Wells Fargo Held my deposit stating the bank was written on did not have funds, There were funds in the account when the check was written and cleared the other bank. Wells Fargo told me to stop the check from the other bank as resolution. The escalation team did not assist in any way, definitely closing my account hopefully their is another law suit against them it's unbelievable how they to put the blame on their customers and don't address there flawed system

Wells Fargo Held my deposit stating the bank was written on did not have funds, There were funds in the account when the check was written and cleared the other bank. Wells Fargo told me to stop the check from the other bank as resolution. Wells Fargo blocked all transactions for checking/savings accounts. Took 2 hours on the phone to resolve. Customer service/estate care representatives had no explanation as to why this happened. Blocks were removed. This inconvenience stopped my direct deposit from completing, and I was forced to go to my issuer to initiate a distribution reversal, so that when complete, the deposit can be re-issued. This will make my deposit 10 days overdue. This is the second time Wells Fargo has blocked my accounts for absolutely no reason.

Sanford nc branch, needs help. No drive through, people waiting out side, in cold. I've came by twice, to make house payment, I would not bank here., VA loan, sold account, to them,,,,, concerned!

In 2/5/24 I deposited a check into the local wells Fargo atm. As of today I have not been notified of the status of the check and my deposit. It's very disappointing and frustrating to have to ask a bank for the status of your funds. Initially I was told it was a 7 day wait which has come and gone. It's now 2/22/24 and my account has not been credited nor has the check been mailed back to me. The check is a valid navy federal check and they are lost on why wells Fargo is still holding the check without cashing it or mailing back to me without delay. After this issue is resolved, I will be closing the account and relocating my monthly direct deposit to a more reliable customer oriented bank who will at least tell me what's going on with my deposit instead of leaving me to wonder n guess what the outcome will be. If they don't intend to cash check, why not mail it back to me so I can find other means of cashing without delay. I hate this bank!

Tried to deposit a check to my daughter's account. They refused it saying that they couldn't guarantee it would be a correct account even when the check was in her name, which is very unique, and her father's name is on the account as well that makes it impossible to find a double. It's very common situation when workers refuse to help. No other banks behave this way and I deal with many of them for my business.

I'd been a long time Norwest Bank customer prior to the merger with Wells Fargo in 1998, so I was accustomed to a great banking experience. Since then I've seen a continual downturn in quality and value in products offered, and a severe collapse of provided customer services. Over time the company has even been found guilty of numerous unethical and even illegal practices. Unfortunately management seemingly hasn't taken the necessary remedial action to meaningfully improve these obvious shortcomings. After my recent unsuccessful marathon experience in trying to work with "Customer Service" representatives to obtain a credit for a duplicate charge on a Wells Fargo issued VISA card (that even the vendor acknowledged as an error) I will eventually be closing all of my CD, Checking, Savings and Credit card accounts with this firm, and moving on to another institution that is service oriented and that better fits my needs and expectations.

Manager Rick called the police on my husband but all he was doing was waiting for the bank to open and because of the color of his skin he called the police and stated to the cops that he was a homeless man begging for money. My husband had 3 police officers show up and he explained to them what happened. The police escorted my husband in the bank and my husband asked why the manager called the oops on him. He didn't get answer or an apology and he was escorted out after his transaction. So next time you go into these Wells Fargo banks really pay attention how you get treated.

Prejudice is alive and thriving in public areas and this business thinks it’s OK to treat your customers according to their skin color

I have had successful careers in Wall Street, sales for boutique hotels, own my business, wrote a book. And to describe me as Mr. Customer Service is an understatement Exemplary customer service is what keeps clients with companies.

On Tuesday, May 23, I had an issue with a vendor potentially going to charge me on my Wells Fargo debit card. Little did I know that the person in customer service was not only going to correct my issue short and long-term but was going to stop me from closing my Wells Fargo account, which I had open since they were Wachovia, due to the fact I had relocated to Massachusetts where there are no Wells Fargo banks. For over 2 years I had continue to be charged for out of network ATM fees.

How could I leave a bank that had taken such stellar care of my personal and business needs and made exceptions for me but how could I keep paying hundreds of dollars in out of network service fees?

My decision to stay with Wells Fargo was due to a woman Azeemah Davis. Her listening skills, empathy, and determination to correct all my issues that had previously ruined my day and after speaking with her my day became one of gratitude and satisfaction. I was grateful that there was another person in this world that took an interest in the genuine of all customers.

She spent close to one hour looking at my years of loyalty and correcting a potential issues that could have wiped out my checking account balance.

My praise not only goes out to Ms. Davis but her management team. I feel that it is their training that care her the tools necessary to be an exemplary employee and a caring person.

To the management of Wells Fargo; please allow her to continue to embrace her job and your clients. I will surely share my experience with other business associates as well as family and friends.

As I mentioned, I have and will always will be focused on the importance of customer service. Customer service keeps clients coming back and clients to leave a company. This belief that I have developed is through my professional careers on Wall Street, Financial Companies, Hotel Sales, owning my business I feel I come from a solid back ground of understanding customer service. The agent i spoke with, Ms. Azeemah Davis, of Wells Fargo if not for her talents i would have left Wells Fargo Bank.

My debit card was turned off and they sent me a new one and never got it ain't been able to pay bills or anything. I've been a customer of them for 7 years no problems until now. I'm going today to take out the rest of my money and move to a different bank I already had set up for this kind of problem. So good bye wellsfargo.

