I have had many experiences with car dealership. Most of them very negative as a women I will not walk on any car lot alone without my husband. I happen to drive by this lot and saw the EXACT vehicle I have been looking for 6 months now. No one was at the lot as it was on a Sunday but the lot was open and I called. Immediately someone answered my call and gave me all the information. I told my husband about it he went to the lot and we brought our vehicle. In all of my encounters during this purchase I was never pressured or felt intimidated once. The staff was professional, kind and I truly felt like I was buying a car from a family member. They even went above and beyond when we asked for just a minor repair. Wow, this is the only car lot we will buy from again in this area. We will be sure to tell all our co-workers, family and friends. Cannot thank Mat and the owner enough for their honest and true customer service. You guys are the BEST!

Assault on female Facebook car seller in Florida

Recently bought a vehicle from these guys. Honest, knowledgeable and followed through with everything they said they would do. Odds are extremely good I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

After a good experience buying a car from these guys and recommending them to everyone I went in for car number 2, my first dealership choice. Sadly, the opinion turned sour. I think deeply before giving negative feedback because I understand how that feels to a business especially if based on feelings. So I will give the FACTS only and let you decide.
1. Test drove the car I came to see off the website. Had a safety issue as it pulled heavily to the right. Owner Mike laughed it off to his salesman about taking me on a bad road.
2. Made a deal KNOWING of the safety issue and could have easily factored in the cost of the repair.
3. After some issues with the bank I failed to ask if the issue was fixed.
4.5 minutes into my first drive with my new car I called and was told Mike was out of town. So several days later I came in and spoke with Mike personally. After some discussion he reluctantly agreed to fix the car at his choice of shops in exchange for a car part I would going to purchase for him to use on a later vehicle.
5. Because of my schedule and shops schedule I got the car in a little over two weeks later. When I arrived to the shop to pick up my car I discovered that Mike refused to cover costs.
6 After another discussion with Mike I was blatantly told that He was not going to stand behind his word and that he made no money on the car and would not give in whatsoever, even tho he made the deal knowing there was a safety issue.
7. Bottom line Mike is not a man of his word. I got a nice car and he does indeed sell nice, clean low mileage cars. I was happy with the deal after trading my car which had literally died. He says he gave me too much on trade, ignoring my situation where I am out thousands on the car. I trusted him completely that the car needed a new motor without getting another opinion. WoW! I was then told he would never sell me another car because I said I would leave negative feedback. Childish, and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL behavior.
Buyers: Beware. You may find a great car at this dealership and come away with a great buy... but do not count on honesty with the transaction. Mike's word means absolutely nothing and there may be safety issues and problems that he is fully aware of that you will be left with.

I'm the type of person who gets nervous when making a big decision, especially if big money is involved. I purchased my Lexus in Simon Says Etc., and dealt with this young gentlemen named Mike and Matt. They are knowledgeable and understanding for what I need and can do. I didn't felt that I got pushed to do something that I'm not agreed on, they even gave me a lot of options and even gave me the price that no other dealerships can beat it. I have the car for six months now and I never had any problems since the day I drove it out of the dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership to others. Make sure to ask for Matt and Mike.
