My order has been in "pre-shipment" for two weeks. I emailed them less than 24 hours after placing the order to cancel when I discovered the item was coming all the way from China and just got the reply that there is "nothing we can do". These people suck.

Awful, just plain awful. Ordered on 12/2 and it still shows "accepted" in China. Ok Wiki-store... you got me this time.