I got the Active Cash card a couple years ago then got PC'd over to the Autograph card. I've never had any problem with my Wells cards, their fraud team,:or customer service bankers. When I set up the app a couple years ago it says I've been a customer with them since 2002 which is bull because I have only been with Wells 2 and a half years not 21 as the app says. I have never banked with Wells Fargo up until i got their credit card a couple years ago. I called in about a supposed account with my name on it that i didnt know about thinking theyd pull something up but nothing. I asked why my app says ive been with them since 2002 when i know i havent been but they insist I've been a customer that long. I heard someplace the bank set up a whole bunch of fake accounts so I wonder what the deal is with my record over at Wells F.

I couldn't be any happier than I am with Wells Fargo Active Cash and most recently the Autograph card. I like the 2% flat cash back from Active Cash that was relaxed this past year where I can redeem to statement in any amount. I was switched over in a targeted offer to upgrade to the Autograph card which features even better rewards. Their fraud team actually beat me to a bunch of fraudulent transactions on my account. Wells Fargo notes I've been a customer since 2002 on an account I set up when completing university then closed thereafter. There is nothing to dislike about Wells Fargo credit.

Calls to customer service are automatically terminated after 30 minutes no matter how complicated the issue is or how many fraudulent transactions are involved. Agents frequently transfer the call to a different department or back to the main menu, or place the call on hold using up the available minutes to speak to someone and requiring repetition of information (card #, last 4 of SS#, DOB, mailing address, etc.) Have spent hours trying to get problem of online access restored so that charges could be monitored before the statement is received. Have been told to visit a Wells Fargo branch (nearest one is over 300 miles away) to resolve access problem.

Their products suddently changed where I can not use secured email to reset my password. I just lost my phone. I cannot use phone device to reset my password. They allow my mon use my ID to go to the teller then took out my money without my permission. Horrible services!

We have had Wells Fargo as our mortgage lender for many years with no problems and no late payments. Someone tried to hack into our account and within one week of straightening it out Wells Fargo sold our mortgage to a company that is not accredited, has a B rating, was hacked recently, and is facing a $3.6 Million Settlement Approval In Class Action Over Unlawful Servicing Fees. I know it is legal to sell out mortgage without our consent but I faal betrayed that they sold it to a company called "Mr. Cooper" with such bad history.

With a credit FICO score of 825 prior to applying for a Wells Fargo credit card (it's now 818) I was declined. I was told that it was information contained on my Experian report, yet my credit is excellent — this is the same bank with dismal on line consumer reviews that was fined billions by the federal government for engaging in fraudulent customer service charges. Everything with regards to this complaint was a form of deterrent from any such complaints. I have been on the phone for more than an hour. Last person was a foreign representative Joann and the case number is **************

I think I was declined for reasons other than my credit score and consumer decency. This bank is dishonest to the core.

This bank needs to be fined again for discriminatory behavior.

I deposited a tax refund check using online checking. Wellsfargo froze my account without any proof of fraud. My tax preparer confirmed that the check had cleared from their end and Wells Fargo still would not release my funds, leaving my account in a negative balance. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'm closing my account.

The bank itself is great but the bankers at the Harlingen TX location on hwy 77 are completely useless, one lady tells me I can set up an account online, why the heck are y'all even here then. Management need to get them ladies on the ball.

I have had my Wells Fargo account for over 8 years. Every day it is becoming more complicated to use their physical and online services. Today, March 6th, at 1:50 pm, they gave me a horrible telephone service. The woman who answered me was extremely rude and insular and hung up the phone before I finished answering the phone. It is a bank that only helps and serves customers with large accounts and companies. I'm going to cancel my account with them, they charge abusive fees, they don't work on the service, etc. Wells Fargo is actually being poorly managed and is no longer the bank it was in the past. I'm going to another bank that focuses on individual customers and not on big accounts or business people.

Everything they touch turned to $#*!. Destroyed a vacation do to their incompetent people.
3 times they called in 4 days for fraud protection. Then confirmed it was me and still haulted my transactions', costing me time' frustration ' aggravation do to missed flights and canceled car reservations because they blocked my purchases after confirming it was NOT fraud!
Thanks for nothing!

I am owed 1050 US Dollars for a credit card balance refund. I have called in 13 times, per my records. I have sent 11 Emails, and 7 direct messages to the support team. I have contacted the highest level of support. It appears they have absolutely no intention of returning my money to me. They claim that a check was sent, but it was not. I have also not received an affidavit or an electronic transfer either. I am beyond words at my frustration here. I am quite certain they are making no effort to amend this because it has been over a month so far.

Wells Fargo hires thieves to work for them and they are aware of the scam they are doing. My daughter's debit card was scammed by a Wells Fargo employee and 3 months later they finally returned her money. Today, they just randomly drained her account and the response she got was "they an do what they want with her money and there is nothing she can do about it." She has babies to feed and rent to be paid but guess Wells Fargo don't care. GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK!

Every time I call the customer service number they put me on the phone with someone who doesn't understand the English language which makes it hard to resolve any issues with my accounts. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wells Fargo doesn't update any information changes specifically overdraft fees on email or letter other banks does they are not members of the bbb at all any credit union will be best solution I rate ffffff

Well Fargo should be able to offer you some kind an appreciation for staying long term a banking with them. They don't give you loans they don't help you establish good credit do not offer people any chance at all to better them selves but yet all the people in there firms based on the news is helping there selves to the people money Worst bank Ever they don't deserve one star but they don't have a half star listed Bad Business

The worst credit card I have ever dealt with in my life. They're liars liars liars and thieves. Terrible customer service.if I could give a 0 I would unfortunately that's not an option. Please please stay away from this company. Fraud company
