I use just last Wednesday to search details on two warrants on my girlfriend. I know for a fact she had two warrants because I'm who met the 4 members of the Blue gang at the front door. They would tell how many but not what they were for, well... FTA Both of them but wouldn't tell me the charges she failed to go to court on. Warrants were at least 60 days old, so not like the information just became available, its been out over two months. Wasted $18 or whatever it was.

In replies to other similar complaints, the company says " We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have them review and approve all our billing disclosures."... I was in a hurry and misread the pricing. There is no pricing on the first page. When you do a search, the succeeding two pages say at the top "Volume Discount Package of $18.95/month for 12 Months for a Total of $227.40." On the payment page, at the top in large print, it says, "Want To save Money?
Volume Discount Package of $19 Per month, for 12 months, Total $228
Up to 19 Monthly Reports." Being in a hurry, I was looking below to enter my cc info, I didn't see that. I complained by email asking them to change the charge to $1 and they responded in minutes by refunding my money!... On the payment page, to the right it says "You will be charged $18.95 per month for 12 months of access for 19 reports/month. Total price, $227.40. You will also be charged an initial deposit of $1.00 for your first report. If you only require one report, please decline volume discount on next page." It also says "Each Report Court Records Report $1.00" which is what I say... As always, read very carefully! This was my error. But the system also defaults to $18.95 monthly billing, which appears to me to want to take advantage of dumb errors like mine... Their refund policy is "Refund: If for whatever reason you're unhappy with our reports, please contact customer support for a refund."... FYI, it appears that a person is doing the searches. The initial search criteria only asked for the person's name and the web site said the report was pending review by an agent. They asked me for additional information to refine the search criteria. This followup request came by email and text message.

Your report was definitely about the person I was requesting information on. The only thing I really wanted to know was missing, and that fact was "Is he still alive, or when did he pass away?" Accurate information otherwise.

Not the person, but a family member. Results were what, I asked for. Answered questions I have about the real person I was checking on

This site offers a lot more criminal background information than any of the other sites I've tried, which is what I am most interested in. However, they don't seem to be able to find as many people as I would gave expected.

I was worried about my criminal recorded because I didn't know what was on it. I tried other sites and most information was over 10 years old. With name and one street address they provided what I wanted. I was pleased. With other sites its a monthly fee off 11.95 and a auto renew membership you half to call to cancel. This is affordable and Hassel free. Even though I would recommend they get the site a security rating so their customers feel more safe.

I didn't expect much for a buck, but they came through with flying colors. I would use them again anytime.

I went into this site without knowing what to do or expect but every step I made was already there for me to do and was easy to follow and understand and most of all, what to expect to come up, no surprise Best of all, I got the results of everything plus more information I didn't know I could use. Thank you wanted to know why my license is suspended but I will need to look more or vial thank you... don't know how much more to write I did not get information I needed...

This is a fantastic low cost web site to help individuals, businesses and interested parties in looking up criminal records on someone of interest. I was able to obtain information on someone i suspected might have a criminal background, thus allowing me to move forward with knowing what type of individual he is.

Very very incomplete. Not happy with results at all. Plus it said $1.00 not 19.95. I was not able to print it out and most of it was inaccurate no dates included at all. I don't think it was worth $20.00 at all. I will go to local police department. I may have used it incorrectly but I really do not think so.

Not as informational as I thought it would be. I expected the details to be more spot on then all over the place once I gave them the information they asked of me.

Biggest ripoff outfit yet. $18.95 for nothing. Outdated info, incorrect info. Please do not get

I was looking for complete information on my dad and i know exactly what I'm looking for. The birthdays they had for him were bad wrong. Overall not worth it.

The information seems accurate some of it I already knew so I knew I had the right person did not take long to put together the report overall my review is satisfactory

I paid for the search twice, but never got to see the "report". Never using this website again. Clicked on the help button, but all they did was redirect me to do the same thing I was already doing, which didn't work.

I wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything false on my record. The report did indeed show that there weren't any erroneous records. Thank you.

They tell you they are charging you $1.00 for their service even at checkout and then charge your credit card 18.95 for an optional charge. They give you the run around and do not refund your money or deliver the product. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM They WILL rip you off

I used this site to research potential renters and it is perfect and fast. It told me if they were a sex offender and all the addresses they have lived at before.

The information was very informative and explained what each section. I like how it was sectioned out and indicate yes or no. Very user friendly.

It gave me the information I needed for just $1 where most of the other sites charged $24 or more for the same information.
